I think the quality of the testing services are good (quick turnaround), the location is central (hard to park though), and the GPs are kind and sympathetic. However I was displeased with the hurried and incorrect diagnosis of my husband and myself by the GP. They reversed their decision the second visit with them and did not seem familiar with their previous decision. They prescribed the wrong medicine and made decisions that are not backed up by research. Also the receptionist does not tell you where the GP is on any day and so you might wait for hours in the wrong area. I do not think the doctors are bad, but they seem very overwhelmed.

Second time been there ( hopefully never again). Consultation is always late 30 min. At least even if you go particular and pay full price, there is just no respect for ppl time. When asked how long it will take until my turn comes because I have to go out and give my daughter to my husband I was Extremely unpleasantly interopted in the middle of my explanation with "JUST SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR DOCTOR TO CALL YOU"! So if you want to pay well wait long and be treated like a dog just visit this beautiful place 😅

Staff are very polite, but to get through to the Hospital on the telephone is almost impossible. The recording is absolutely a waste of time, if you listen carefully it says ‘your call is important to us and we have recorded your number and we will call you back’ They never call back so you try again and wait for them to answer, which can be over 30 minutes .
