Very satisfied with the level of treatments here. I had only a skerowanie from Luxmed and came in person together with a sick person in the late Sunday evening. I went to the Diabetology ward directly and doctor there immediately admitted us, without any unnecessary queues and bureaucracy. Like a few minutes and they has ardeady began treatments and took tests. I was honestly impressed. Treatment process was conducted in very precise manner, regular visits by nurses, daily visits by doctor, no need to look for anyone. Nearby elderly patients with more special needs were treated accordingly and professionally. Despite this being a diabetology ward, doctors assigned a ton of tests for the areas which can be important or had problems before, so they don't just hook patients to a pump and stop there, but proactively diagnose all possible complications. Hospital looks brand new, all equipment looks new, there are a ton of signs everywhere and I found the desired ward from the first try, not knowing Polish. All rooms are regularly cleaned. Bathrooms for patients are very nice, stocked and accessible. All people I've encountered were very helpful despite me and patient not speaking Polish. Both doctors I saw spoke good English. All personnel was friendly and helpful despite language barrier and us being foreigners. Visitor hours are not super strict and I was able to visit even rather late in the day after work. Admittedly I haven't encountered proper appointment system, so can't say if it long or fast and if phone hotline is good or not. Parking is gigantic here, and even in the morning there are free spots.

Worst emergency experience ever. They leave you without information, make you wait for 4 5 hours ( even when people who come later than you leaves earlier than you). When you ask a question the " so called " doctor screams and goes away without listening. And when I say I consider to call an ambulance since our situation is urgent their answer is " ambulance won't come to hospital address, you have to wait "

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.
