Kuriletsi, O.V. Shvets. and Polishchuk A.O. I want to say something special about Andriy Oleksandrovich, as he was our doctor who guided us from the first appointment to discharge. I have never seen such incredible doctors who do their work with such care and passion. He is very meticulous about everything, listens carefully to the patient and gives recommendations. Consults and answers questions at any time. Andriy Oleksandrovich Polishchuk is really a doctor from God who works according to his vocation. Separately, I want to write to those who write that the Moscow State University rents something somewhere. People operate, not walls, it doesn't matter where, the main thing is who does it and how. My father was operated on in September 2023 on the basis of the University Clinic, there is already a separate floor for the team of the Medical Center. The clinic itself is very wonderful, although of course you have to pay for comfort like everywhere else.

On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. I will also tell you that I don't have a week without people contacting me to get some information, feedback. Because I understand the things that I myself had to go through. But in the center of Neurosurgery, everything is so well thought out, everything is so professionally selected that you fully surrender yourself to the doctor and are no longer afraid. I read a bad review about resuscitation. I do not know of such a case, I have not seen with my own eyes sloppy treatment of people on the part of the staff, and I myself, believe me, do not have a very good character!!! The doctors in the intensive care unit looked after the patients normally and professionally. I was even amazed, and I saw and heard the feedback of other people, patients. I was once given such advice that I would listen to my doctor with my heart. Так і сталося ! working from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., doctor Taras Stepanovych also held online consultations late in the evening. And he did not pick up the phone, did not grumble on the phone, but on the contrary, gave answers calmly, answering questions, reassuring. Я дуже , дуже рекомендую цю клініку і свого лікаря . Я писала пост в фейсбуці на рахунок лікарні ,щоб люди знали що є таке місце де допоможуть , де не скалічать , де не стоіть питання перше - скільки ви маєте коштів ! я зверталася по місцю в нас в управління охорони здоров"я , з питанням - ЧОМУ ????? чому в нас не можна таке зробити всюди ????? в кожному місті !!! Чому в нас діє тільки коррупція . А питання о житті паціента стоіть на останньому місті . ? Я не бот , я не наймана людина центру Володимира Смоланки . Я - звичайний пацієнт . Thank you very much to Dmytro Serhiyovych Sikorsky and Oleksandr Oleksandrovich Yarty for correcting the mistake and taking care of me throughout my stay in the hospital. Thank you for teaching me how to sit down and try to stand up. Regarding rehabilitation, we can only wish for the best. While the head of rehabilitation is Kateryna Oleksandrivna Zinov'eva - I do not recommend it.

Reliable clinic with qualified professionals in one well-equipped building. However, prices are rather high, so private medical insurance is recommended. I mainly used insurance with franchise % (partial cover) during the past few years to make all doctor appointments and urgent care. Also I like to buy pirozhki with coffee in a local cafe 🥪 :)

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. It is straightforward to locate the necessary directing signage. clean and well-maintained. The restroom is everywhere. In the waiting spaces, there are couches and drinking water stations. There is a cafe with free internet access and spacious waiting area.

Nice outer image, but Soviet Union on the inside! Customer service is tantamount to what you would expect from the good old Cold War days, with "doctors" that immediately give you the impression that you are beneath them and unworthy of their attention. Very disappointed with my most recent experience despite using them once before and being generally pleased. Come prepared to deal with third-world customer service, a bedside manner that leaves you unsure of what to expect, and doctors that have no empathy much less interest in being kind and professional.

Give a birth here on September. All employees were very professional, helpful and nice to me, during the birth and during the staying.

The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

Emergency on sunday morning, professional servis, all in one place, x-rays, ultrasonic, labs, all pretty fast, nice nurses. Do not use nearest first toilet at ground floor, use the other one, check out the paper, otherwise... In general, best solution, if you need a help urgently.

The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

The worst hospitalization I've ever had. Mean nurses, no one wants to help, one time I was yelling for help from 16:00 to 20:30 to only be said to shut up. BIG THUMBS DOWN

On November 21, 2023, I underwent knee arthroscopy. Heartfelt thanks for any help, care, advice and, above all, the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and staff on duty.

On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. To Čalkovská and all the nurses, for whom I was not just "another piece" that they had to take care of. Here they change the term "must" to "want", because they care about each and every one of them. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

This hospital stinks like smelly feet and doctors does even not have medicine certificate, better to give birth at home!

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed
