Great center. I visited Artros myself for an MRI. I must say that they called me, we agreed on a date and time, and they kept the appointment. There was no waiting.
The Artros Medical Center grew out of a small practice in Ljubljana, where Martin Mikek and Mohsen Hussein performed private orthopedic examinations once a week. Already during their specialization abroad, as well as during later visits to foreign medical centers, they were repeatedly impressed by the workflow in differently organized institutions.

Today I had an abdominal ultrasound with Dr. honey spec. of radiology Metka Šavli. Very satisfied with the professionalism, accuracy and knowledge of the above-mentioned doctor. The premises are clean, modernly furnished. The employees are extremely respectful and professional.
It is best to park across the street, where there is a huge (but paid) parking lot. The price of an hour of parking is 1.10 euros (as of 18.10.2023).

Horrible!
If you are pregnant, look for another place. My experience:
1. The doctor didn’t explain anything, only what I couldn’t eat. Didn’t ask anything about how I was feeling, if I had nausea, or anything. Didn’t ask if I was taking or had to take any medications due to other conditions. Didn’t say anything about exercising, she literally gives no recommendations on anything unless you ask, literally she didn’t even say anything about the supplements one is supposed to take, I had to ask! If this is like this on the first appointment I don’t want to imagine the rest.
2. You get an appointment at 10am and the day before you are given by an SMS 2 different a appointments, 1 at 10 and the other one at 11am without any previous notice and you are not even told the name of the doctor!
3. On the phone they said my insurance was accepted, when we got there it wasn’t because Dexeus Mujer is not the same as the hospital (they don’t tell you that on the phone) and we had to pay 225€!! 175€ of those for an eco which it’s not even printed !!!!!
4. Our 10am appointment started at 10:55am!! I can accept 20-30min of delay but not 1 hour for a really expensive service.
5. The nurse sees you with disdain if you talk to her in Spanish instead of Catalan! They praise themselves online of speaking so many languages that getting this kind of attitude for a really expensive service is unacceptable
6. You are not allowed to record on the eco because they do it for you in theory, but they didn’t because “it was too early” but they didn’t say that upfront, just after I asked and all the moment had finished
Overall the experience was very poor and I am very disappointed of having had my first eco here, they made my experience quite sad. Won’t be coming back

I've tried to book an appointment for a general medical check-up, in multiple occasions, both using the form on the website and calling to the phone on the website.
On the phone, I provided all my contact information again, and the company told me that they were an intermediary and that the Teknon Medical Center will call me back.
They never called me back nor sent me an email. What do you do with the information that you collect if you don't contact the people, at least to tell them that you can't offer them an appointment?

This review pertains exclusively to the private patient accommodations, a significant financial investment. Regrettably, the experience was far from satisfactory.
Commencing with the disinterested demeanor of the receptionist catering to private patients, the overall quality of the room and bed provided was found to be subpar. The supplementary bed was notably uncomfortable, and the staff seemed unenthusiastic about their roles, creating a palpable sense of apathy.
We strongly recommend considering alternative hospitals if you intend to receive private patient care.

I am satisfied with the health service provided. Dr. Bandić is a very pleasant man, a professional and experienced doctor, patient and calm, ready to listen carefully to the patient, to explain all ambiguities and clear up doubts. A conscientious examination. Along with the advice, I was given clear recommendations and instructions for further treatment along with a medical report. Pleasant and friendly staff in the office. Any recommendation to anyone who needs a specialist in this branch of medicine.

I am shocked at how mediocre and overrated this nationally famous clinic is. Even as an international, self-paying client my appointments in late 2022 were continually mixed up and, worse still, the 3 weeks of extensive diagnoses were inconclusive and they recommended cortisone for the pains throughout my body, claiming there was no alternative to this treatment. My pains steadily increased and at one stage I could no longer get out of bed without help. I finally visited a microbiologist in Hamburg who correctly diagnosed the cause, and with a simple change of diet I was pain-free within a week!. I am now completely off cortisone.

The worst childbirth that you could imagine!
Unfortunately, we chose this clinic for childbirth. At the 39th week Dra. Laura Muñoz Saá said me, that labor induction was needed. Although we did not agree with this, but we trusted her words that everything will be fine and that it is better for me and child.
The doctor assured only about the advantages of induction of labor. However, there was not a word about complications and possible consequences. Although everything was written in the informed consent.
After the start of induction, irregular labor began (opening from 2 cm to 10 cm per hour). I screamed from pain and begged for pain relief due to excruciating pain. Everyone just said that I should breathe, and I will never forget the words of the anesthesiologist who came to install epidural anesthesia. He said "all women give birth, what do you mean you can't sit down for 2 minutes?" In those moments, I prayed that it would end soon and barely sat through those 2 minutes of hellish pain. After the examination, the doctor on shift told that the cervix was already fully dilated and the child was in distress. I was told that a caesarean section should be performed immediately.
To go through hellish pain so that it ends with an operation is not the worst. The worst thing is when they start making an incision, and you say that you feel pain, just pain, and not the feeling that something is being done. In response from the anesthesiologist, I heard "don't make it up, you can't feel pain."
No one but me will understand the torments that I went through and that left a mark on my heart forever.
The most beautiful day of my life became one of the worst for me due to excruciating pain and a feeling of helplessness. When you beg for pain relief, which they still think about giving you or not, because they don't believe that you can feel such unbearable pain.
The only thing that was at the highest level was the help of the nurses and the matrons with the child. Thank you very much for your work and help!

My parents have been getting treatment at this place since 2018 and since it's doors first openend then, the customer service and quality has gone down by a lot. They are taking on too many people and they are loosing sight of what matters most: the patient and their family. I lost my father recently and I am sure that his doctors at the CUN could have looked after their patient more in detail rather than making us wait for hours sometimes and the most difficult part was for my dad or me to get a hold of his doctors. The ER room service is also basically non existent. I will never use that Clinic again. Great doctors, latest Tecno but not attention to detail and bad administration.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.

The bad service they have is horrible. They tell me that they take me a while to attend because it is not serious, but it turns out that I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and at 6:45 p.m. they gave me the paper to go to the counter. It's 9/15 and there is no one left from the time I arrive. Thank goodness it wasn't important because my tests are still missing and so are the others. They are home . I am asthmatic and can barely breathe because of the power of the heat in the room and on top of that they leave me lying in the middle of a door that opens and closes every two seconds. Dr. Pichel asks me for some tests that I don't know why or why because she hasn't told me. In other words, a zero service, be careful with the dictation, Pichel is a bad person and unfortunately it is the second time that he treats me like a dog when this individual touches you because he has less vocation than empathy. And the lack of professionalism, closeness or proximity to helping the patient! Above they have more to say. I recommend that you complain because this system is great garbage! Like the attention in the establishment.

I have to go to this hospital a lot, in addition to parking being impossible, to enter the main door there are tons of cars waiting and occupying the entrance of the cars to drop off patients, everything collapsed daily. It's a shame that this hospital doesn't have a guard. sworn controlling traffic and access like they have at San Rafael, how can they have the entire main entrance blocked and the parking lot blocked daily and not hire a sworn guard like other hospitals? that says a lot about the category of the hopital

And to have an ultrasound it took them more than a month to make an appointment and since they had to change it until January they don't have time... It's a shame to pay private insurance for this.
Disaster of organization and way of managing this hospital.
The people who work there are charming and professional, it's a shame that they have to work for such a poorly run center.

They are the largest hospital center in Croatia and have the best equipment. That's the biggest plus.
After that the personal is overworked and somewhat rude; and it gets worse and worse as they climb the hierarchy.
Organisation overall is mediocre and dictated directly by politics, failures in organisation are then blamed on the people who work there.

We cannot be more grateful to the entire team at this center. 33 days one after the other pampering us, taking care of us and worrying about every detail. All of them, absolutely all, tremendous professionals with an enormous sense of empathy towards patients. From the reception team to the doctors, technicians, nurses.... None of them have lacked a smile in the 33 days. And you have to see them taking care of the children. Infinite thanks to all. That moment bells forever in our hearts. All magnificent but special mention to Isma, always attentive to our coffees

I got the referral of a doctor, ginecologist for a problem that I have been dealing for too long.
The doctor received me in few days after the contact and was quite receptive to my concerns and requests which required diligent action in a short period of time due to my work leave (also very short).
We set a date for the sugery and I was impressed that the contact was very
speedy and allowed me to send every remaining document by email .
I asked for a quotation of the total price, that was sent to me few days prior to the sugery, in which stated the total value of the intervention and hospital fees.
All the inconvenience started after surgery: the nurses not atentive at all, always in a rush to fill you up with drugs and leaving you behind without even trying to understand what was going on for each case since they receive many pacients for plastic surgery therefore they assume all patients are there for the same " vain" reasons. I was there for other reasons, but even so I had paid my entire bill like anyone, so I deserved the private quality service I was paying for.
The health assistants were also very rude and whenever I would press the button to call for assistance during night shifts , they were the first to come instead of medical nurses and they were the ones to evaluate weather you were or not entitled to be given assistance.
I required very scarce times their assistance and just preferred to crawl by my on and manage what I needed.
I stumbled once and no one came to check up on me, if there were consequences.
Water was giving rarely, some would save the bottles if you had other sitting on the night stand.
3 days enduring that, without being able to complain, or having relatives come and check for me. My family leaved in another city. (Husband who stayed with the kids).
After i left the nurse who took the last cateter made me bleed perfusively and i almost fainted. The personel took me to take the cab with no wheelchair, I had to walk for 10 min after being laying for 3 days.
I have been living in Paris, hospitalized there, lived in US also hospitalized there, been in a private clinic in Brazil where I gave birth South africa private hospitals and also were really wonderfully treated.
This was by far the WORST experience and service provider!
NEVER will I recommend it nor use it any time !

It has been a month since my ginecological ecography, and the hospital still hasn´t delivered results. But the invoice yes, oh this they delivered! I had to go there physically, make a special request (sic!) and after a week still nothing. So I paid for the exam that now i cannot even access to see the results and bring them to another doctor. As far as i know, refusing the access to patient´s own health information is a crime in this country.

Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania,
I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%.
It makes me think that these people live on estimates...
They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else.

Avoid this hospital! I had to visit the hospital because of a sinus infection, but was rushed into several entirely useless procedures just to hike up the bill. The whole experience was horrible with unfriendly and rude staff. However, the worst part was that a nurse stole 340 euros from my purse in my handbag that I left in the examination room with the nurse when I was pushed into a toilet for another useless test. The hospital operations reeks of scamming people in every possible way. Despicable behaviour preying on people in a vulnerable situation.

Avoid this hospital
My husband was admitted to this hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2 days ago.
In 2021 I visited him on a Sunday, and he was on the floor (with a broken leg) trying to get onto the sofa, to get out of the window as he was hallucinating. He was on the second floor! The window was then closed and locked but no-one had noticed my husband on the floor, which is a worry. I then had to push for a brain scan, which, according to Xanit showed nothing abnormal.
He has now been diagnosed with dementia at Guadalhorce hospital, so I chose to go private again to make things happen faster.
We saw a neurologist at Xanit who said he should be hospitalised.
When we arrived at the hospital it took over 20 minutes to park as the car park was full, then when we got to reception there were almost 35 people in front of us. We were over an hour late to get to our appointment and then the computers went down!!!
We had to go down to Urgencias to be admitted. They told me he had to go to a hospital in Malaga. I then had to go back to the neurologist, as Urgencias refused to call him, and he told them to admit my husband. There was an amazing lack of communication, and the girl who was in triage was basically rude. We were then subjected to a 2/3 hour wait, then taken to a surgical ward where the nurses all moaned about the fact he was being taken into this hospital.
I speak and understand Spanish so was very aware of the things being said and I am absolutely horrified at how we were treated.
He was hospitalised on Wednesday, and we were told he would get an MRI and CT scan. My husband was aggressive, and I was told I had to stay with him 24/7. This is not why I’m paying private health insurance. I was told there are insufficient nurses to deal with all the patients they have, so I had to stay.
The MRI and CT scan didn’t happen as the machine had broken down!!! My husband was very agitated, and the neurologist and I agreed he would be better at home. Therefore, we had to make an appointment for the MRI and CT scan (29th November) I waited over an hour to make this appointment, while my husband was in his hospital room. There were 6 people in front of me, and one person in reception, who decided to deal with people who jumped the queue and one friend (I think Fran was his name).
Reception staff are awful and provide terrible customer service. They wander away on their phones when they feel like it and don’t appreciate that people visiting the hospital may be dealing with life and death situations. They are abysmal and need training.
I see from these reviews this has been going on for over a year, so I’m not sure if my comments will make any difference at all.
Absolutely shocking service.
On a brighter note, when you actually get to see a specialist, they are amazing.

Went on 3 occasions these last 2 weeks. Reception areas both on Planta Baja and downstairs at radiography are absolutely very poor. On each occasion I had to wait between 40 and 50 minutes before being attended to at the reception desk. This is just unacceptable. No complaints about the medical personnel, hence my 3 star rating instead of just 1 star. Seriously thinking going to another clinic in the future.

I am a patient in this clinic, well i was until they fixed my problems...My experience:travelled from Belgium to get treated there and wow...the level of professionalism and how friendly they are,its 100%recommended.
What impressed me in the first place is that they try to save as many teeth as possible, and then give you options and posibilities based on your needs.
Huge thanks to the dokters that had patience with me and treated me and explained to me and to Geert.
Plus,in my situation had a lot of help with everything there(acomodation and airport transport) coming from a different country...100% recommended

Avoid unless you are in a critical condition!
Arena Dental is definitely not a choice for anyone who wants to keep their teeth in good health and most importantly save your teeth from the butchery that is taking place there.
Their business practices are malicious and not in favor of the patient; the recommendations given by the staff are geared towards replacing your teeth with implants rather than taking effort and saving your teeth. Always look for second opinion and don't take their fake smile and false concern lightheartedly.
We've had multiple dentists comment on their recommended course of action which have confirmed they are prone to take the easy and most expensive way of getting your dental health in check, clucking and clawing at even the slight sign of damage to teeth rather than saving your natural teeth and not wasting your money for expensive implants.

I've been to this hospital 4 times in 6 years and always had a very good experience (as good as it can be while sick or injured). Staff and doctors are friendly, speak English. It's well organized, services are pretty close to each other and we're given good guidance. The service coverage by insurance is excellent, I've gotten out of here with consultation + 4 exams done including multiple X-rays and blood analysis paying only 20€, while clinics charge 70 for a basic consultation.
If anything, material seems insufficient: I've seen cleaning staff having to ask doctors for gloves and my doc's computer froze regularly, stalling the consultation ~15 mins.

Simply disgusting quality of service from the administration. I give them one star! Alternatively, the hospital management enter the kpi for their work. The more people you serve, the more your salary will be, because it’s unbearable, they do everything they want, just not their work.

I often come here for my doctors appointment but the receptionists there are mostly in need of lots of training in terms of customer service. No any filter to show you they do not welcome any foreigners or they will express extreme rudeness to you if you don't speak Portuguese. It's a shame that the doctors and nurses works hard here but it doesn't show it at the front desk. In my opinion if you don't welcome foreigners in your country to use private health care services, everything should be automated.

The immunology team made up of Dr. Sánchez Ramon and Dr. Navarro is great. They took good care of me throughout my pregnancy and thanks to them I was able to have my baby a year ago. They have always treated me very well, even by email at times when I was worried about the results of the analysis. I have nothing but words of gratitude for them. They are the best without a doubt.

**^Racism warning. I met with Dr Raquel Vieira to have my implant taken out as me and my husband wanted to start trying for children. Firstly she wouldn’t let him be in the room even after I insisted. Then during the procedure she proceeded to tell me “COLOURED men like to have many wives” and told me I needed to “really check” to see if he had other wives, and children I didn’t know about. This was extremely shocking to hear, coming from Sweden and the U.K. I felt very uncomfortable as she was stitching me up I was in shock and felt very unsafe around this doctor. I can only imagine how she would treat me if I was darker skinned or god forbid decided to make her my doctor for my pregnancy. Very unprofessional and unpleasant let alone racist and illegal.
