Great satisfaction, the carpal tunnel operation took place in a pleasant atmosphere and the doctor killed the wound so that there is no trace of it, a pleasant modern and clean environment and a professional approach and respect for the patient, thank you very much

Yesterday Drahomir Galbavý operated on my bunions and today it's as if I wasn't even in surgery. He has a nice attitude towards the patient 👌 When the legs are untied, I'll add another photo. This is how they were before the operation. Maybe the only thing I would complain about is that I was loaned crutches who knows how many people😮💨. I wouldn't have expected this from a private clinic🤷🏾♀️. It lowered the level a bit in my eyes, because crutches can be prescribed without any problems... nurses are fine😉
Today I am a week after the operation and I am documenting a photo of both with the incision🥹

In my opinion, this is the best clinic in Slovakia. Mr. Primár's precise approach came naturally to the entire staff, they are incredibly nice, accommodating, helpful and do their job as best as they can. Mr. Primár is a person with a big heart in the palm of his hand and a huge professional in his obore. Thank you that I could be there already for the 3rd procedure.

My partner Derek Baum underwent a small injection procedure at the Ramat Hayal hospital. I have no words for the level of care from the delightfully kind receptionist to the amazing nurse (Shira) and of course the doctor. Such a “pleasant” experience that I’m in awe of our wonderful Maccabi Health Service !! Thank you to all of the team who did Derek’s procedure this morning Wednesday 14th June

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it.
My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case.
Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time..
No help on their side to help me finding of course.
So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are.
Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) .
Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!!
Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear.
That's such a shame and so embarrassing.
Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way.
Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

Shame and shame on this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably didn't understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you can't contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Those who can avoid or ask for another private hospital are welcome. Not getting there, a terrible experience that left me traumatized. It will not pass in silence or on the agenda, I will reach those who need to reach.

Amazing medical center! I had an operation there and was hospitalized for 24 hours after the operation.
During my hospitalization I received treatment, information, personal treatment at the highest level!
Good food, television, toilets and super comfortable beds in every room!
The lobby is designed and pleasant to be there, art depends on the editor of all the rooms and the common area.
There is a cafe at the entrance.
What's more, they don't have parking.

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever..
Hope I don't have to come back .

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tarinee for my LASIK SMILE surgery. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and excellent communication skills, particularly in English, gave me immense confidence throughout the process.
Her patient-oriented approach stood out, as she was always ready to address my concerns, enhancing my trust in her expertise. It's now two months post-surgery, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm free of inconveniences, seeing clearer than ever.
Dr. Tarinee is highly recommended for anyone contemplating LASIK surgery. Her surgical skill, along with her genuine care for patients, makes her the ideal choice. I'm truly grateful for her exceptional service.

This review is more from an employment perspective and how the hospital operates behind the scenes. There’s a reason why UCLA is popular… they have money, mostly state of the art equipment, the hospital is clean and well designed but what happens behind the scenes is just plain scary.
I worked here for about 3 years and was regularly dealing with high school drama, backstabbing colleagues, and abusive management. When you’re working somewhere that has a reputation, everyone will try to throw you under the bus in order to lift themselves up in front of management. Lies, deceit, manipulation, etc. UCLA is no exception and they did nothing to prevent this.
I’ve worked for 4 major hospitals and UCLA is low on that list as one of the worst hospitals I’ve worked in. The culture here is very toxic and I know a handful of people who have also quit for similar reasons to the ones I cited.

One problem they are here to make money. All three doctors didn't review meds. I complained about side effects. They don't care. They take 10min and they run away. Complete fraud!!!! Doctors upstairs do not take time to study and you can't locate them. They hide!!! This is not right. doctors need to be available all the time on each floor!!!! All doctors are new. No experience

This hospitals hiring practices are down right racist the hr department is deceptive and i see why this campus has a high turnover rate. If you are a person that speaks up for yourself and don't fit the so called culture don't apply you won't last long they will gaslight, be dismissive and show down right racism in you're face. Look at the rating on culture look at the rating

ER -great
Nurse-amazing
Clean hospital -great
One problem they are here to make money.

Not as professional and friendly as they promote, all about earning money from you or your insurance but with very little care or treatment. All year with appointments and specialist for cancer an tumours ,scan after scan but not any diagnosis or treatment and suffering with swollen eye, colour change, nose and cheek burning pain and insane pressure on head and face but still no help , even though colour change on scan for my rights side of brain , cyst inside my face and gigantic problem at the back of my head and they say no problem and haven’t operated or treated. I hope I’m not dying but still don’t have any diagnosis or confirmation of anything. Now thinking I need to go to another country for help ? Wouldn’t recommend to nobody?? They won’t do anything about these reviews and even give the same answer to each person.

Avoid this hospital! I had to visit the hospital because of a sinus infection, but was rushed into several entirely useless procedures just to hike up the bill. The whole experience was horrible with unfriendly and rude staff. However, the worst part was that a nurse stole 340 euros from my purse in my handbag that I left in the examination room with the nurse when I was pushed into a toilet for another useless test. The hospital operations reeks of scamming people in every possible way. Despicable behaviour preying on people in a vulnerable situation.

Avoid this hospital
My husband was admitted to this hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2 days ago.
In 2021 I visited him on a Sunday, and he was on the floor (with a broken leg) trying to get onto the sofa, to get out of the window as he was hallucinating. He was on the second floor! The window was then closed and locked but no-one had noticed my husband on the floor, which is a worry. I then had to push for a brain scan, which, according to Xanit showed nothing abnormal.
He has now been diagnosed with dementia at Guadalhorce hospital, so I chose to go private again to make things happen faster.
We saw a neurologist at Xanit who said he should be hospitalised.
When we arrived at the hospital it took over 20 minutes to park as the car park was full, then when we got to reception there were almost 35 people in front of us. We were over an hour late to get to our appointment and then the computers went down!!!
We had to go down to Urgencias to be admitted. They told me he had to go to a hospital in Malaga. I then had to go back to the neurologist, as Urgencias refused to call him, and he told them to admit my husband. There was an amazing lack of communication, and the girl who was in triage was basically rude. We were then subjected to a 2/3 hour wait, then taken to a surgical ward where the nurses all moaned about the fact he was being taken into this hospital.
I speak and understand Spanish so was very aware of the things being said and I am absolutely horrified at how we were treated.
He was hospitalised on Wednesday, and we were told he would get an MRI and CT scan. My husband was aggressive, and I was told I had to stay with him 24/7. This is not why I’m paying private health insurance. I was told there are insufficient nurses to deal with all the patients they have, so I had to stay.
The MRI and CT scan didn’t happen as the machine had broken down!!! My husband was very agitated, and the neurologist and I agreed he would be better at home. Therefore, we had to make an appointment for the MRI and CT scan (29th November) I waited over an hour to make this appointment, while my husband was in his hospital room. There were 6 people in front of me, and one person in reception, who decided to deal with people who jumped the queue and one friend (I think Fran was his name).
Reception staff are awful and provide terrible customer service. They wander away on their phones when they feel like it and don’t appreciate that people visiting the hospital may be dealing with life and death situations. They are abysmal and need training.
I see from these reviews this has been going on for over a year, so I’m not sure if my comments will make any difference at all.
Absolutely shocking service.
On a brighter note, when you actually get to see a specialist, they are amazing.

I do not recommend Dr. Monika Linhartová. You come to the doctor's office and you have the impression of her, what do you even dare to bother, unsympathetic. She completely ruined my whole view of the clinic, so I will have the operation somewhere else, where they have a different approach.
I work in the healthcare industry, and I haven't come across this, I don't understand how they can employ her like that.

I had an appointment at Mr. Kříž's orthopedic office, the fact that I waited another hour after the appointment time is really a minimal problem. After arriving, the doctor wrote not even one third of what I told him in the report and that he left out big details (among other things, the fact that I had already completed laser therapy and the problem returned after 14 days !!!). He examined my problematic ankle and Achilles tendon, saying that a sprained ankle can hurt for six months and that there is no swelling, no pain, and neither does the Achilles tendon. He didn't send me for an X-ray, x-ray, anywhere, and he said I can slowly start lifting weights. Of course, it didn't seem like it to me, I had the problem for over 4 months at the time, and minimal exercise in the form of a longer walk was not possible without pain. I made an appointment with a specialist elsewhere, and wonder of the world, the ligaments in the ankles were already fused but they were torn, the ankle was swollen because it was filling with water and there was a small inflammation in the achilles, which was still causing quite a bit of trouble. So it is really sad and outrageously rude at the same time that they allow themselves to treat patients like this at "Pírkáča"! You still really feel like you're a nuisance there! I don't understand what we pay health insurance for? To imagine, if I were stupid and followed the advice of Mr. Dr. Kříž and started with loads, I would definitely renew the whole problem and with great certainty make it worse. So really no for me, I actually don't even understand that for orthopedists it's probably an acute condition, until when you can't walk and only after that they may examine you a little longer, but to discharge the patient and not even send him for an X-ray when, among other things, he fell down the stairs is really a great approach. Thumbs down and never again! I am wiser and I have understood that I will not set foot in such a sloppy workplace again for anything and I will look for specialists who will not only accept you faster, but will really examine and offer comprehensive treatment!
And unfortunately I have to give one star to let the review go on, otherwise I wouldn't have given one!

I had the worst experience at this hospital emergency yesterday. Over 5 hours i waited with 38 degrees fever and pain. The people working at the hospital especially the doctor with her assistant were super racist to me! Whenever i ask for help or try to understand why is the numbers always going with wrong order they didnt give me a proper answer instead they were being super racist and rude to me also they push me to the corridor. I paid around 80 euros because they didnt accept my insurance and it is said to me all doctors can speak in English because it has a foreign department but the doctor forced me to use google translate with a loud voice. They were reprimanding me as if im a kid. This hospital is a huge disaster the woman doctor who is taking care with me was a horrible doctor i had to go back to my country for getting a better health service and she misdiagnosed, not surprised because she didnt even ask for any analysis…Thank god im so much better after the correct medications. If you are tourist please for your own health do NOT visit this hospital…

Shocked at the rude behavior of the staff! They kept calling out the wrong ticket number, and then came out and shouted at me for not responding. Talked down at me and made me feel guilty and ashamed for coming in for an urgent prescription that I needed which, apparently, is a "non-emergency," after I willingly waited for over 4 hours. But I'm not registered with a gp yet because of a complicated situation, which they wouldn't care to understand. Moreover they charge you 90 kc in spite of having Czech health insurance. One of the doctors even loudly demanded that I show her the receipt (proof of payment) first and foremost! Had really expected much better than this!

This review is for the Emergency Centre. How efficient, respectful and helpful they were. I visited the centre on Sunday afternoon - it was busy- but people were "processed" quickly. My Polish is poor but thankfully the wonderful young woman on Reception spoke impeccable English and helped me check in. Dr Tomasz Szymanski who inspected my injury also spoke excellent English, explained everything clearly and examined me thoroughly.
I was asked to wear a face mask- I refused as I have an exemption - they respected this without question.
The emergency part of this Centre I would recommend.
The main Orthopaedic part - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I was accompanying a patient from overseas, the initial consultation was done on line with test results having been sent to the consultant electronically, the hospital has a co ordinator for patients from over seas. All additional blood tests, x-xrays, ecgs, &an mri were done on the first day all results were supplied for the patient on a CD, prior to the face-to-face consultation with the specialist to confirm the required surgery, this was done 2 days later. The cost with flights food and hotel was less than the same surgery would have been private in England.

The current street and intersection construction makes it difficult and time consuming just to get to your appointment.
My Orthopedic doctor is great.

I give it 5 because unfortunately I can't give it 10.
I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska!
A doctor by vocation and, above all, a human being!
Thank you very much. ❤

I lived most of my life suffering from pain and discomfort that kept getting worse. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 month ago and underwent a surgery with Dr Gul Rana. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, the entire process was smooth. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The surgical procedure was success, I walked out with a set date for laparoscopic surgery. After 7 days of my surgery, I walk out of her clinic but this time pain-free, healthier and feel more confident. Thank you, Dr. Gul e Rana and her assistant Ms Manju for being so so nice and helpful. Thank you once again for your exceptional care and I immensely more grateful for the care I received from CSH staff and Specially nurses. I highly recommend Dr. Gul e Rana to anyone seeking top-notch gynecological care. If I had the option, I would give Dr. Gul e Rana a perfect 10-star rating! Her compassion, understanding, calm demeanor, and genuine care for her patients are truly remarkable. Her extensive knowledge allows her to explain complex matters in a way that anyone can easily grasp. She is the best...❤️❤️❤️

I was referred by a friend to see one of your specialists, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the booking system. The staff handling the process lacks in customer service and marketing skills. Instead of retaining customers, they seem to be pushing them away. I suggest implementing more engaging scheduling options to keep patients interested.

Thank you so much Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist for the difference you make in the lives of your patients. Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement.
I am a diabetic since 2018 and visited many doctors. They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. She’s the best in Dubai. She’s a remarkable doctor and a professional I can trust.

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality.
Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly.
If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM.
Thank you Sara for your care and my love to all the nurses who have cared for me, they have all been very sweet to me!

I recently had reconstructive surgery at KCM Clinic, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Sara’s incredible care and support. Her proficiency in English, a rarity in a primarily Polish-speaking environment, immediately put me at ease. But it wasn’t just her language skills that stood out; it was her warm smile and genuinely friendly demeanor that truly made a difference.
From the moment I arrived, Sara consistently checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Even when her shift ended, she made sure I was left in capable hands, reflecting her commitment to patient care. Remarkably, Sara took the extra step to message me during my entire stay, including post-surgery, to check on my well-being.
Her compassion isn’t just reserved for individual cases; I witnessed her interacting with other patients, where she displayed the same level of care, warmth, and humor. It’s evident that her attitude isn’t just professional; it’s profoundly human.
I firmly believe that Sara’s hard work, attention to detail, and compassionate care significantly contributed to my successful recovery. I sincerely hope this review not only serves as a testament to Sara’s excellence but also leads to the recognition and promotion she so richly deserves.

Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

HANNAH KIRÁLY i hope you will read my message because the surgeon who disfigured me is the same as yours. And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon.
Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!!
I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment.
The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat.
He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it.
But in the end I choose to do C-section,
And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well.
Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family!
I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I waited one full hour to get a facial done.
And that’s after complaining along the way.
Very unprofessional and waste patients time.
Each step took 15/20 mins.
There’s no communication about how long I should wait.
I always come here but today was the worse experience.

I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for my visit. Later on, I had the pleasure of interacting with Ramia Hamed, who provided excellent personalized customer experience.
Dr. Hatem Eliwi's thorough treatment left me confident that I was in capable hands. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident.
Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. The level of service I received at DRHC clinic exceeded my expectations and, dare I say, even surpassed the service I typically receive in the United States. Thanks again!

Short review (tldr):
Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers.
Detailed Review:
I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.
