I stayed in this hospital for a week with my little boy when he had cellulitis. The cleaning lady stole my makeup (not cheap!) from the bathroom, and when I reported it, they did absolutely nothing. They initially make a big show about caring and services, but that's all it is. I never even received a response regarding my formal complaint-of any kind. You even have to lock up a lipstick in this place! Oh...and the food was horrible!

The facilities are excellent, the doctors and nurses are always very friendly and attentive to your recovery. The only bad thing about it is that the patient discharge process takes a long time and the staff in the accounts area is very rude when you ask how the process is going to be able to pay. In my case I was discharged at 8 am, when the doctor gave me a check-up and I left the hospital until 7 pm. They should speed up this process since it is annoying to be waiting and without medication when you are in recovery. And another observation is that they should do the cleaning before noon, since in the days that I was in the hospital, which were 3, only 1 day they went to clean the room and it is because I called to request the cleaning service.

My experience with the doctors, anesthesiologists and nurses was very human. Super nice and attentive nurses. They were always on the lookout. The doctors are very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Those who complain about the insurance and that the income is late. You should see this with your manager, but it is normal, even upon admission, they mention that the insurance takes 4 to 6 hours to respond and this has nothing to do with the hospital.
