Unpunctual service with unpersonalized diagnostics. If you wanted to pay for it, please do not waste your time and money for them.

I paid for surgery, along with anathesia. They promised to refund me for the anathesia, which I never received. It has now been 3 to 4 weeks and I hav yet to receive the refund. I have called and emailed them over ten times and my follow up has needed to border on harrassment to receive any response to them whatsoever. If you want to do with a hospital that refuses to respond to you when you need something from them, then this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere else with your hard earned money.

Ridiculous service, only trying to get the most money possible out from the patients, no written response to complaints, only phone calls. Booked a gastroenterologist, and they sent me to some doctors, and then it turned out they did not send me to the proper doctor at all - of course for a huge sum of money - and when I tried to get at least an explanation about why this happened, they tried to fully gaslight and tell me I went to the wrong doctor! Are you kidding me? I said who I needed and got booked to a different one, how is that my fault?? Also, giving out your statements in a phone call instead of written form is utterly unacceptable, unprofessional and ridiculous. Maybe you should consider why there are so many bad reviews.

After surgery there were complications, I had further symptoms. The surgeon refused to investigate, sent home with a false "no symptoms" report. After arguing and claiming further investigations, another doctor diagnosed infection and prescribed antibiotics - just by looking at me, without doing any bood or other tests. I had made blood test at another medical institution, it turned out that I had no infection. They just wanted me out of the door. I would call it unethical...

I had knee replacement surgery in September. I have never had better medical experience in my life.
From the initial visit to the rehabilitation treatments the competency of the doctor's, nurses and staff was 5 stars. A real plus is that everyone speaks English. Finally the patient rooms are comparable to a 5 star hotel.

I have full confidence with Duna Medical Center because of its professionalism and cleanliness. Appointments are met on time. However, my latest appointment, the doctor asked me to set up an appointment to another area because the equipment/method is not available at DunaMed. I haven't set up the appointment but I'm a bit hesitant. Hopefully, the facility recommended meets my Duna expectation.

I made an appointment with the doctor a week in advance through their website and paid HUF 24500 for the consultation immediately at the time of the appointment as requested.
I went to see a doctor that day, and the doctor’s attitude was okay. After seeing the doctor that day, I went to the front desk to pay the test fee of 8,000 HUF according to their instructions, and got the order to come for a blood test the next day. However, the second day was a very bad experience.
First, the front desk and customer service personnel have a very bad attitude. When I was getting the number, I asked why I couldn't see the prescription prescribed by the doctor yesterday on the government's medical insurance website. The front desk said that there are too many people now, and I will solve it when you come back.
After I get my blood done, I'm going to the office and I'm leaving the clinic. At this time, the front desk caught up and said that you still have to pay a sum of money for the test. I fell it is so strange, I said, I have already paid the full test fee yesterday, You wouldn't provide the service without paying the fee, right? She said that was yesterday's test fee, and you had to pay today's test fee. I thought maybe I misunderstood, so I went back and paid a fee of 15,700 HUF by swiping the card according to the instructions of the front desk. But I remembered that after the doctor’s visit yesterday, their system sent me a coupon. I asked the front desk to use this coupon today, but the front desk arrogantly said that the card has been swiped, and you can use it next time. I was very unhappy, because she also said that she would solve the first problem, but she didn't solve it. She said that she would use this coupon next time, it is an excuse again. So I said I don't agree, I told her about my request, I'm very busy, it's impossible to come again next time. can you please deal with it today, or have your supervisor take care of the case today. She declined and said: My supervisor is on vacation and I won't be calling her. I asked her how to solve the problem today, she gave an email and said to send your request to this email. I was very annoyed, and I said that you must solve the relevant problems today.
Something make me angry that She called the security guard and asked the security guard to drive me away. I told her that you are totally hurting your customers. it is not good to you.
Later, she said she asked her company owner to come down, and I said yes.
After her Owener came down from upstairs, she heard the complaint from another front desk, but did not say a word to me, and said directly to me: I will refund your blood test money, and you go to another clinic to see a doctor, and never come to the Swiss clinic again.
After heard her words, I was even angrier at the time, and I said, it is irresponsible for you Swiss to treat patients so rudely as a hospital. As the Owner, you have not communicated with the customer through the complete process. After communicating with one of your bystanders, you directly drove the customer away. The attitude is too arrogant, and it involves racial discrimination. I don't want to give in and condone this kind of arrogance and discrimination.
After serious negotiations, the owner finally asked me about my request, and I said it was very simple: 1. Your customer service is unprofessional and has a bad attitude, so I ask her to apologize. 2. My treatment at Swiss The process must be complete, this is my right 3. Your coupons must be deducted for me today. This is also my right.
Although they rebate the discount to me , But this matter is not over yet. The owner is very arrogant and told me that her Swiss hospital has been open for 20 years. She meant that she had no shortage of patients. The quality is really not ato be complimented.
Later, I will continue to disclose relevant progress.

Got dental cleaning done at this facility. Had a nightmare experience. The dentist was in such a hurry he didn’t even care to check whether there is any discomfort or pain during the procedure. He even touched my lips with a tooth grinding tool which ripped off a layer of the lip and resulted into profuse bleeding. When I told him that he touched the grinding tool to my lips he said he didn’t notice it. What a professional work!
Thank god I got a special medicine from another clinic for healing the damaged lips quickly.
I would never go back to this facility again.

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

I would never go back to this facility again.

I visited the clinic several times, although my insurance always handled the bookings. The ladies performing mammography are always very kind and helpful and really patient. I especially liked how Dr. Heléna Nász really took the time to explain my conditions and treatment options to me. I would gladly recommend this place.

It's great if you want to pay for care that you would otherwise receive on a TB basis.
I'm thinking of waiting for several hours, being misinformed, being sent back and forth, pointing at each other. You will pay in advance if the doctor you came to see is not there...

Many negative opinions are completely justified. Not all departments are sub-critical, but general surgery certainly is. They were brought to the hospital by ambulance because they suspected appendicitis. The day nurses still treated me relatively well, but the night nurses were inhumane.
The head doctor wanted me to sign a declaration of consent for surgery, when my parents' consent would have been necessary for me to be 17 years old. He kept telling me how smart and special a girl I was and kept staring at me. I felt very tense. He seemed almost disappointed when the sudden pain went away the next day and the tests were all negative.
When I was admitted, I went through all the tests and all the specialists were nice. The day nurse, on the other hand, left me in the middle of the corridor for an hour and a half in a wheelchair and pajamas. Specifically, the specialist was preparing to go home and saw me on the way out: "Are you still here?"
After a while, the pain-relieving effect given by one of the nurses wore off, and they gave him … ice instead. It worked anyway, it just seemed a bit prehistoric.
The night nurses were horrible. They treated me condescendingly, took offense at all my questions, shouted and threatened me with surgery (so they didn't know the results of my test). Since I was admitted in the morning, I was very weak in the evening because I could not eat or drink anything (due to the potential surgery). By nightfall, I was very thirsty and wanted to ask for a glass of water, so I pressed the help button, which the day nurse told me to use if I wanted to ask for anything. I got screwed like never before in my life. "Who's pushing the button?" "How do you imagine?" "Get up and fill yourself!"
After that I was afraid to ask anything. I think he must have felt guilty because he came back a few hours later and in a lighter tone started showing photos of his dogs on his phone as an atonement (?).
I wasn't the only one who was treated condescendingly. There were only three of us in the room and everyone was effectively treated like dogs, especially the night nurses. One of the women who had just come out of the operating room, I think she heard me screwing up, so she didn't dare ask the nurses for water. He asked me to bring it to him.
Thank God I only spent one night inside, but that was enough to cause real mental trauma.

Factory of death. As clean and orderly a good place as this hospital once was, it has deteriorated to such an extent. My mother died here, I wouldn't even rate the nurses in the internal ward, nor the doctors. The sheets and clothes were taken over at the prosecutor's office, but no textiles were sent to the incinerator. Of course, they deny everything, make false claims. On the other hand, you can buy a sheet here if you haven't brought one. I wonder how? If you can, don't enter here!! Even one star is a lot... They didn't want to give my 90-year-old father the Covid booster vaccine, because what's the point... you need to save money, someone else needs a vaccine too. Shame on you!

The tests before the surgery went smoothly and quickly. The class is also tip-top, clean. The room was perfect, it had everything you needed and even the bathroom smelled good.
The daytime nurse (Black Beatrix or Brigitta) is extremely empathetic and helpful. He informed me about everything, came constantly, paid attention to me before and after surgery.
The night nurse (Szilvia Novak) also. He also helped me to go to the bathroom and stand up.

Unfortunately, my mother is currently still in hospital at Garay u. Before this, infectious disease and pulmonology are subintensive. He was transported from Szigetvár to the Pécs hospital between life and death. The point is that he is on call on Wednesday evening 03.02.2022. He spoke very rudely to her, for example: eat or don't eat, you'll die anyway, shut up and others like that, of course we took the appropriate steps. I just want to warn everyone whose loved ones are unfortunately in the hospital

We had to come to the anesthesiologist on time, at 9 in the morning, but we didn't get in until half past 12. Of course, I understand if there is a slight slip, but this is no longer that category! More like a design flaw. The patient is in there for about 20 minutes, and there is the same amount of idle time afterwards.
It's a shame, because otherwise the building is nice, clean and modern, the nurses and staff are nice, but the two and a half hour delay is unacceptable!
In the end, they got 5 stars because the quality of care was really five stars.

We were greeted kindly at the reception, the gentleman standing there immediately gave us the number, we didn't even have to speak, he was so attentive to us. We came to Dr. Zoltán Zaka, who explained everything with incredible patience and expertise in a comprehensive, comprehensible way, then accompanied us (!) to the first treatment and showed us everything, where to go from now on. The lady performing the treatment was helpful, calm and kind. Hats off to the department. Thanks for everything!

Hello
I've been going to OOi for three years, but so far I've only experienced this at Ct, the fact that the "receptionists" who work there talk to people the way they don't talk to dogs.
I told that lovely little lady that she can't stick a needle in my hand in just one place, but she'll try, I said yes, she'll start pricking the back of my hand, I told her that it hurts a lot, I don't think she's sticking it in the right place ... then the little dear got up and told me to stick myself then and that he was trying to be nice
and he left me there.....I can't really find words for how to treat people...we don't go there out of boredom. I was there for about 40 minutes, but he couldn't have said so much as sorry... such a person should not be allowed among sick people

I am going to radiation therapy in the department under the leadership of assistant professor Dr. Zoltán Zaka. The treatment works very well, the staff also perform excellently. When a speck of dust got into the system /organizational/, Dr. Zaka immediately helped. He smoothed over the problem by speaking so kindly that I was very surprised.....I have never met such a loving expression in my 65 years at EÜ. I just felt that he loved his patients....a rare pleasant personality!
Thank you here as well,
Albert Rácz
