Poor contact after leaving a message and then be told I should have phoned before 7.30 for a emergency appointment which I had and left a message. Then contacted later that morning after being booked earliest appointment 28th of December ☹️

Best dentist iv ever had for care and personality very welcoming from reception to the dentist and assistant and really friendly and considerate unlike past dentist who can come across cold. The care was great even used numbing gel before the needle as im a wimp with needles in the gums and had some pretty awesome tech iv never seen before and the workmanship was top notch she was awesome the outcome exceeded my expectations left me feeling id happily come back in future something id never felt about past dentist's.

Had an emergency extraction done. Everybody, from the moment I walked in the door, was so warm, welcoming and comforting. I was in so much pain but felt immediately in good hands upon talking to the lovely receptionist and was in the same amazing hands throughout the whole process. Expert technique from the dentist, as was not looking like it was going to be an easy task..... but within 15 or 20 minutes I was walking out the front door and in considerably less pain than I walked in. Amazingly wonderful people!

I had a small but important dental procedure, and I was quite happy with the treatment and the experience I had there.

Great service, Dr Vaibhav is so experienced. He is very friendly and keeps you informed about any concerns. Like the way they call to check up on you after treatment. Most recommended🙌

I did a regular dental check, a cleaning for my first trip, and a teeth whitening for the second visit. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service and the results! All staff members were so professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for more regular checks, and already have recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Dental appointments are now a pleasure. Incredibly professional and friendly staff. They discuss all your options and help you lay out a plan. They care about their patients. Communication and service A+++. Highly recommended for any orthodontic treatment. Big thank you to the team that work there - well done.

Chipped my front tooth and got it fixed by Joshua, who did a 10/10 job. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend going here if you have the same problem or just in general. Staff were also very friendly and good people.

Jodie at the front desk was super friendly and a good laugh before I went into my appointment. My dentist was Daisy who was absolutely amazing, very informative and got the job done. I have neglected the dentist over the years, but moving forward it will always be with Remarkables Dental.

Dr Yee was fantastic. Listened, took her time, and found an issue that needed to be resolved with a specialist. Helped with ACC forms and helped get funding approved.
