Nemocnica Ružinov is the largest hospital in Slovakia. University Hospital Bratislava (UNB) is the largest medical facility in Slovakia. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The way that the nurses talk to patients in the emergency ward is appalling. They are rude, angry at everyone a the whole system is unorganized. If you live in Bratislava and have to visit this hospital I feel sorry for you. At all costs please avoid this emergency room.

The health system in Slovakia is bad and it can be seen that not much has been invested, there is also no capacity for further improvement of the staff in the institutions.I will give positive reviews for certain foreign doctors and young slovaks who work in the emergency room because, despite the wait, they have received me with little effort.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.
