I contacted Dr. Vardakis at 4:00 AM on a Saturday for an emergency, while vacationing in Crete. He asked me how bad it was, and I said the pain was 9/10. He said: “see you in 30 minutes”. The whole care team is really friendly. At the same visit, Kati, Teo and Petteri took care of me. Everyone was reliable, professional and kind. I really felt that I could trust them, even if I was nervous. You could have almost fallen asleep during the tartar removal, the feeling was so peaceful in Kat's capable hands. Teo gave a clear assessment and suggested a professional solution, and he understood my situation very well in the tensions related to the removal of wisdom teeth. The removal of two wisdom teeth, one of which required surgery, did not hurt or stress me at all, as Petteri told me where to go the whole time, and together with Kati took care of my well-being. I will definitely come again! I felt really good. Special thanks for the aftercare of the removal operation. The nurses called the next day and asked how the healing started, and if there were any questions or if there were any pains or problems. It didn't hurt to remove the stitches either. The pits healed quite well, despite the severe hook roots. Edit 02/2023: Make-up boy at reception again at Hampaasi clinic. At the weekend, to my horror, I discovered that my back lower molar was chipped, a good piece came off. One of my worst fears is that a tooth will crack! I got an appointment for Monday morning from the website, this time for Johanna's treatment. Although there was no pain in the chipped tooth, the procedure was performed under anesthesia, so that pain would not come as a horrible surprise during the operation. I got a really good place to replace the chipped one, it doesn't feel strange in the mouth at all, and now 21 hours later I hardly remember the whole thing. What a great team at these clinics!

Teo and Petteri and their nurses are very professional and friendly. I had two implants put in there and numerous other procedures. I had a couple of damages, but Teo repaired them with his first-class expertise. I highly recommend.

It's only been a week, but so far the work seems very good. The implant went smoothly, and I healed fast. The stitches were out in 5 days. The bridge fits perfectly. Everyone was very nice! I live in Florida, so it's a trip, but I will be back a few more times, as I need more dental work. Medellin is a very interesting place.

Five stars is not enough !!!! First off lemme start by saying that the employees at ORALIMAGEN are beyond fantastic and well qualified for their respected titles and jobs. I had an appointment to go to a dentist orthodontist on Friday, April 14th, 2023 In another site right? (Not affiliated with oralimagen) so now that dentist is closed and the staff never reached out to me to notify me, Mind you I’m coming from America 🙄🙄, So now I’m scrambling for another site to fill in for my dentist appointment right? I go to google and I look up dentist offices near me and BAM👊🏽💥💥ORALIMAGEN pops up, I press the link asap call the toll free number speak with a representative and share my traumatic experience of another dentist letting me down the representative takes my info and says sir I’ll have someone contact you within a half an hour ( she lied because someone called me back not 5 not 6 but 7 minutes later ) man was I impressed and ecstatic and happy . Ok so Boom now I got my appointment set for 330pm the same day right? I get there and I’m greeted by Carol , she was soooo professional and courteous, and kind ,and caring ,and her smile was immaculate , lord I was like I want that same smile you have this what I came out here for .She smiles and says ok fantastic now I’m all booked and signed in and waiting in the waiting area I get greeted by another employee , she offers me water (which I ain’t used to being asked that or catered to as a patient )and I say yes please thank you 🙏🏽 A couple minutes go by and I am greeted by the one and only DR. Paula Peláez, her warm greeting made me feel like Christmas time when I got the Nintendo I always asked for lol might of gave my age there. So she’s there with me in the chair explaining what session I’m doing I chose to go with the permanent whitening session with laser and take home kit. The whole session took about an hour tops. When I was done I was soooo happy I couldn’t stop smiling and grinning from ear to ear. I had to do two sessions so I went again on the 17th of April and after that I’ll have my take home kit to do myself.
