August 20, 2017
Hey, I was with you for the foam injection treatment of the lower limbs on November 28, 2016. The treatment was performed by specialist nurse Aino Kuivalainen. However, since the result was not satisfactory for me, I came for a new treatment on February 27, 2017. The same nurse performed the procedure. Unfortunately, the result was still not good, so on August 3, 2017, I visited specialist Anne Eklund's office. He examined my leg with an ultrasound and concluded that there was some kind of counterflow in the veins of the left leg from the knee down, but said that he did not think that any action was necessary regarding it. When I mentioned that, on the contrary, there had been more broken surface blood vessels after the treatments, e.g. on the inner side of the right knee, the doctor stated that this can happen with injection treatments. I followed the written instructions I received after the treatment. If I had known this from the beginning, I might have skipped the treatment and would have saved more than 800 euros, which these visits cost. I have had a similar treatment before, more than 10 years ago, when the end result was really good! Maybe you should also first have a doctor examine the patient's condition and assess whether such treatment is worthwhile before starting it. Dr. Anne Eklund stated that the treatment of such thin surface veins is often difficult, and as I already mentioned above, she stated that the injections may result in more broken veins. Your treatments have really been of no use. All treated areas look exactly the same as before I came for treatment. I hope for your opinion on this matter. Regards, Ethel Salutsky

The doctor did not listen to my wishes at all, so the procedure will not be done at their place. The doctor in question is certainly a good teacher, but meeting a client is so much more than "talking and loving your own voice". My problem has been going on for a few years now, and I still haven't found a person who isn't insecure and "afraid of complications during anesthesia".
