Wrist instability treatment in 1 Orthopedic surgery clinic in Lausanne

Once again in this awful building. 2 people almost dead, and the 3 of us are waiting for 3+ hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly. How dare you calling yourselves emergency???

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

The good, the bad and the ugly... Be prepared to fight for your basic rights, it's a lottery. Hostage taking, badly behaved staff members are doing a lot of damage. It's unfortunate that dominance over helpless, vulnerable patients seems to be the main objective for some of your members. A hospital is a sacred place not a soap opera set. Mediation and management teams need to understand this. Patients and their loved ones have enough to manage as it is. You will find helpful, communicative, respectful, kind individuals working alongside abusive, rude, disturbed, unhappy, patronizing staff. Finally, a big shout out to mature individuals in this hospital who put up with churlish staff, who understand what teamwork means and do their best to help patients, heart&soul.

I am so grateful for the emergency care I received. The staff were so efficient, kind and patient with a non-French speaker. The hospital was clean and quiet. Took only 2 hours for consultation, X-ray, and diagnosis. Thank you, HUG!

Excellent hospital. My wife spent 5 days in hospital with pneumonia and was very well looked after by an extremely kind and professional team of doctors and nurses. I congratulate everyone who runs this Hospital and I thank them.

Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

Great Hospital, very well-organized nursing system. Special thanks to Dr. Dennler (the surgeon) who made my dream come true. i am now walking like normal people! Thank you Hirslanden Klinic.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. We would like to thank the emergency team and will certainly give them a gift basket. Thank you for your excellent work, keep it up!

If you have an emergency situation, you really get looked after very well here. Excellent team at all levels, from ambulance crew onwards.

Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

I had a head injury some time ago and went to Lindenhofspital in Bern. Extremely well treated by the staff. Hospital is very well equipped and organized. Special thanks to Dr. Nina Mäder.

I can Dr. Highly recommend Fähnle Head Physician Endometriosis Center. Dr. Fähnle has a great deal of specialist knowledge, takes a lot of time for his patients and responds to their needs. A doctor that you can hardly find these days with the enormous time pressure. Simply great!

Apparently you have to be a VIP member or have private insurance to be treated reasonably well there. It's a pity that it's not only in this hospital/profession that customers are treated unfriendly and employees are bullied.☹🙁

It should be possible to give no stars at all. I had a very bad experience at the surgery department. The surgery department gave me the wrong medication and as a result the X-ray of my stomach was not what it should have been. The doctor did not write the whole truth in my report, which prompted me to contact the ombudsman. I asked for a new appointment at another hospital. Since he didn't write why I have to do a repeat of this whole investigation. Of course I had to take the 6 pills again, but without the wrong medication, and my X-ray showed a completely different picture. I will never, ever recommend this doctor and department!

We can tell Dr. Highly recommend Geibel and his birth team! We felt totally taken care of and extremely looked after. Apparently they still exist, competent doctors with empathy who listen and take their time.

A family member spent a month in different wards of this hospital this year due to cancer. Internal and external communication resembles a catastrophe: • Some doctors hardly speak German • No uniform diagnosis, every doctor told something different • Lack of emphatic behavior in the doctor-patient conversation, pure transmission of medical information • Important PET examination in external facilities had to be postponed because sobriety was forgotten The nursing staff and the senior doctor in rehabilitation, Mr. Krasniqi, who was the only one who tried to build a bond with the patient and respond to feelings, worries and needs, remain positive in memories

Super friendly, patient and competent! Did a great job of sewing my severed finger back on. Despite the painful occasion, the short stay was very pleasant given the circumstances. Thank you!
