I always have a positive experience visiting Lion Dental, Chaitra is warm & friendly & puts me at ease, the hygienist is lovely too. Overall very professional with a warm touch!

Such a great practice. All staff are really welcoming and friendly. Wide range of treatments available and you are made to feel comfortable and that you are in safe hands at each visit.

I couldn't recommend lion dental enough! Francesca, Chloe and the team have been absolutely amazing! When I first started my Invisalign journey I had no confidence, wouldn't smile in photos, covered my teeth as much as I could. I wanted my teeth straightened ready for my wedding and what a change! Nearly 4 weeks until I get married and Lion Dental have changed not just my smile, but me as a person. I can't thank you all enough ❤️

I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. I’d recommend him if you’re looking for a skilled, kind and understanding dentist

Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing! Thank you and the entire clinc!!

I have had such a good experience from the clinic and everyone involved. Dr Abeer Shehadeh has done a great job on my teeth (removal of mercury fillings; other stuff) and was also really good at discussing with me what she intended to do. Also the nurses and receptionist looked after me excellently. Thanks to you all.

I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Jitesh Patel, and I just had to share my experience. Dr. Patel displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise. He immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure in detail and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. Throughout the procedure, he continually checked in with me, making sure I was comfortable and addressing any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend him for any dental or oral surgery needs.

I was referred here after breaking an unrepairable front tooth and root and am so pleased I was! Dr. Alex and Dr. Raph and the team did an amazing job… firstly building a temporary ‘implant’ and crown as an emergency to get me to a wedding in Barbados with a smile and then to complete the work with a fantastic implant and crown that matches my other teeth perfectly. Easily the best dentist practice I have ever had to attend. ‘State of the art’ equipment coupled with their skill help create fantastic work. I thoroughly recommend these guys their work is fabulous. Thank you again Alex and Raph… I promise to look after your excellent hard work!

My dentist was Monica. Very knowledgeable of dentistry and dental health promotion. She worked as a team with the dental nurse. The procedure started promptly which is good. Monica was able to explain the procedures before commencing and so I was well informed of what was ahead. Thank you for a job well done. Affordable too. I'm certainly coming back.

The BEST dentist ever. From the moment you walk in to the service, 5 stars are not enough. I decided to embrace the Invisalign process and the whole journey has just been great. I am very grateful to the specialists at the Harley Street Dental Clinic. I have sought the advice of Dr. Nectaria Polycarpou, Dr. Steve O’Connor and Dr. Richard Pollock at this clinic. I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I also would like to note that the reception personel are extremely helpful and do reply promptly to any queries I have.

Absolutely obsessed with my new smile. 10/10. I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. Dr Glaister was amazing. Most patient doctor I've ever met in my life, extremely knowledgable and committed to give me exactly what I wanted: a natural smile. He knows everything and everyone and works with THE BEST ceramists in the world, literally highest levels of cosmetic dentistry. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I'm usually never fully satisfied (had my nose done twice, same as my hair and the list goes on lol) but this time... I wouldn't change anything. The translucency, the texture, the size, the length, everything is EXACTLY how I wanted it and this is thanks to great communication and his unwavering commitment to delivering the most natural-looking veneers. Thank you!!! I am in heaven! Big shoutout also to Adam and Bea for their help, dream team!!!

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

Fantastic experience on two seperate occasions. I saw the Dermatologists and had bloods taken. Professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend their service.

Posting on behalf of my unwell partner, Helen. I had an email on 21st September cancelling her appointment in the ‘long covid clinic’ (she doesn’t have long covid…) and assuring a deposit refund in due course. It’s now two weeks later and no sign of the refund, which is not an inconsiderable amount of money. Very concerned about why they can’t seem to access our money (and other peoples by the look of it) to return it to us. We also thought it very bad practice that the cancellation email was a ‘no reply’ address and they don’t appear to have another email address. I have contacted them via their website contact form but of course have received no reply. I will now be contacting Citizens Advice regarding how to progress with this issue. In Conclusion: BEWARE.

This clinic is appalling. The only good thing about this clinic was the doctor who I saw who has now left - speaks volumes! My appointment was cancelled weeks ago and I STILL haven’t received a refund. I never received a copy of the doctor’s letter and neither did my local GP surgery which is partly what I paid for in my initial fee.
