Terrible rules of the clinic. Doctor applied treatment for my eye that was not working so i wasted ~80 eu + medicine. When i called to ask for a recipe for another medicine (cannot purchase without a recipe) they offerred to come to consultation again and pay +70 eu. I did not need a consultation i just needed another medicine. It would take 2 mins for doctor to issue new recipe but they refused to do so. I paid for the service that did not help, clinic rules should be more flexible and user friendly. Do not recommend. There are better clinics in Vilnius.

Was turned down as an international visitor with a medical issue (disk prolapse). Reception was unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend this hospital if you need urgent assistance.

Would not reccomend. Staff is rude. After waiting for the doctor apoinment more then 40 minutes I did ask reception what is wrong. She called a doctor. Told me that there is family of 3 people and thats why they cannot take me on time. No aplogies, nothing. Neither they respect you, neither they respect your time. Did not ask me maybe I can visit other day or something. Nothing. Just canceled my apointment that I was waiting about a month. When you pay such money, you expect some kinda of good service

This is the worst service 😒 the don't care about their clients, I came all the way from Italy to lithuania only for them to abandon me at the airport, their service is terrible 😑 and I regret having anything to do with that clinic 😢

It was a quite unfortunate choice to do a hair transplantation at Kardiolita Klinikos. They ask for photos of the current hairline and draw where you like the hairline to go. Then they quote you for the transplant.
Problem is that they underdelivered quite extremely (see photos), yet they insisted on the full payment. They ignored my complaints and sent the case straight to a debt-collector agency.
The consultation seemed quite sketchy in hindsight. They recommended a PRP treatment immediately the procedure. Research showed that it's effective only about a week prior to the procedure. Seemed like they just tried to upsell with no benefit for the treatment.
I'd recommend to be very careful with this clinic or better find a clinic recommended by the various forum users on the internet.

From my initial contact with customer services, everything just flowed smoothly. From entering reception, having the tests and X-Rays, having the operation on my knee, recovering, and being taken to my apartment, then going through the rehab program. Everything has been worked out to run as smoothly as possible. The cars are there to meet you at the airport. They come every day and take you to the clinic and back to your place of stay. The drivers are all polite with lots of patience. I cannot praise Nordorthopaedics highly eneough. Wonderful service from all involved.

My GP was very sceptical when I told him that I was considering going to Lithuania to solve my knee problem. He immediately put me in touch with university friend who orthopedic surgeon. After a one to one consultation with him it became clear that private medical surgery in the UK (more specifically Scotland) was going to be very expensive with a minimal rehabilitation plan.
I then contacted Nord through the "contact us" form on their website.
Emilija phoned me the next day offering to answer any questions that I had. From then on, the process just seemed to happen. There was no hard sell or problems, just solutions!
The medical team were very thorough about medical history, as they do not want anything to go wrong!
I confirmed with Emilija, my date for surgery. My wife and I then booked the flight from Edinburgh and self-catering accommodation.
One of Nord's drivers picked up us from Kaunas airport and took us to our apartment. From then on all transport was communicated by WhatsApp. We were collected for the pre-op check at the clinic. The X-Rays, blood tests etc were carried out incredibly efficiently with no waiting around. I was asked then to fill in all the forms and pay! On the morning of the operation, I was collected and taken to the clinic. I was shown to my room. I was to share with another gentleman who had had his partial knee replacement the previous day.
I was prepared for the operation in a very professional way that I didn't even have a feeling of trepidation! The next thing I knew I awoke in the bed, with the sedation having worn off but not the epidural - very strange not to be able to feel anything below the waist!
The first and second nights were fairly painful. The nursing team expect to be called whenever they are needed - they don't tend to check up unless prescribing meds or bringing food.
The physio came round the day after the op for walking lessons on a pair of crutches, including down and up stairs.
On day 2, another X-Ray and follow-up consultation with the surgeon confirmed my discharge; I was taken back to my apartment. I was able to walk to have some lunch on Liberty Avenue (the main street).
For the next 15 days, I was picked up for physio, which included dressing changes and pain meds top-up if required.
After 5 days, i was told to leave one crutch at home! within 7 days I was walking unaided, but did overdo it when my step counter logged that I had walked over 7km.
The physio sessions are imperative for a smooth recovery. Mostly they are gentle and controlled, but can be brutal! The exercises are combined with cryotherapy, homework exercises and the use of icepacks.
I would recommend at least 12 days physio.
The journey home on the plane was less painful than the outbound one!
20 days post op, I am doing the exercises religiously. It is still sore at times, but certainly better than knee I left Scotland with less than 3 weeks ago.
I drove my car on day 19!
If you have any doubts, just look at the reviews and join the Facebook page! Good luck (although you shouldn't need it!)!

Before reviewing Nord Clinic, I wanted to finish at least 10 weeks of post-surgery rehab to see how I was doing after my total hip replacement in mid-September. I am walking much better, including stairs. The previous pain and problems are gone. I am back at the gym, and now planning without fear a hiking and mountain biking trip in New Zealand. My experience with Nord Clinic was vastly positive, with only a few very minor glitches. They lived up to their reputation on Facebook and elsewhere. Should I have family members or friends in need of the services which Nord Clinic offers, I would 100% recommend Nord Clinic. Now that I have recovered my mobility, I am realizing that the surgery is turning out to be one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time. As a final note, my stay for Rehab was at the Radisson Hotel -- which I can also recommend as a solid choice.

Perfect for all your dental work.
Very friendly, skilled staff. State of the art equipped. Helped me with a complex teeth reconstruction. Painless.
And, very important as well: they all speak English very well. So no miscommunication and every step in the treatment is explained.

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations.
First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance.
The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

I recently visited the Processus dental clinic for the first time. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. The operation went very smoothly thanks to Dr. With the professional work of oral surgeon Adam Sabulis and his assistant Doviles. Also, my post-surgery treatment went without any complications and I was happy with that. I recommend this clinic if you are looking for professional dental care services or if you need a new dentist in Kaunas.

Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised!
Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me.
It was no problem to get my treatment in English.
I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall.
I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution.
When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness.
I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so.
Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience !
I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth.
I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain !
I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease.
I recommend this dental place and will definitely come back ! Mange tak ❣️

Do not recommend, there are better options such as Demajo (it is pricey though), Savina etc.

Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore.
Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.
