It is a hospital with very good facilities and good medical staff. It is noticeable that they are trying to improve many aspects, but they have failures at the level of internal logistics, since they frequently drop hospitalized patients hours in advance for diagnostic imaging and other tests, clarifying that in the waiting room for Imaging diagnostic rooms have air conditioning, which ends up making some patients more sick; The truth is that in this regard there is a great deal of disregard for patients and a great lack of organization on the part of the hospital. There is also a large overpopulation of patients in the emergency room that obviously exceeds the capacity of the hospital, since even in the emergency corridors there are stretchers with patients and companions who do not even have a place to sit.

The emergencies of this hospital are chaos! The disrespect towards the patient is total, you must stay 3 to 4 days in the emergency room under undignified conditions so that they give the patients a bed there is a doctor Moros who is the head of the emergency room and the man does not appear! No one provides a solution or an answer!

Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Doctors do not provide status to patients and send students to relay status. Students can't answer questions. Poor communication and follow up by all personnel which have led to 3 wrong diagnosis by doctors. Once realized we asked and the staff blamed the family members of making up stories and medical visit history missing information. This review is based on the past year with various family members appointments and emergencies I am basing my rating. This rating applies to various areas: emergency room, intensive care, critical area, and maternity ward.

Many people. The attention is not friendly upon admission, however in external insult it improves a little and in hospitalization it improves considerably more. The medical equipment and technology are good.

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

Madhouse, worst service at ER

I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. I've been seen in the emergency room a few times in 2020. and 2021 22 or 23. Terribly, my elderly father, 86 years old, with shortness of breath, spent more than 6 hours waiting and couldn't get help, he gave up. I don't recommend it even to my biggest enemy... management should change because they are not good professionals

It turns out that the corridors on the HED bed floors do not have air conditioning for employees, with temperatures above 40⁰ in the summer, these poor professionals are forced to work dripping with sweat, sometimes even with deconcentration and their memory fails, and they can come making mistakes unintentionally due to the strong heat in the corridors, wrong medication for patients, etc. Patients have air conditioning in their rooms, but the corridors and other facilities where technicians and nurses circulate do not have air conditioning. This is inhumane and those who can pay the price for this are the patients since the HED administration sacrifices its nurses by not providing the basic things that are the appropriate temperature to work, how can you work in such heat? How to concentrate? So every time a family member is admitted there, they will be cared for by professionals who are under strong pressure and heat.

Terrible care in this hospital, I was hospitalized on May 19, I They channeled me to medicate me and left a piece of what appears to be a needle inside my right wrist where they put the channel. I am already in the city where I live. Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

I was sent here after a fall resulted in a deep gash in my chin. As a foreigner, I had no idea what was happening and waited a very long time. Part of the issue was that they had trouble comprehending that we were willing to pay cash. When I finally was treated, the doctors seemed quite competent, although quite young. I later had the stitches removed on a cruise ship and the wound has healed very well. The total cost, including an x-ray was $65. In the US, the service probably would not have been any better and the cost would have been 20 times that or more. Says a lot about healthcare in the USA.

For the first time in my life i wish to give 0 star review for the "best" hospital in Bulgaria. If you have been sent here it meena you are in dire need of medical attention. But with 3 people before me i have been waiting here for 3 hours..... things need to change bring more staff or increase the room capacity.

It is clean and I was accepted almost immediatly. However, the nurses were rude and their attitude was very unprofessional! They treated me and other patients like we work here and know everything and refused to respond adequtely to questions we had! I would reccomend for Pirogoff to not only update its look on the outside, but also to hire adequate personnel.

Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

I can Dr. Highly recommend Fähnle Head Physician Endometriosis Center. Dr. Fähnle has a great deal of specialist knowledge, takes a lot of time for his patients and responds to their needs. A doctor that you can hardly find these days with the enormous time pressure. Simply great!

Apparently you have to be a VIP member or have private insurance to be treated reasonably well there. It's a pity that it's not only in this hospital/profession that customers are treated unfriendly and employees are bullied.☹🙁

It should be possible to give no stars at all. I had a very bad experience at the surgery department. The surgery department gave me the wrong medication and as a result the X-ray of my stomach was not what it should have been. The doctor did not write the whole truth in my report, which prompted me to contact the ombudsman. I asked for a new appointment at another hospital. Since he didn't write why I have to do a repeat of this whole investigation. I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

This bunch of idiots organize the covid rapid test in the international airport of Athens with only 2 (two) operators to do the actual work (but 4 to take payments). It takes 2 hs for a 10' work and then people miss their flights. Update Furthermore: thieves. They do tests to kids under 12 even though not necessary.

Nasty experience at their Corona testing center at AIA. We prepaid the tests online and still had to wait more than one hour for a simple rapid test. Somehow the prepaid line moves slower than the normal line. That's partly because they accept also people who have not prepaid in advance in the same line and they don't turn them away. The test itself is rather quick, the two testing lines sit around doing nothing because the 6 desks cannot send them people fast enough (it takes roughly 5 minutes per person to scan qr, look at documents, print consents, print labels etc). Then you have to queue for the results because that is actually quicker than receiving them on email (pictured). If we would have waited for the mail I am not sure we would have made it to the flight. I would recommend to come about 4 hours before your flight to be comfortable.

I didn’t know you’re supposed to first call 1813 before heading to the hospital for something like a cut, but the nurses and doctors in the trauma centre were incredibly kind and attentive and my injury has healed incredibly well. Huge thanks to the amazing staff!!

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the ward I had to attend. My wife's colostomy kit and bags had gone astray with our luggage on our flight from Birmingham to Copenhagen. With assistance from friends we contacted the hospital, who gave us a complete set of spares and kit to last the few days that we were staying in Copenhagen. I offered payment, which was declined. The nurse who I saw was very kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, especially as the choice of items was so overwhelming and the event so upsetting.
