Kind receptionist, bit unfair examination. I like more when I am treated as a human partner and not as body.

I don't recommend. 1. It seems they cannot determine from the date of birth of my son that he is a child, and cannot validate the booking. Thus, one examination needed to be cancelled one day before it. No problem, Árvai-Barta Medical are waiting for us tomorrow. 2. The "doctor" has another thing to do (claimed: surgery), so she wanted to reschedule the appointment less than one day before, but there was a collision, as we had another appointment at the same time. Appointment needed to be cancelled, I don't trust such a doctor anymore who cannot notify us in time. Fortunately, I managed to book an appointment at Árvai-Barta Medical for tomorrow. 3. Another appointment has the above examination (mentioned in #2) as dependency, consequently another cancellation, just one day before. 4. After having caused such an inconvenience, it seemed impossible to find a 5-minut slot during the day to do a quick blood collection. If they don't want my money, I can go to another medical center.

We had a genetic test with Dr. Zsolt Ruzicska and left with a positive experience. We found a parking space easily, the receptionist was normal and the doctor was also very kind and attentive.
