Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

Great Hospital, very well-organized nursing system. Special thanks to Dr. Dennler (the surgeon) who made my dream come true. i am now walking like normal people! Thank you Hirslanden Klinic.

Recently had surgery in the Frauenklinik. Was really well looked after, even though I speak no German and majority of nurses did not have a lot of English- they still were able to look after me really well. The doctors were great, fluent in English and had great bed side manner. They took a huge amount of care when explaining the results of the surgery and made me feel very well looked after. Would recommend using this hospital.

Extremely long waiting hours, lack of patient follow up and communication. Everything is disorganised and doctors act like they don't care much about patients. And at the end they send you huge bills for a service that I would rate zero stars. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all super professional, I was extremely impressed. Thank you for providing me with life-saving healthcare, I will be forever grateful. It was expensive but necessary treatment.

I have been here twice both emergency cases. In each one of the cases I had to wait 8 and 7 hours respectively and received very rude treatment. I would not go there as long as you are really in a life threatening situation.

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly. Special thank you to Miss Müller at the Notfall, she was the first one to see and check me and even took the time during the visit to explain me literally everything I needed to know. What a truly passionate person, thank you!!

Excellent care before, during and after surgery. Friendly and attentive nurses that are available 24/7 and arrive quickly at the call of a button. The private room is spacious, clean and equipped with anything you may need for your overnight stay. The room service team take into account your dietary requirements and offers options for all your meals.

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery with Dr Gardon and my experience was great, even though it is rough to have this kind of procedure. All the nurses were absolutely wonderful with me; I could not have asked for a better experience.

Alert: avoid this hospital for giving birth. During my labor in August, the anaesthetist came very late and failed her job. She did not manage to give me the pain killer Epidural as agreed prenatal, which resulted in an extremely painful delivery. The doctor did not even accomplish the basic task. very disappointed. will not recommend USZ at all.

I am a tourist that presented to the emergency room with stroke symptoms (headache and memory issues). The care was excellent! Every staff member was very caring and knowledgeable! Everyone was very personable. I have worked in Healthcare in the United States for 40 years and feel the care I received far exceeded what I have seen or experienced in the US. Zurich can be proud of their outstanding medical center! A stroke was ruled out and I was diagnosed with amnesia related to a migraine! I highly recommend this medical center for your healthcare needs and appreciate the care they gave me.
