My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I am impressed with the level of the hospital, attitude of medical and medical care. Grateful my surgery was handled here with great professionalism. Merci bien!

I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all super professional, I was extremely impressed. Thank you for providing me with life-saving healthcare, I will be forever grateful. It was expensive but necessary treatment.

I have been here twice both emergency cases. In each one of the cases I had to wait 8 and 7 hours respectively and received very rude treatment. I would not go there as long as you are really in a life threatening situation.

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly. I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

1. Nobody speaks English in the Information 2. They send me to have a corona rapid test to a apotheke/pharmacy a few meters away, while I was hurting 3. The doctor didn’t check my breathing, my heart pulses, my blood and yet he diagnosed me and gave me pills Well guess what happened after 3! I had to go again to another hospital because I was not able to breathe properly! The hospital must be shut down and this doctor needs to get fired! Thank you for your non-existence services!

My hospital of choice for the birth of our greatest treasure! We felt like we were in the best and safest place we could possibly be (even with an emergency c-section). The subsequent support was also excellent, everyone took time for us and supported us. The food is also first class! What particularly fascinated me was how much everyone there loves their job and thrives in it. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Today we waited about 1 1/2 hours in the orthopedic emergency room, then we were finished with the conversation and findings. These doctors work quickly but also thoroughly, respect! There is no comparison to the neurological emergency room where you wait for hours even though there were only a few patients and no diagnosis was given

I had all four of my children in the Amstetten hospital. The last one was unfortunately not entirely uncomplicated, caesarean section, disability, heart defect, 2 kg birth weight and my father was dying one ward away. The situation was very bad, I cried a lot. But the doctors and nurses in the maternity ward and the neonatal ward were always helpful, friendly and helpful. My social worker, Ms. Bichl, was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ms. Bichl 💐 We once spent one night in the children's ward because of a high fever and everyone there is very friendly. All doctors too. Very bad hospitality.

My girlfriend went to their E.R. It took them seven hours to accommodate us. A nurse misplaced her chart adding to the delay. I understand that there is a triage system that prioritizes severe or emergency cases but waiting for the whole day is absurd. It was especially hard for us, since we are foreigners and cannot speak fluent German. Honestly, it was a horrible experience.

Disorganized and borderline incompetent: i was sent back and forth between the 2 locations and found in both places incompetent personnel. They are unable to keep to the scheduled appointment and on too of all, no doctor is available to issue the report of the examination. Just plain incompetence, avoid this place.

My experiences there have consistently been the worst, primarily due to the limited English-speaking staff. I would strongly advise against recommending this hospital to anyone. It's incredibly frustrating to receive appointments scheduled months in advance at 9:30 AM, only to still be waiting for an examination at 1 PM. This is, in my opinion, the worst hospital to visit.

I participated in my daughter's labor. I say that I participated, because I was not there as a spectator, but being an active part of the labor. I didn't give birth to my daughter, I didn't feel the labor pains, my body is still intact and strong. My wife suffered and went to her physical limit to bring our little seed into this world. But I was there, in her every contraction, I was there in every sigh of pain, I was there holding her in my arms and living in our moment, taking care of my family and being the strength and support for my loved one. It was 14 hours of labor, it was exhausting and suffering, but it was also beautiful, magical, poetic, it was our moment, where our connection was strengthened even more. My heart is filled with the most beautiful emotions every time I remember that moment. St Joseph Krankenhaus, I have no words to describe this amazing hospital, I can't think of a better place for us to experience all of this. The midwives, the nurses, the doctors, the pediatricians, how much sensitivity and respect for us, for our moment. They were a fundamental part of all of this, I can only thank them. The "birth ritual" conducted by the midwives was the dance of life, the path of light for our Sementinha. And where some people see suffering, I see beauty, the beauty of giving birth to the beauty of life.

Very nice place, English-friendly, they are always open to making an emergency appointment. The doctors are also always polite and are ready to answer your questions. Whenever I needed a scan, they did it instantly right there. Everything is very fast and clear!

Their fantastic team makes you feel very comfortable and at ease even for very unpleasant procedures. I had a wisdom tooth removal and the whole procedure took less than 30 min and was done so well I barely noticed the discomfort. Dr. Blijdorp is very approachable and friendly, which helped a lot with the stress of the procedure. Their practice is very conveniently located and looks beautiful. Its not my first visit and Im always impressed with their professionalism. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for highly qualified specialists.

First time in my entire existance I had a dentist who didnt hurt me. Ana Mar Amor Winkelmolen was super gentle, Im really pleased I wont have to stress out for my next visit.

I want to give Zero star. There is not a single thing good in this hospital. I broke my foot (multiple hairline fractures) on 17 July. I went to the emergency department (Notfall) and waited almost 6-7 hours (there were hardly 5-6 patients). The doctor did only the XRAY and said no bone is broken. Please take Ibuprofen and sent me back home with an appointment to see me again after 5 days. On Monday i went again, the pain was unbearable. I told the doctor and they did CT scan (waiting time was again 4-5 hours). She told me later that my bones are broken and they put Gips on my foot. After every two weeks, i came for a basic check-up with an appointment but still had to wait 4-6 hours. Today, 04 Sept, i had an appointment at 11:00. I came on-time and still waiting (it’s been more than 4Hrs+). Is this how a developed country’s hospital should be? Why they are unable to manage a small amount of patients? There are hardly 20 patients. I’m really irritated, disappointed and angry on the public health care system of Germany. Better to get treated from a developing nation, where doctors are more competent and you get better service and treatment.

The worker here are so lovely and caring…despite I don’t understand German but I was loved

I made an appointment on Friday at 11:15 . I come to the appointment and they say they don't have it. They send me to the emergency room instead, where i wait for 3 hours. You sit there, without any clarity, afraid to going to the toilet so not to miss your precious turn, getting hungry and anxious, watching all your day plans crashing apart. Story #2: I've made an appointment, at "Notaufnahme", the doc told me "make it early", so I scheduled for 8:30. I spend 130eur on taxi to reach the Klinik from Clausthal (the only way to reach at this time). They have a complete haos (bad weather, understandable). Aftet 6h of waiting, it turned out that THEY LOST MY FILE. (and I asked about my file at the 6h of waiting and received then a rude "you have to wait", instead of them checking if my file was present). In total, my waiting time: 8;30-20:30, that is 12 (TWELVE) hours. From the nurses/admin I received no apologies nor kind words nor anything of this kind. The doctor was the only person who got into situation, and applied good "comm skills", kudos to him. So it happened twice: first, they lost my appointment and told me they didn't have it. (story #1). Second, they lost my documents (story #2). Story#3: that is a normal interaction: had an apntmt at Notaufnahme at 8:45, waited 1h, got invited, then doc said "surgeon is busy wait for more 30min, go have a tee if you want", came back after 30min, got "serviced". Thanks to the doc for clarity ("go have tee for 30min"). That is a positive interaction: only 1h30min waiting in total, everything was clear. Added one ⭐ (now one, prev 0zero). On the negative side: turned out my Monday visit with 12h waiting was absolutely useless. Story#4: so they gave me a receipt for physiotherapy, but put the WRONG name on it. I ve an appointments with the physio, waited for three weeks, attended 3 sessions, and the physio now cancelled all the other appointments bcs of the wrong name on that receipt that they gave me. Now I need to get another physio prescription from UniKlinik, then wait another three weeks (?) for new appointments with physio. And all this while doctors are urging me "you really need therapy, or you have big troubles with your joint". Lesson: always check the documents they give you, they make mistakes.

Really really bad Experience with this hospital. I had a visit, I told that I have card EKUZ ask also if I should give it them this later. They say no no i don't need pay anything no problem with anything. After TWO MONTHS they sended me a facture that I have to pay! Really dissapointed, never come here again. During visit with doctor they didn't check what is wrong only give me one pill that's all. Nobody answers the phone either.

While on holiday in Lyon I had a bout of severe toothache. A member of the hotel staff recommended this practice. I rang them, and was offered an appointment that morning (another cliient had cancelled). The dentist I saw examined me very carefully, and identified the source of the trouble. She took two X-rays. She judged that the tooth would require a root canal treatment, which was not possible in the time frame (I am having that done by my own dentist). But by drilling away part of the top of the tooth, she eliminated biting problems, and the pain disappeared. As a result, I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. It was a very satisfactory experience.

Emergency dental on our honeymoon and Anne sorted out the loose filling quickly and easily. Smooth and quick! --- Sadly, I've had to revise this review as my repair/replacement filling only lasted a week before I've had to get it fixed in Spain. The clinic itself is clean and modern, I think the issue with this repair was the shallow cavity and the lack of properly evening out the filling - it felt like the bite wasn't perfect, which is different to what has just been repaired in Spain.

I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone!! I am usually not feeling comfortable visiting a dentist (fear, the smell, the atmosphere and far to expensive) but this one really changed my mind. The moment you enter you think you'd be entering rather a spa than a dental clinic. The interior is scandinavian style beautiful and for one moment in France everything is simple and very well organized! The dentists are very competent and everybody is friendly. The director, France, is great: because my assurance does not cover dentists, they got me the best deal for a ceramic crown- I went to another dentist before who made me an offer about 250 euro more expensive. Labelia is a very good choice!!

Never go here, Please. Dr. Julia Brzoska promotes in Doctorlib reception of publicly insured patients, but they do not. They have unqualified personal on the front desk unaware fully of regulations. It wasted my time in such a delicate topic. They are another private clinic sustained by marketing.

Most Traumatizing Medical Experience Ever! While the Meo clinic might impress with its aesthetics and cordial staff, its administrative and financial aspects are deeply flawed: Lack of Transparency: I never received a clear financial breakdown for my treatments, and attempts to seek clarity were met with resistance. Billing Issues: A year post-treatment, I got bills escalated to collection agencies and court by PVS, an outsourced payment firm used by many of the clinic's doctors. The initial bills of approximately 3800 EUR more than doubled. Worse, the bills had incorrect patient details. Missing Medical Records: Despite continuous requests over two years, I've only gotten records from one out of the four doctors I saw. A recent visit revealed a mere two notes from 22 visits and a few prescription copies – no record of MRI/MRT scans, ultrasounds, cancer tests, or blood tests. Poor Communication: The clinic's staff claim that doctors operate autonomously and aren't answerable to them. The doctors, on the other hand, blame PVS, their invoice firm. PVS remains unresponsive, creating a maddening loop of non-accountability. Legal Issues: While withholding necessary medical documentation from me, the clinic keeps adding to my bills via lawyers. They know I need the documents for insurance, but continue to stonewall all communication attempts, even from my insurance provider. In summation, my experience with the Meo clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite promises of proficient service and clear English communication (given my expat status during the Covid lockdowns), I've received neither medical results nor proper documentation of treatments. Their blatant disregard and lack of support have left me feeling abused and overlooked. I warn potential patients, especially international and EU visitors to Germany, to be cautious before visiting this clinic! Expect zero documentation, no effective communication, and exorbitant bills. This clinic seems indifferent to the profound impacts such negligence might have on your life, expecting you to bear costs out-of-pocket despite insurance coverage. The only "documentation" you might get are bills from PVS that state amounts without any clear patient context. When reaching out to the clinic for help they clearly state that they aren’t responsible for any of “their doctors”… but at the same time advertise their clinic as a fully integrated medical institution that takes care of everything for you as their patent! It’s absolutely scandalous!

**EDIT TO RESPOND TO COMMENT*** While I understand the reply is mainly to manage reputation for people reading this review, I spent 35 minutes trying to 'rectify' the issue in the clinic and was met with eye rolls and sighs from unhelpful management. I understand there are protocols to follow in regards to billing, it is just a shame that this time it seems those protocols weren't adhered to and extra charges were added. I believe my email address and phone number are on file so I am happy to discuss further if you wish to reach out. ------ ORIGINAL POST Quoted €80-150 for a doctors consultation and after a 12 minute consultation was given a bill for €394,88. Was eventually discounted by €80 euros as was able to show I was charged for services I didn’t receive but still was grossly overcharged and my lack of speaking German was taken advantage of (one small example was my 12 minute consultation was charged as “Mind. 20mins” which the obnoxious manager tried to tell me means “under 20 minutes” and wouldn’t change). Even when you do the right thing and ask for a price upfront you still get ripped off. Please think twice before attending this clinic as they are not upfront at all and are very deceitful. The receptionist was good and very apologetic but all other staff dealt with were rude and unhelpful. The final explanation is “I’m sorry but the professor can charge what he wants and won’t change anything”. Be careful if you don’t speak German as you will likely get overcharged too.

Meeting with Doctor G Lefebvre, I was received like a king, secretary, the doctor and the nurse who took my blood test very welcoming and very very simple I have never had such a welcome in a hospital from Valenciennois...It's good to see that there are people who love their job..Thank you..

Dated, small, unwelcoming rooms. Unpleasant staff, you have the impression of annoying them all the time. You have to beg for information or even get angry to get it. Little consideration of the patient, their pain, their dignity. In our time, this is unacceptable.

Followed since 2011 in Professor Pattou's department, the only hospital where I feel calm when I know that I have a hospital appointment even if it is currently for IVs and injections 🤣. A really great team. More than adorable nurses. Thank you very much for your kindness, your listening and your good hearts, you are all at the top 🥰🥰. In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

This morning, November 15th, 2023, I had a colonoscopy. From the senior physician, Dr. Martin and the assistance of Mr. Kouridis. The result showed no findings. My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days. Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease. The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon. The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light. overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

I had an MRI appointment at the X-ray institute. The department is in the basement. There is a staircase or elevator to get there. You should be there 15 minutes before the appointment. But it also makes sense, since you still have to fill out a few things. I was called to the appointment on time. The MRI took 10 minutes and according to the assistant, people up to 150 kg fit into the tube. I found it to be very broad and that's why this statement was made. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!!

I had a great experience with Frau Esra! I went there yesterday to get my teeth cleaned. She was gentle and highly professional. Excellent cleaning done!

I've been to AllDent 4 times. They are usually good, so I continue to go. The last time, the dentist and their assistant listened to rap music on the radio during my oral surgery. I needed a fragment of a tooth replaced (it was previously broken in an accident, and fixed at AllDent). The young dentist moved hastily and very quickly even with the syringe for initial anesthesia. They talked the entire time in German about superficial topics like how she is bored, how University is boring for the dentist, and made fun of their old coworker, and how they want to party in Amsterdam because a rapper is there - thinking I could not understand German. The assistant sprayed water on my face and acted like it was weird that I tried wiping it away. The repair on my tooth was crooked - and when I pointed this out to the young dentist, he protested that "That is how your teeth are." He was hasty and needs to slow down if this is going to be his career. They laughed so long, and hard, that the tools they were holding were beginning to move around visibly and I had to stop everything and tell them to please use more concentration and be careful. My family has a long history of working in the medical industry, as well as myself, and these behaviors were very unusual for AllDent. Other than these 2 individuals, this is a great place and I would recommend it.

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

I was hospitalized in cardiology for 3 days for the planned EPU and subsequent successful ablation and would like to thank the entire staff for their competence and friendliness. I am a hospital anxiety patient, but my stay was made as comfortable as possible from the first minute (without this prior knowledge), so that I was able to concentrate completely on my procedure and recovery afterwards. Every step of my procedure was explained to me, every question was answered and I simply felt like I was in good hands at all times. Thank you for everything. I came home feeling good and went home feeling even better!

During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.
