Unfortunately as a gesture of good will I’m giving two stars but really the experience hasn’t been smooth nor pleasant. For doctor’s professionalism I’d give 5 stars, he was great indeed. Firstly, the pre op info is rattled out over the phone and no follow up email is sent, so you better be sure to remember it all, although you have to ask for the email as it’s not actually offered. Secondly, if you’re using company insurance check, double check and triple check they’re using correct limits and you agree to it. I’ve had to make several phone calls to multiple people for the insurance to be sorted. When at the clinic the staff is pleasant and helpful, it’s also clean as expected. After op if you’re not staying the night regardless how much you pay they provide no food, not even a snack, you do get offered tea or coffee. Which was very surprising as I had to arrive at 10am haven’t eaten, and only left around 3PM. I mean even LOT airlines provide snacks on a flight from Vilnius to Warsaw. So the clinic doesn’t bother to provide you with much comfort. Also I felt like the nurses or not sure their rank were rushing me to leave. Pretty negative outlook on a patient. Now when I came back for the bandages to be replaced I had nowhere to sit and had to stand, mind you I’ve had op to my legs. Pretty low standards althought the clinic may aspire to seem above average.

It was a quite unfortunate choice to do a hair transplantation at Kardiolita Klinikos. They ask for photos of the current hairline and draw where you like the hairline to go. Then they quote you for the transplant. Problem is that they underdelivered quite extremely (see photos), yet they insisted on the full payment. They ignored my complaints and sent the case straight to a debt-collector agency. The consultation seemed quite sketchy in hindsight. They recommended a PRP treatment immediately the procedure. Research showed that it's effective only about a week prior to the procedure. Seemed like they just tried to upsell with no benefit for the treatment. I'd recommend to be very careful with this clinic or better find a clinic recommended by the various forum users on the internet.
