Removable full denture in 3 Dentistry clinics in London

I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. I’d recommend him if you’re looking for a skilled, kind and understanding dentist

Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing! Thank you and the entire clinc!!

I have had such a good experience from the clinic and everyone involved. Dr Abeer Shehadeh has done a great job on my teeth (removal of mercury fillings; other stuff) and was also really good at discussing with me what she intended to do. Also the nurses and receptionist looked after me excellently. Thanks to you all.

I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Jitesh Patel, and I just had to share my experience. Dr. Patel displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise. He immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure in detail and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. Throughout the procedure, he continually checked in with me, making sure I was comfortable and addressing any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend him for any dental or oral surgery needs.

I am very grateful to the specialists at the Harley Street Dental Clinic. I have sought the advice of Dr. Nectaria Polycarpou, Dr. Steve O’Connor and Dr. Richard Pollock at this clinic. I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I also would like to note that the reception personel are extremely helpful and do reply promptly to any queries I have.

Absolutely obsessed with my new smile. 10/10. I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. Dr Glaister was amazing. Most patient doctor I've ever met in my life, extremely knowledgable and committed to give me exactly what I wanted: a natural smile. He knows everything and everyone and works with THE BEST ceramists in the world, literally highest levels of cosmetic dentistry. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I'm usually never fully satisfied (had my nose done twice, same as my hair and the list goes on lol) but this time... I wouldn't change anything. The translucency, the texture, the size, the length, everything is EXACTLY how I wanted it and this is thanks to great communication and his unwavering commitment to delivering the most natural-looking veneers. I’ve recently had treatment at Viva Dental with Dr Parminder, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Very clean, warm welcoming practice . I’m a dental Nurse myself so I’m very particular with my teeth. I done a lot of research before I fount Viva as to who I’d like to do my composite bonding as I wanted a very natural look .I came across their Instagram page and went for a consultation which he mocked up on my teeth how they could look after treatment and I was very happy. I’m even happier with the final results and will be recommending to friends and family 100%!! Thankyou Viva team, looking forward to my 6month check :-)

After several traumatic visits at many dentists, along came Viva Dental…thank you! Rose, the hygienist, was patient, kind and knowledgable. She cleaned and inspected my teeth gently but thoroughly; she reassured me and eased any anxieties. The staff were friendly, professional and well mannered. The atmosphere felt relaxed and plush. I was referred here after breaking an unrepairable front tooth and root and am so pleased I was! Dr. Alex and Dr. Raph and the team did an amazing job… firstly building a temporary ‘implant’ and crown as an emergency to get me to a wedding in Barbados with a smile and then to complete the work with a fantastic implant and crown that matches my other teeth perfectly. Easily the best dentist practice I have ever had to attend. ‘State of the art’ equipment coupled with their skill help create fantastic work. I thoroughly recommend these guys their work is fabulous. My dentist was Monica. Very knowledgeable of dentistry and dental health promotion. She worked as a team with the dental nurse. The procedure started promptly which is good. Monica was able to explain the procedures before commencing and so I was well informed of what was ahead. Thank you for a job well done. Affordable too. I'm certainly coming back.

I couldn't recommend lion dental enough! Francesca, Chloe and the team have been absolutely amazing! When I first started my Invisalign journey I had no confidence, wouldn't smile in photos, covered my teeth as much as I could. I wanted my teeth straightened ready for my wedding and what a change! Nearly 4 weeks until I get married and Lion Dental have changed not just my smile, but me as a person. I can't thank you all enough ❤️

Professional medical care, easy to book an appointment, good availability. However, the building is located in clear air zone, so you may be charged for driving. Also, the price for appointment was expensive.

Great people, great quality of services. Went in for a clean-up and a consultation: Dr Boitos was very professional. The reception personnel is also great showing flexibility with rescheduling the appointments. Will definitely go back for the 6 months check up.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this. In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient. In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt. Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately. I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything. At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late! In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!
