My AXA insurance paid for absolutely everything, and at the end of the surgery, they tried to charge me 2.000.000 extra dong. I called my insurance, and they replied to me and the hospital they had already paid for everything. The hospital didn't let me leave for an hour and they didn't provide me with the medical report and the medication.

Hospital looks clean and polished. The staff were kind but if you do not speak their language, you will really have a hard time. only a few of the staff can speak english and when they are frustrated they tend to just walk out. The receptionist was good and accomodating but language barrier tends to be really difficult. The doctors were good but at times could not explain the diagnosis and course in the hospital well, good thing I am a doctor so it was easier to grasp the concept and broken english but i could not imagine what it would be like for those who cannot understand. They have a bakery at the ground floor but it does not taste goof and is.overpriced

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.
