GAUZ "Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" named after Professor M.Z. Sigal "is one of the largest medical institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan. The dispensary is located in a picturesque area of ​​the city of Kazan on the banks of the Kazanka River. The Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan named after prof. M.Z. Sigal is a leading specialized medical and preventive institution that manages the activities of the oncological service of the Republic of Tatarstan, oversees the methodological, organizational, preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic work of health services in the Republic of Tatarstan in order to improvement of oncological care to the population. RKOD MZ RT named after prof.M.Z.Sigal has its own developments in the field of epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, treatment of malignant neoplasms, rehabilitation and palliative therapy of cancer patients. On 31 operating tables of the operating unit, up to 65 operations are performed daily for patients with tumor pathology. Every year, 30,000 patients receive specialized inpatient medical care in the dispensary. In addition, the dispensary has laboratories equipped with the highest level of medical equipment. The dispensary is a member of the European Association of Cancer Institutions (OECI), which has united more than 70 leading European cancer institutes.
