This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. There are no complaints about the surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room nurses, everything was done clearly, conscientiously, for which many thanks, special thanks to the intensive care unit for their care. I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

Terrible service. After paying a lot of money for consultations and analyses, complete ignoring of clients and complete disorder begins. You can't find the person responsible, they send you from one person to another until the working day is over and they just turn off the lights and send you home.

This hospital is horrible. I came as customer because my knee was broken. Nurses do the jobs like the amateurs. No medicine no operation the first week. Doctors in the orthopedic unfriendly and not very helpful. Hospital look like the have no employees. No communication at all and no expertise. Never again

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.

Выше всяких похвал. We had a family emergency. My grandfather had a health complication that required urgent ICU unit hospitalization. We had travelers insurance (Альфа-Страхование) Aplha-Insuranse from Russia. Their representatives in Istanbul arranged Ambulance that delivered my grandfather to HISAR. In HISAR there was a person(assistant) assigned to our situation. His name Sadik. He helped us during entire process while being patient with our stressed behavior. He was our liaison between our family and hospital’s personnel. He did his job very good! Dr.Hasan was also very helpful, because we gave him hard time with all questions and requests. Also, I can not say enough about nurses there. They are extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and proactive with our grandfather. He can not speak at all due to his healt condition. But nurses understood his self-made sign language better than we (his family) did.

It was a bad experience i took my wife at 8 o'clock of the evening as an emergency case, but her health was stable but need specialist doctor to examine her they didn't even take her temperature they only make ct scan, first thing ask about 6800tl for ct scan, and no one told us to wait in a room we wait in the waiting hall. And even there is no translator, the nurses are good, no hate but i think they only care for money and forget to look after us.

The service in this hospital is at the highest level. if you are from another country and do not know Turkish, you will be provided with a translator. Your medical examination will take place in the most comfortable conditions. Believe me, you will want to be examined here again. I would especially like to mention the girl who helped me, Ilvira. A kind, sweet, smiling girl who was more worried about my problems than her own. At some point it even seemed to me that this was my loved one. She is very caring.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂
