I recently had an experience at Max Hospital in Phase 6 Mohali, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I found the hospital to be clean, well-equipped, and the staff was polite and professional. The waiting times were relatively short, which was a relief. The hospital's location is also easily accessible via public transport, making it convenient for visitors. However, I did find a couple of downsides during my visit. The cost of food in the canteen seemed quite high, especially for those who are not patients or staff members. It would be great if the hospital could consider offering more affordable options in their canteen. Additionally, I had a negative experience with the CT scan and MRI department. The service was not up to par, and there were delays in getting the scans done. This was quite frustrating and could definitely be improved. Finally, I must mention that there were instances where the hospital management and staff did not cooperate and refused admission to a patient seeking treatment at CGHS rates. It's important for a hospital to prioritize patient care and ensure that financial considerations do not hamper access to medical treatment. Overall, my experience at Max Hospital in Phase 6 Mohali had its positives and negatives. I hope my feedback can help the hospital address the areas that need improvement and provide better care to future patients.

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.
