From regular cleaning to a major surgery under anesthesia, from planning the treatment to seeing the final result, all was done at the top level of both professional competency and service. I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. The real quality of operations can be seen in the professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints and reminders. The service promises on the Heart Center's website are empty.

As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.

I've just had a stay in Goring Hall Hospital for a hip replacement. The surgery was a huge success, and the level of care from everyone has been second to none. The rooms are private and very comfortable, the nurses are all amazing, and then the catering service from Granny Vivian is the icing on the cake (so happy and friendly, and each course served individually to ensure the food is fresh and warm)

Sally and Stephanie were both very professional and very friendly. Treated me as a normal intelligent human being, which was appreciated. And the blood test was sensitively done!! Thank you I can’t see how to write another review! So am adding to this one. Had my hand surgery yesterday, and it was made almost enjoyable! Lizzie was great and looked after me without fuss. What can I say about Granny Vivian?! Everyone needs a Granny V. When I said how much I enjoyed her tea, she brought me 2 more (very welcome!) mugs. Just delightful ❤️

I've recently had a knee replacement at Goring Hall Hospital. Whilst on my stay on the ward I was served my evening meal by Granny Vivian from catering. What an absolute delight this lady is. So thoughtful and caring to the extent of bringing the starter out first and following with the main course so it didn't get cold. She had a wonderful smile on her face but still remained very professional in her service. An absolute joy.

Overall, not a great experience and wouldn't use them again. I went in for a heart ultrasound, stress test and a plaque test. The stress test was a nightmare. I was put on a running machine with a face mask. I kid you not. I was forced to undergo a stress test on a running machine where I could barely breathe. It was an horrendous experience. I really thought I was going to have a heart attack there and then on the machine as they increased the stress on my heart. How they could expect to get accurate results based on that is beyond me. I paid on the day and shortly afterwards got an additional bill....then another bill. I still don't know what the additional costs were for were for. I couldn't work out the statement that accompanied the bill as it was overly complicated. I went to my doctors a few months later about another minor matter and though it might be a good time to discuss my tests. He didn't know what I was talking about. He'd received nothing. I tried ringing radiology several times and it always went to voice mail. The receptionist told me to send an email which I did. I wrote an email and I did receive a reply saying they would send out one of the test results to my doctor but wanted his address. This was odd as my details and those of my doctor were on my initial induction form. I explained in a replying email that there were several tests...not just one and could they forward them onto him as well....nothing. No reply. I've never heard anything back and at this stage have given up trying to get my results posted out. I really would not recommend them based on my experience.

Had an unfortunate accident which brought me to the ED. The receptionists were very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I was so fortunate to have had Dr David Foley looking after my case, he was extremely empathetic to my predicament and made me feel at ease at such a stressful/painful time. He referred me to Dr Stefan Byrne in Orthopedics who dealt with me very promptly, he was very professional. I left confident in his care and thankful for the kindness of his receptionist. Overall for such a traumatic time I was so grateful to everyone for making it that bit easier.....except for the pay for parking machine which refused to give a receipt one day and also refused to give my ticket back another day after paying

One star is for the excellent nurse on my initial visit to the cardiology dept. After that all downhill. Second visit went for stress test and monitor. I was told only a stress test was happening. I had to point it out to the secretary that a heart monitor was on the sheet for the second appointment. After all tests concluded no follow up and no results sent to my GP until I complained for a second time. They were sent one month after all tests completed. This alone was stressful trying to get in touch with the doctor. I decided to send a formal complaint which was acknowledged as being received on 4/9 and still no word back. Disgusted I paid so dear for a service that was disgraceful. Only time they were up to speed after initial visit was sending the reminder for the invoice 7 days after initial visit which was duly paid unfortunately.

The most expensive dentist I have ever been to. I got a condescending and unempathetic specialist, but it certainly varies. I see many have had positive experiences with the specialist here. Experience that they push expensive solutions and are concerned with more room rather than seeing the patient. Glad I went on to another specialist.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. Practical and individual customer service. The only position where the doctor consistently explained to the patient the mechanisms leading to pain. This happened 1.5 years after the pain started. It is reasonable to assume that the pain will disappear with the implementation of the instructions. For this, a big thank you to the doctor, who paid attention to the patient's problem carefully and took care of the patient's case. THANK YOU!

I had a knee replacement surgery recently and all the staff was very kind, helpful and considerate. I would especially like to thank the night nurse Diana who took excellent care of me throughout the night she was very compassionate and caring. She was always there whenever I called, a big thank you to her and everyone else who helped me throughout this surgery and took wonderful care for my speedy recovery.

All staff were most considerate and helpful. The physiotherapist was particularly good, providing clear instructions and advice. The catering staff also ensured that my wife was given coffee and sandwiches, as the restaurant closed early at the weekend, which was much appreciated. Nursing staff made regular and frequent checks throughout my stay. My only negative point would be that my room was opposite the Nurses Station and I was aware of the constant buzz of conversation.

I have always had nothing but the best care from all the members of staff at The Hampshire Clinic. They are all , Friendly, approachable , knowledgeable in their field, and caring. I've stayed in hotels and had less satisfactory service.

The staff , nurses and receptionist are all amazing and super friendly . My consultant DR George Goumalatsos is just fantastic . I have had a previous surgery with him in 2019 and I honestly feel I couldn't have asked for a better doctor . I know my road isn't closed just yet as awaiting on some rest result , but he has reassured that we will do another surgery once he has my test results back and help me feel like a brand new woman and free me from this horrible disease. His knowledge is just amazing. Thank you to all at the Hampshire clinic for the great work .

First time. I went there to get a temporary replacement for a lost front tooth, (that was already a temporary replacement but the crown fallen off the root and lost). I asked for a quick fix that will get me through until i get a proper implant, so they did . They offered their further services but very casual and no nagging. I paid 2700kr which i think is fair. The whole procedure from the initial phone call to exit took a couple hours.

Since moving to Norway, I was nervous to find a new dentist in a new country. Then I met Maria at Oslo Tannlegesenter. I needed several treatments over the past year and each time I visited I become more and more comfortable (and honestly pleased) to see Maria. She had taken such great care of me and my teeth. Not only is she a fantastic dentist but is always a pleasure to visit (especially since, for some people, dentist appointments can be an uncomfortable experience). Maria has always put me at ease and I highly recommend her. I can now say I look forward to my dental check ups. Maria is truly an asset to your team 😁!!!

Marianna is excellent. Had to have an impacted wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it removed which had broken. I was worried as it was an emergency appointment but Marianna was great and removed both (one which had to have surgery to get everything) and followed up to ensure it was healing well. I felt very well looked after throughout, she was both clam and precise.

attended the one stop breast clinic, and cannot praise highly enough the whole experience was comfortable and professional from start to finishing the staff at every level were kind, caring, made me feel at ease and really eased my nerves. 10/10

Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

Yes,certainly. My surgery took place on 17/10/23. I was treated inhumanly on the day of admission. I am a diabetic patient. From the time of admission till the time of operation I was not offered any food. It was almost 3-4 hours without food. I was shivering. once I come back from the OT my husband went outside to buy food for me. Only then I had some food before my release from the hospital. I had an follow up appointment on 28/11/23 with Miss Madi which I have attended. She didn't look into my eye with care. She was in a hurry to finish my appointment. It was less than 2 minute. She was busy with her mobile phone. If I knew this earlier I wouldn't come long way for this appointment as I have waited long after the surgery for this follow up appointment. I will definitely not recommend anyone to be seen by this Consultant.

Was really happy with the hospital staff, particularly Ward sister Lisa and Doctor Larisa during the night shift were absolutely brilliant with me and their care was invaluable. I stayed for a couple of days after surgery and I think the whole experience was as seemless and easy for patient as possible. The catering was also great and very friendly and they catered to my specific dietary requirements. I'd definitely recommend blackheath hospital and their friendly experienced staff.

Just had my gallbladder out with Mr Kerwat and the whole experience was hugely efficient. The hospital is incredibly clean. Staff are enormously welcoming and you are constantly made to feel as if they care about how you feel. Special shout out to Larisa who was amazing and whose whole attitude was one of making you feel calm and cared for. She was incredible. Food was great and honestly, I couldn’t fault the whole experience.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Overall a 1st class performance in my opinion, thank you so much.

Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

I was a day case so didn’t have an overnight stay but throughout the whole process from the time I arrived I was impressed with the treatment and the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Throughout the process I felt at ease and informed as to what was going to happen. I can highly recommend Beardwood Clinic for their professional approach to the patient’s medical needs.

Was an overall good experience. Particular high praise for my nurse Annie who was truly wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for looking after me. I was less impressed by the treatment by my anaesthetist who was very hurried and spoke over me. I appreciate there must be a pressure to keep to a strict timeline but I don’t feel I was treated in a kind way. It would also have been helpful to be warned in advance about how painful the anaesthetic might be as it was injected into my cannula. I found this pain very frightening as I was not expecting it and I thought something had gone wrong. Apart from this my stay and treatment was very pleasant so thank you to all at the Shires.

My mother recently had hip surgery with woodlands hospital and would like to pass along her thanks to everyone involved in her surgery before and after. The care she received was outstanding and would recommend this hospital to anyone who may feel apprehensive about surgery. I’ve been to the Woodlands Hospital for both my cataract operations, very friendly efficient staff. I was in and out in just over 2 hours and everything was explained about after care in simple terms. Highly recommend the hospital for cataract surgery

I was looked after from the moment of walking in, taken to my room, the staff were brilliant and explained everything. Your housekeeping team were super, they gave me a choice of food and all was there when I returned from theatre. The anaesthetist and consultant took time to talk me through my procedure and expectations and answered all my questions. I had a very positive experience. Thank you so much for looking after me.

I want to share my experience at Mount Alvernia hospital. I have been cared for by sister Daniela who has been truly first class in every aspect of my care. She is caring and knowledgeable and took very good care of my wound. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

Very personable, professional, comprehensive and thorough health check. All aspects covered in a fluid manner. At no time did the process ever feel rushed. Questions were asked, answers listened to and discussion ensued. The handover from department to department was efficient and there was no time lag in between. All involved communicated with me, and with their colleagues in a professional respectful manner. Some tests were new to me. The nurse explained each step in detail, and the results to me ( I refer to the BMI test here) The other test results, when analysed and collated, will be sent to me at a later date. A excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Mount Alvernia as a place to complete your annual Health Check.
