I am being treated by Dr G Perera and nurse Paulina at Syon Clinic. Dr Perera is really thorough in explaining procedures and treatments necessary for my ailment. I had minor surgery and the nurse who accompanied Dr Perera was Paulina. She was really pleasant and so very helpful. Also very thorough, double-checking my bp which was quite high when she first took a reading. She also explained all that i was having done in full detail so that myself and my husband fully understood. Im very happy to recommend both Dr and nurse at Syon Clinic. 5 stars ain’t enough for this place. Had surgery here years ago and a recent one 2 months ago for my mum. Their staff is what makes this place different from others plus their facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Staff always attentive, accommodating, and takes care of you the moment you walk in that door until the day you’re released. Amazing!

A great choice out in East Auckland. The staff provided all the required information prior to the day, so we had the required information. Plenty of free parking outside, with a 5 min drop off/pick-up area too. I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. It was lovely to feel complete faith in my consultant but also to hear other doctors speak so highly of him. The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

I went here to ask for Lazer skin care surgery for moderate to medium severe unknown facial scarring… I paid $6,000 for 1500 Needles to be punctured into my skin with some sort of medicine that must have just been sterile water… it actually looks ten times worse than it did before I started; had I not mentioned I had an inheritance; I might not have been sent to a random room…. They might have actually given me the first possible treatment too work for my skin, instead they figured I’d go back for the rest of the 14 other rooms of mechanical devices they had to offer for skin care. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR LAZER TREATMENT… when I arrived she just grabbed this huge machine with a needle device (PUHHHWOOOPHTSHHHHHUUUUHHHGHAHGHAGHA) it was a retarded puncture device with a huge needle going in and out of your cheeks and such, completely missing my nose which was half of my worry to begin with. I’m thinking of sueing concidering that treatment isn’t even listed on their website!!! I’m very upset. It looks way worse and with more puncture marks than before :,( HANDS DOWN THE STUPIDEST PLACE TO GO FOR ACNE TREATMENT IN THE WORLD… have fun guys. Get ripped off then!!!

I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. You're all really great, keep it up and stay the way you are. Some disadvantages are that there is no cafeteria so you can sit for a bit. 🤣 Thanks a million to all of you.

I had a hip operation in July, the preparation and organization was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all excellent, only the food could be improved. I can only recommend this clinic.

I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Telling a patient the day before surgery that her prognosis doesn't look good is not the most sensitive way.

Terrible for getting a ticket, it's a two-hour line And after that two hours to do paperwork you have to wait for them to call you, you arrive at 5 in the morning and you leave at 3 in the afternoon, if that's all.

A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Yet after the surgery, I do not suffer any severe pain and I recover well.

It’s been around 3 months since my second cataract operation and I’m still marvelling at going around without glasses, for the first time in almost 60 years! Thank you for the follow up too. The midwife here are very friendly and willing to teach you how to feed baby if you are first time daddy/mummy. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.

On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

State of the art hospital and wonderfully caring staff. Amazing attentiveness from all the doctors, technicians and engineers; the staff are very professional and genuinely kind. They answer any questions and are incredibly comforting and patient. I had an MRI of 2 sections done here, was really well taken care of. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.
