TERRIBLE!!! Really dirty, really bad chairs, really creepy place, waiting for a doctor to call you in takes forever, everything is old-fashioned, can't go to the bathroom unless doctor gives you key, bathrooms are extremely dirty, the yard is dangerous, some windows of the hospital are broken, very unsanitary, very dark (barely any lighting),

I am extremely dissatisfied with the emergency room staff and especially with the approach of the nurses. My son had a coughing fit, I rang the bell about 5 times and no one answered. After 20 minutes, the nurse came out and was quite unpleasant. It would probably be possible to complete training on empathy towards patients and family members. . I don't even want to imagine what would happen if a patient came here with a bloody injury. Apparently, he could also bleed out here, since the bell is only there to be when no one responds to it.
