A veery good hospital.. And the doctor speak English

Awful hospital and ER! I came in at about 3 AM as a foreigner (EU citizen) in need of some antibiotics as I had forgotten to bring them with me on vacation in Madrid. Despite not even being close to being overfilled, the average wait time for this ER was about 4 hours, or even more. I sat there alongside a woman whimpering and crying out in pain, an old lady struggling to breathe, etc. - Sick people having to resort to sleep on uncomfortable old chairs and not in the slightest paid any attention to! Kind of dehumanizing, to be perfectly honest. Thank God I did not have something actually more serious. After about an hour, the nurse came to the waiting area to check on me. Two hours have gone by and I was getting impatient. Nurses told me they had alerted the doctor. Another hour goes by, still no doctor in sight. At that point, we were all sitting there waiting for the paint on the wall to dry. Finally, at about 6:30 AM (!!!) a doctor came to fill my prescription. Yet it was not until about 7 AM that I could finally go home. The others still had to wait… Never go to the ER of this hospital unless you like to be ignored. Or if you like to look at the sunrise even though you went to the hospital in the middle of the night for antibiotics. Such a shame…

Was passed around to 5 different nurses (only one of which seemed to care) over a 6 hour wait time, all to eventually be told that nothing was wrong with me despite having near-crippling abdomen pain and the only solution offered was more painkillers. Still trying to determine my ailment but I'm horrified at the "oh well good luck" attitude many of the staff have. If 0 stars were possible that's what I'd be giving here

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

Good hospital services

I had a bad experience. It was very difficult to find someone friendly on the administrative staff. The ladies who schedule the imaging area are rude and not at all empathetic with the patient. How sad that staff training for quality customer service is left to the end.

Incompetent in the emergency area. 2 am on Monday, October 9, insolent and very unprofessional doctor. Dirt all over the areas "that people don't see." Are they doing emergency procedures in the same way?

Appalling! They don't have an emergency laboratory! I went at 3 in the morning to perform some emergency tests and there was no one in the laboratory! They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes… I had to go to another hospital because of the situation I was in!

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. Congratulations to the hospital, which recognizes its team and always values ​​the people who work there. I also mention the cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms, which are cleaned constantly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you have an emergency situation, you really get looked after very well here. Excellent team at all levels, from ambulance crew onwards.

staff is very friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitary. the nurses care about their patients and everything is done quickly. when we first checked how long the waiting period will be, it said 3 to 5 months, my gp sent a mail, agreeing to the waiting period, and around week later i got a letter with my appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later. very happy with all the help and support i got from the staff!

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

I’ve been in the er waiting room for 3 1/2 hrs now and haven’t been seen yet and when I got here there wasn’t any one else here. now it’s full of patients. I worked in an er for years so I understand the situation and process of seeing patients but just because I wasn’t bleeding and wasn’t screaming in pain I was put on the back burner.

My wife has been coming here for long time because she has a pacemaker/ defibrillator for over ten years. Couldn't tell there was anything wrong with other than that. September 7, she had an amulet placed in her heart because she couldn't take blood thinners. Week later she had lost 4 pints of blood. They had to repair the leak. While she was in surgery they did CPR on her. Not blaming anyone for that. On November 16 she was transferred to heart hospital because she built up with fluid. We were in there for 11 days and everyday I asked them what the game plan was. It was always still trying to get the fluid off. Nothing else was ever brought up to me about them trying to do anything different but giving her diuretics. NOTHING!! I'm not a doctor or nurse and I sure don't know every question to ask. They sure as hell didn't offer any information. Dr Lane was even going to send her home 9 days later. We told him no. Not until we knew what was going on. A day later her defibrillator shocked her because her heart rhythm went crazy. Never told us how bad her heart was. Two days later they still just said they had to get the fluid off. Did find out that my wife had stage 3 kidney failure. Also had to ask them to check her liver enzymes since they were doing blood work every day. Found out she had cirrhosis of liver but that's all the ultrasound showed. They never told me there were other options they could do to try and help her heart. I finally got my daughter-in-law up there that's a nurse practitioner. She got in and started going over everything asking questions about the other options that was never mentioned to me. She had more information in 15 minutes that they had given me in 11 days. That's just tells me that they don't care about all of their patients. Over at Baptist now and has gotten more done in 4 days than they did in 2 weeks. Got 30 pounds of fluid off in 4 days. Her heart is still real weak but getting a little stronger each day. These people actually seem like they care about their patients. Especially her cardiologist. She takes time to talk to us and explains what they can and can't do. I think GOD that my daughter-in-law came or my wife would have been dead. Don't need any excuses from anyone at heart hospital. Don't want to hear that you're sorry for what happened either. I already know how sorry you are.

My 1st appointment with Dr. Lo was on 06/28. I was given an EKG and after reading the results and consulting with me regarding my medical history, Dr. Lo listened to my heart and was able to get me approved for an Echocardiogram and lab work immediately 2 hours later. Getting 3 tests performed in 3 different departments in the same building on my 1st appointment was not only convenient but crucial. I received a call 24 hours later and was advised that I have a complete heart block and that Dr. Lo wanted me back immediately and scheduled me for surgery Monday 07/03. It's been 6 weeks since I received ER heart surgery and a pacemaker to save my life. Thank you Dr. Monica Lo and your team at the Arkansas heart hospital for going above and beyond for a new patient that was literally on borrowed time. I am truly blessed to have you as my cardiologist. I highly recommend Dr. Lo and her team at the AHH. Leicha Wilkerson

Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!

I moved fro Vancouver to Montreal for my job. I am shocked to see how horrible the medical care in Quebec despite the higher deduction on provincial taxes and health care that they cut from my paycheque. I hope the one year here in this shixhole pass quickly so I can go back to British Columbia!!! This Montreal is for the Canadian salves not the citizens

What’s wrong with the doctors at the Emergency? I had chest pain, went there, they seemed annoyed that I chose that hospital. When they saw that my pain was not necessarily caused by heart, they refused/couldn’t explain the plain despite being doctors. I get it, you’re a hospital that deals with the heart but the patient who’s having pain in the chest doesn’t know about what’s going on. Why would I donate money to a place that treats you like you’re an idiot for showing up. If I enter the ER, it’s cause I’m feeling extremely bad and it’s an emergency, just do your job, respect your oath and stop acting like patient is wasting your time.

I have been this place two times due to my heart. I know, I should wait a lot to meet doctor, but it was good place and gave me goom impression.!!

My 4 month old daughter just had surgery here. We feel very well cared for. Not only the medical profession has our complete trust, but also the nurses and caregivers are very popular with us with their love for the job - which we feel so much. The value ranges in the clinic are appealing, the free WiFi and the offers in the cafeteria shorten the waiting time immensely.!!

I would like to thank the Heart Center Leipzig. I had heart valve surgery and was given great care the entire time. After the 2nd day I was super fit again and my new heart valve works perfectly. As a patient, you feel that you are in very good hands at the Heart Center and all the employees always have an open ear for the patients. A very special thank you goes to the super nice and helpful staff at Station B4! I can definitely recommend the heart center.!!
