I'm impressed with everyone who works at St. Mary. Looks like it's a very good workplace. From the security guards and intake to nurses and doctors, everyone is kind, polite, and professional. I received great care and am thankful to all staff. Great teams! Unfortunatelly, I had to go there several times lately. They do all tests quickly and answer to all questions in language I understand, as non-medical person. 5 out of 5 stars. Other hospitals should go there to observe and learn how it's done.

I’m Thankful to the ER staff. They were professional, caring and gentle. I’m very afraid of needles and ended up needing a small surgery. All of the ER staff, every single nurse, and especially Dr. Hart treated me with empathy and utmost professionalism. Very skilled and experienced staff who are absolutely amazing. Thank you everyone!

What an amazing team work in the emergency department. Nurses and doctors were so energetic and passionate about their work. I was there this morning and I was so impressed with their team work. Wait time wasn’t too bad comparing to RVH in Barrie (I have only been there other than St. Mary’s). Took a really good care of each and every patients who were there including me. I really appreciate each and everyone of you in the ER department for your valuable time, hard work and dedication. God bless all 😊🙏🏼.
