One of the worst hospitals i have ever dealt with, they care only about making money, radiology department gave me a wrong reading of the MRI scan for my knee, the orthopaedic Dr. Manesh gave a different wrong opening, and when I did a surgery for my knee with Dr. Ayman Shaarawy for meniscus tear, he ruined the knee joint, did not stich the meniscus or removed the damaged parts, he only left me with painful knee using the croches for two month until I did another MRI with another doctor, and the situation was worse than it was before the surgery.
Do not use there services.

Old hospital, with old infrastructure. Owners only care about milking this dead place. Doctors will always over subscribe and perform un necessary tests. Don’t make the mistake of becoming an admitted patient as rooms are horrific and haven’t been renovated since the 1990’s.

I went to the Radiology Department about a week ago for an x-ray. I brought the form sent to me by my surgeon in Singapore that indicates what view was needed for observation (right and left oblique). I was given a cd by the x-ray technician with the scans and I sent these to my surgeon who then tells me that they took LATERAL scans and not the OBLIQUES as requested.
I came back today to get another x-ray and the receptionist informs me that the x-ray technician was busy (she tried making several calls and nobody picked up). She then tells me that the technician was in surgery and just went in ten minutes ago. I was already very frustrated at this point and asked if there was only one technician to which she replied that yes, there was only one. She said they can take my number and give me a call when the technician was available.
Several problems with this: First is the the fact that I will be exposed again to unnecessary radiation because of a careless mistake.
Second, why would they only have ONE technician available? When you call the Radiology department they will always tell you that there is no need to make an appointment and that you can just come in during their hours and get your scans done. If they are telling patients to come in anytime, there should always be a technician on call to accommodate these patients.
Third is how ridiculous it is that they are expecting me to just sit on my hands while I wait for a call when their technician is available! It's as if I have nothing better to do but wait for them to call me so they can correct their mistake.
Coming here was an absolute waste of time and money.
