Customer service people on their cell phones while helping zero people in the que. The pictures say it all. Look at the customer service people chatting on the phone and the video board showing zero people in the que.

Failed to admit me, despite my being covered by my international insurance. It seems they are pricey for walk-ins, and the experience is not exactly awesome. I went over to Hospital Beneficiencia Portuguesa for a way faster, cheaper, more attentive care. Recommend you do the same.

Very good hospital!! From parking, reception and emergency room service. Polite and willing people to help and practice their profession well. My father was in the ICU surrounded by a multidisciplinary team who welcomed him very well. Everything clean and organized. It wasn't difficult to talk to the doctors, as they were there when they visited the ICU and then in the room. Dr. Giaseni (sorry if I got the name wrong, cardio), Adriana, psychologist (I suggest she explain it to the companions in the auditorium, she is great)., Gildazio, Bruna, Rodrigo, Fernanda (proactive nurse on the 6th floor), Adriana (a nurse affectionate and very professional on the 6th floor), Dr Flávia and Dr Luiz Fernando among other names that I did not identify. They were precious, attentive and precise. May you continue your missions and be rewarded accordingly. My father left and will continue his appointments with a neurologist at the hospital. I hope that the hospital preserves this organizational climate and focus on the well-being of those who seek health and human comfort there.

I arrived at the unit reporting my symptoms to a doctor who didn't even touch me or look at my face. He told me to do tests and take a lot of medicine, after waiting for 1 hour, the person who came back with me was another doctor, who didn't introduce himself and arrived saying that my tests didn't show anything and that he would give me medicine for the pain. He redid all the questions because he arrived talking about a symptom that only appeared today and he didn't know anything about what I was feeling, he clearly didn't bother to read my file. He said he could ask me for more tests and that it would take a long time, with a tone of voice and an expression that said he didn't really want to give me the tests. Because of this, I said I preferred not to do it, he left and returned with a prescription containing medicines that I had already taken and I reported to the first doctor that they had no effect and focused on a single symptom that was not my main complaint. When I said that he PULLED the prescription out of my hand and said he wasn't going to give me anything then and that he was going to give me a bunch of tests and I should wait a long time, all of this in an aggressive way. I left as quickly as possible after more than 1 hour of wasting my time being treated like trash. The nursing team is incredible, extremely competent and professional people, they treated me in the best way and work with the quality and rigor that we expect from an institution like this. However, due to the attitude of the medical team, I intend to never set foot in that place again.

The hospital is good, but in my opinion it can improve more. There are doctors and others not so nice and thoughtful. The reception is good, some people (receptionists) are polite, friendly ... The same in relation to the security guards. There should be more integration, communication among the coworkers. Excellent service and support regarding many domains. We had a undergo and the whole staff was extremely supportive (from the first approach, passing by intensive care and ending on maternity domain). Its definitely one of the best hospitals in Sao Paulo.

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. You can see the hatred they have for their work, which they project into customer service. The only good people are those in the goal and the laboratory!

I have blood cancer, so I get test at other testing place and than go here for treatment. Lots of waiting, I have to go down street to pay for service. Than more waiting. Not bad place, but everyone seems to be confused. Other than that, it's fine

It is very difficult to schedule an exam, whether by phone call (it dropped 5 times in the same morning), WhatsApp (you wait more than 40 minutes for an interaction with an attendant and if it takes less than 5 minutes to respond the service is terminated) or even via the app . I hope they observe the message, consider it, and try to at least adjust the messaging service.

I leave on record my dissatisfaction with Dr. Flavia Salgado's attendant who called the normal password first, as I am 70 years old, I was the first to arrive, I got priority password 1 and was the second to be consulted. Do you know what priority is? This occurred on November 23, 2023. This attendant could undergo retraining.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've called to cancel an appointment and I've been on the line until the call hangs up. I think it's absurd why the professional will be there waiting while he can bring in another patient. Today I was rude to the attendant so she could cancel the appointment. Through this review, I would like to thank the wonderful team that took care of my son during his 7 days in hospital. Among the entire team, I would like to praise the work of Dr Maria Adelaide, Dr Ana hematologist, Dr Tamara and the team of nurses, especially Gabriel (who became friends with my Flamengo fan son) and technician Leila, a unique human being and full of empathy. Having a child in hospital is one of the worst things in a family's life, but know that you, in addition to your competence, helped us get through these days by welcoming and comforting us. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

One word: GRATITUDE!!! I have gratitude, a feeling of recognition. I want to thank you for EVERYTHING. Receptionists, Doctors, Nurses, Cleaning Assistants, Cafeteria, Physiotherapists, Radiologists, everyone in general who gave and is giving us support in a difficult phase, which makes it a little lighter...... GOD BLESS THEM, ALWAYS.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

Reception ok, but on the day I went I needed care from an orthopedist and there was only 1 doctor, so it took more than 1 hour to wait for care, the doctor Marcelo Tinti Bel was very attentive and polite, the nurse who administered the injection was very polite and welcoming.

In the last 15 days I have been in the emergency room and the security guard, nurses, guardian angels, and doctors provide exceptionally incredible treatment. Professionalism, kindness, they show interest in the patient. GOD AND THE Blessed Virgin Mary Bless you 😇❤️

It is a hospital with very good facilities and good medical staff. It is noticeable that they are trying to improve many aspects, but they have failures at the level of internal logistics, since they frequently drop hospitalized patients hours in advance for diagnostic imaging and other tests, clarifying that in the waiting room for Imaging diagnostic rooms have air conditioning, which ends up making some patients more sick; The truth is that in this regard there is a great deal of disregard for patients and a great lack of organization on the part of the hospital. There is also a large overpopulation of patients in the emergency room that obviously exceeds the capacity of the hospital, since even in the emergency corridors there are stretchers with patients and companions who do not even have a place to sit.

Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Doctors do not provide status to patients and send students to relay status. Students can't answer questions. Poor communication and follow up by all personnel which have led to 3 wrong diagnosis by doctors. Once realized we asked and the staff blamed the family members of making up stories and medical visit history missing information. This review is based on the past year with various family members appointments and emergencies I am basing my rating. This rating applies to various areas: emergency room, intensive care, critical area, and maternity ward.

My wife gave birth to our daughter here. Amazing staff on rotation. We were there for 3 night and had an amazing experience from the food, the quality of the rooms, and the experience in the staff that always made us feel that we were priority.

PCR test done very quickly, good hygiene results the next morning. Not crowded, almost no waiting time, but people smoking marijuana, literally 2 meters IN FRONT of the entrance of the respiratory emergency... there should be security at the gates.

I had the best experience with all the staff at hospital. Everyone was super friendly even though I didn't speak a word of Spanish. Even other patients helped me out with translating information to the staff.

The structure of the building is good, but the service is lacking. In the office building there is no air conditioning and it is 35ºC hot. It is absurd that a private hospital environment does not have a decent structure to serve its clients!

I underwent a total thyroidectomy surgery on 08/17 and I was very well taken care of, from the time I arrived until I left (08/18). I would like to thank the entire team of Dr. Reginaldo Fujita, all the nurses and doctors in the recovery sector and all the nurses, physiotherapists and other employees in the hospitalization sector, for their love, care and patience. The structure of the hospital is wonderful (bedroom, operating room, recovery room)!!! My only complaint is about parking…..absurdly expensive. My mother paid 122.00 to stay 1 day with me!

I had septum surgery at this hospital and it was easy. Nurse Roberto took care of me with affection. I stayed in room 509 where everything was organized and clean. The surgical team of Dr. Moacir are very careful.

It's only been a week, but so far the work seems very good. The implant went smoothly, and I healed fast. The stitches were out in 5 days. The bridge fits perfectly. Everyone was very nice! I live in Florida, so it's a trip, but I will be back a few more times, as I need more dental work. Medellin is a very interesting place.

The kindest and loveliest dentists that I have ever been to (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡ Dr Johana and Alejandro made me feel at ease for the entire time I was in their care. They fixed a dental implant surgery that went wrong (from another dentist), fixed my smile and I cant thank them enough for this. I highly recommend this dental practice 🧡🧡🧡

Five stars is not enough !!!! First off lemme start by saying that the employees at ORALIMAGEN are beyond fantastic and well qualified for their respected titles and jobs. I had an appointment to go to a dentist orthodontist on Friday, April 14th, 2023 In another site right? (Not affiliated with oralimagen) so now that dentist is closed and the staff never reached out to me to notify me, Mind you I’m coming from America 🙄🙄, So now I’m scrambling for another site to fill in for my dentist appointment right? I go to google and I look up dentist offices near me and BAM👊🏽💥💥ORALIMAGEN pops up, I press the link asap call the toll free number speak with a representative and share my traumatic experience of another dentist letting me down the representative takes my info and says sir I’ll have someone contact you within a half an hour ( she lied because someone called me back not 5 not 6 but 7 minutes later ) man was I impressed and ecstatic and happy . Ok so Boom now I got my appointment set for 330pm the same day right? I get there and I’m greeted by Carol , she was soooo professional and courteous, and kind ,and caring ,and her smile was immaculate , lord I was like I want that same smile you have this what I came out here for .She smiles and says ok fantastic now I’m all booked and signed in and waiting in the waiting area I get greeted by another employee , she offers me water (which I ain’t used to being asked that or catered to as a patient )and I say yes please thank you 🙏🏽 A couple minutes go by and I am greeted by the one and only DR. Paula Peláez, her warm greeting made me feel like Christmas time when I got the Nintendo I always asked for lol might of gave my age there. So she’s there with me in the chair explaining what session I’m doing I chose to go with the permanent whitening session with laser and take home kit. The whole session took about an hour tops. When I was done I was soooo happy I couldn’t stop smiling and grinning from ear to ear. I had to do two sessions so I went again on the 17th of April and after that I’ll have my take home kit to do myself. Now that’s it’s over all I want to say again to the team at ORALIMAGEN GRACIAS POR TODO TE AMO ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Regrettable attention. They made me come back 4 times to ask for a refund, they gave me a thousand buts. The girl in laboratory box 1, (a blonde) was disrespectful and did not help me solve the problem. I asked to speak to the supposed manager 'Diego' and he couldn't solve it for me either because 'some time had passed' and they forgot to request it from social work. Finally, they didn't give me my money back.

In some hospitals they no longer allow smoking within 30m of the entrance, it would not be bad if they applied it here because people smoking at the door is unpleasant for those of us who must pass by there.

Disgusting unprofessionalism! A child of 11 months arrived at night with a temperature of 39.6.! Doctor looked at baby throat and said it was streptococcus. I was told to do a streptococcus test, to which the doctor said absolute stupidity that it don't do for children!! And she didn't prescribe any treatment! Streptococcus needs to be treated! We have insurance in this hospital, I don't recommend it to anyone! We will leave this hospital!

I'm a traveler from the US who had a ear pain and needed to see a doctor right away. Most hospitals in the area have bad reviews so it was hard to find some healthcare for myself. Eventually I choose this hospital because people referred me here the most. Went to the emergency room but they directed me to the specalist inside the main building. After registering I needed to pay but they wouldn't accept cash over 10k pesos and i didn't have my credit card with me. So i had to go across the street for a bank deposit. After that i paid and saw the doctor immediately. So in my situation since i saw a specialist that doesnt have many patients i was in and out in about an hour. Im very satisfied with the care i recieved and how prompt everything was despite the language barrier and i dont speak much spanish so Google translate is my buddy. Id recommend this hopsital if you want to be seen faster than a public hospital and are willing to pay. This was a faster and wayyy cheaper experience than in the US. I give this 4 stars because of the bank deposit thing, but otherwise im very pleased 👌

Updating my review cause now I'm a holder of their health insurance and I'm very happy with it. The phone line sucks though, it takes ages to get an answer and then they tend to transfer you to a different department that cuts the call or never answers. It's way faster to go there and ask everything in person.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

It was founded by Cleto Aguirre from Salta. The origins of the current Hospital de Clínicas date back to 1877, when its construction began. A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. A significant number of patients came from the interior, referred by doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who kept a special memory of the aptitudes of their teachers in medicine. The first filmed operation in the history of medicine occurred in this hospital. It was in 1899 and was in charge of the Argentine doctor Alejandro Posadas. Quick procedures until getting to the medication room. Good and caring doctor. All the others professionals were also kind and well prepared for their jobs.

Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

Terrible service in the laboratory area…. Too long waiting time for fasting patients, which makes the results of some exams very unreliable. Two hours to care for only 25 patients. We arrived at 7:30 and we got file 82... it's 10:26 and they are only on file 57. At that rate, 6 hours waiting for a blood sample to be taken from the patient
