Partial knee replacement in 2 Orthopedic surgery clinics worldwide with additional parameter

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

I have been in the anti-tuberculosis dispensary since April 25, of these 16 days I was treated (examined) for only 4-5 days. The conditions here are terrible (the best word I could find). Cockroaches, food, as well as the negligence of the attending doctors and staff, is worse than ever. If it were possible to put stars in minus, then we would have collected all -5. I don’t advise anyone to come here, or even end up in the hospital.

Awful. Patient Management is closed when it have to work. No response via phone to ask why you must pay specific amount of money and for which services. Huge respect for doctors, but management of clinic is awful and they deserve even less than 1 point out of 5.

After almost 30 hours, they still don’t know when they can perform surgery on my kidney stone. They only gave me 5 glasses of water! When I asked them about my situation and the plan, nobody answered! I’m thirsty, hungry, and in pain from the stone for more than 1 day. This is simply the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life!

Unfortunately but I have a pleasure to have surgery on pancreas cancer here. UK NHS said its noopetatable😬. The rooms 10 stars out of 5🙂, super clean, staff constantly checking on you, everything went smooth and pain free(thanks to epidural and painkillers). I have been sent home when I was ready, no complications and, 7 month out and good so far. Highly recommend, plus beautiful town which I was able to see before surgery.

I had a Gastroscopy for a week and received very poor treatment. both doctors and nurses. showed he seems mentally unbalanced. treats people degrading situation. without explaining what they should do.

Really not recommended, felt really badly treated.

Has from previous injuries very good experience with the Ringvollklinikken in Hobøl. The choice was therefore easy this time too.. But the department in Oslo is a disaster.. I come for a consultation once and go again with the feeling of not being heard.. I go to the physio, but it doesn't get better.. Physiotherapist has tried to get in touch with the doctor / orthopedist many times.. Promises that he will call back, but never lets up.. for several weeks.. It will be exciting to hear what they say tomorrow.. 6 weeks with very poor sleep..

Was supposed to get a referral for an X-ray, it never happened.

Suddenly got an invoice for a summons that I didn't receive, and therefore I didn't show up. They say they sent a letter, which I obviously didn't receive. I didn't get a phone call or text either. When I called to explain the situation, they were very rude and insisted that it was not their fault that I did not receive the summons and that they did not have time to discuss the matter with me. Then suddenly they hung up. Now I have received a debt collection notice for an invoice for a doctor's appointment that I did not know about. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, especially in healthcare. They are not interested in helping people. They are only interested in money.

Very satisfied with how I was met all the way from the first meeting until the operation was completed. Of course I was nervous about surgery on my knee, but the professional staff were safe and relaxed and I felt seen.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..
