Takes too much time for medicine. I have been noticing employees actions and body language are too slow. I had to wait for 20 plus mins to collect my medicines which is not the case in other hospitals. This is 2nd time I had faced this problem. I had used their ophthalmology department on 1st floor.

They lost their valuable client. I delivered my baby here and everything was great. But today it was really a terrible experience. We came for circumcission. All it took doctor 5 mins to tell us you have to come next week and they wanted to charge us for that. The funny thing is this is not the first time they tried to over charge. I really request the management that there should be transparency in your system. We have paid over 10k aed paying another 250 bucks is not a big deal, but it’s about being fair and putting the client at first place. Lastly every-time whenever we came with appointments even, management takes extra one hour at-least. This is another issue to be solved. As time is money and you may lose both. Rak hospital is very good overall but some things will really annoyed you and that is why this could be my last visit to this 🏥

I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. His nurses are also very good in caring patients.

We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription.If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer.That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge. Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

I spent 32 hours without food or drink because I was told I would have a surgery to drain an abscess (procedure itself generally takes 30-40 mins). After all those hours I am requesting to get transferred and the head nurse is rejecting the notion. I thought NHS was bad, this is a disgrace… I’m being treated like a 3rd class citizen.

Medically and clinically very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Site is poorly signposted and difficult to find the department you need on first visit if you're not familiar with it. Parking very difficult and quite expensive. Good selection of on-site retail outlets in the mall. Views over surrounding area are breathtaking.

I was here just to see the stained glass windows (Chagall windows) in the synagogue. They are so beautiful! The entrance fee is 25 which comes with an audio guide and a brochure.

My friend went there and she got frauded with a lot of money. She discussed all the price over call but when she reached there, the prices were completely different. I will not recommend this place to anyone

We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

Internal medicine dept מחלקת פנימי Staff barely gave me and other patient in my room attention. Room was filthy !!!! I hope I never return to this department. And ! 0nly 2 out of 5 elevators in one section of the hospital building was working !

Absolutely disgusting, overall horendous people which gets worse the higher the rank of the staff. I come from a family with a background in medicine and am no stranger to hospitals and I already have a son in Holland so am familiar with the ins and outs of childbirth and a C-section. Now when my daughter was born my wife had her water break 38 weeks without going into labor. They kept trying to induce labor over and over and my wife ended up severely weakened and depressed. Only when I pointed them to their website that boasted their percentage of natural labour and put my foot down stating that my wife is not a statistic for the hospital they decided to proceed with a C-section. Now with my second son this only became a bigger joke. my wife have false labour for weeks on end she spent almost all her time going in and out of hospital because of that. through all that the decision to do a C-section at 38+5 was upheld. Also a lot of staff kept reminding her that natural birth was still a good option even though she mentioned roughly 20 times before that she was not interested. On top of that, by now Corona is a thing so children aren't allowed in the maternity ward. Well... That just depends who you really talk to because depending on who's working they really don't give a flying f#ck or start screaming at you. But meanwhile the room is covered in black mold which is apparently better than Corona and not an issue. Meanwhile they have no good solution for meeting the mother's kids except for 4 chairs outside the ward. Well I can't find any babysitter right now so we'll have to juggle who goes in and who watches my daughter. Get it together guys, your hospital and hospitality is horrendous.

My implants were successful and I am extremely happy and grateful to Dr.RAHUL RAJ and his team who were professional and experienced. I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. For the prices they charge, you should get better service and vary expensive for nothing. The staff at the front desk are unprofessional, and they make up prices. The worst hospital in Jordan. I definitely don't recommend this hospital.

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I had a very challenging experience with my recent medical procedure . I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and had been fasting since 6 am the previous day. When I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment, I was not immediately admitted. After inquiring with several staff members, the receptionist instructed me to wait outside, as there were no available rooms, and my procedure was rescheduled for 12 pm. Feeling increasingly frustrated due to hunger, a headache, and the staff's behavior, I eventually voiced my concerns strongly. Seeing my distress, they accommodated me in the nurse's room. This visit was necessary as my usual doctor had left the country, and I had to consult with Dr. Jamil. However, due to this experience, I've decided not to return to that facility.

Highly recommended. Dr. Gopinath Narasimhan ENT and his team were outstanding. I was comfortable and felt I was in excellent care throughout my surgery procedure. Keep up the good work.

I am only rating this for dr aikaterini vakali - who is a radiologist- NEVER EVER book with her or trust her with any checkups. I am still surprised that she is in the hospital after my case. She was rude and unprofessional - diagnosed me completely wrong when i was in the higher stages of cancer and told me nothing was wrong with me. I hope this review makes the hospital look into her cases and patients ASAP as she is completely not trustable and arrogant !!!! She didn’t accommodate any of my questions or queries and acted like i was making stories up. If she did this to me i wonder how many others she mis-diagnosed !

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. She was very accomodating and professional of her services. She's handle carefully like me as a patient. Same also in dr. Yamin. Thanks for your services. I will recommend for my fellow filipinos to visit their office in khobar in front of mcdonalds.

I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

Just got my braces removed and I couldn’t have been any happier! I started my treatment approximately 2 years ago and my personal experience was wonderful. The dentists at the clinic have taken great care of my teeth and the monthly sessions were smooth and painless. If you plan on getting braces I definitely recommend this dental clinic! I would like to also thank Dr. Eram for the smooth braces removal session!

Received outstanding 5* service from Dr.Lotfolah Keivani (Neurosurgeon) and his patient assistant manager Mr. Munavar Fairooz in March & August 2023. I suffered a severe spinal disc prolapse whilst being on holiday in Oman in March and went for an MRI scan and consultation to have a microdisectomy done. My privately scheduled surgery in the U.K. was cancelled and I decided to go privately to this hospital and see this Neurosurgeon after having done extensive research also in the U.K. in August. Dr. Lotfolah Keivani and his team are very specialised in their field and on top caring individuals, kind human beings. I was taken care of from the first moment I arrived and left, after having had my successful surgery. I went in on a Saturday for my pre surgery check ups, Sunday admission am, operation pm, Monday hospital stay and Tuesday discharge. The speed and incredibly organised handling of this severe intervention was outstanding and so well executed. I can’t thank the full team including all nurses who looked after me enough for their support! They deserve a medal as they really care and do a wonderful job in reducing someone’s pain and saving lives. Nerve and back pain is one of the worst things you can suffer from but I got in depth advice, consultations and felt better taking care of than at home in the U.K.. If in doubt it is worth flying for a consultation to Oman and seeing this doctor and his team. Thank you all for the help I have received! Martin R.

Had an operation at the orthopedics department and stayed for a day. The close attention of the medical staff (especially Ms. Ece, my nurse) and the competence level of my doctor, Prof Dr. Şadan Ay were amazing. I don't recommend anybody to get sick but if you are sick this hospital is the right chouce to receive the best treatment

I was really disappointed about the service,my wife had to wait for more than 30 minutes to perform a PCR test even we were the only ones looking for the PCR test. The day after I went to get the results they couldn't even have the results paper in an envelope. They just gave us the paper. I hope you will improve your services and pay attention on those observations.

Disrespectful and unprofessional Long waiting time (3 hours) after which the Opthomologist decided he will not perform any additional test since this is a follow-up visit. He is rude, unprofessional and deserves to be notified for his unhumane behavior.

I went along with my antibiotic medication. Despite having private health insurance, they charged me 150 TL for just one injection. Other private hospitals are charging only 45 TL. I will definitely not choose this place next time.

I went through a horrible botched surgery at this hospital by Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu. I am left with necrosis, ischemia, and skin ulcers. Yellow liquid does not stop coming out. I can't move, walk nor sleep. He caused a permanent damaged to my skin so I have to redo another plastic surgery to fix all those issues up. He left me with no surgical corset as he did not have my size so after healing, my skin will be wavy, I was near death and God kept me alive. Do not go there please. Besides translation team makes fun of patients. Very poisoned environment.

A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

Worst service . For ultrasound we have to wait for hours . Only Interested in money collection , no human consideration my 80 years mom has to wait for 3 hrs suffering to get Ultrasound done . No one to help only thing working here efficiently is cashier
