Hernia Op. I had a hernia, saw the consultant who checked it then booked me in there and then. Great communication, emails and letters. Then pre op was very quick and professional. The pre op phone call was professional. Tufnail the day of the operation was amazing, the consultation explained everything and came back after the op to say how things went. I met an amazing lady (Gwen) what a wonderful way to wake up after surgery she was polite, chatty, and beautiful in the way she conducted herself. What an amazing place. I can not thank the staff enough from the moment I walked in the front entrance. The support staff, tea person, anaesthetist, ward nurses, and meds people. Thank you so much! I loved the yellow socks too! They went viral on Facebook- Richard Budd

I am a vegetarian but because I came as a NHS patient I did not know if I could have different food but the chef came in and said she could do whatever I liked .She was lovely and so was her staff always making sure I had enough to drink and eat. They treated me the same as their private patients. I had to stay a extra day as I was having problems with my blood pressure which they did not mind after my hip operation which was under the NHS. They were kind, caring, polite and nothing was to much trouble it was the best hospital I have ever stayed in .All the staff from every department are a credit to circle health group.
