We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital.
Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

If you have a lot of MONEY and feel like just throwing it away… I would recommend to come to this hospital! UNAPOLOGETIC, UNETHICAL, JUST AFTER THE MONEY, PLAYING WITH EMOTIONS are a few words to describe this place! We are new to Goa and like many saw amazing reviews of this hospital and fell for the trap. Took one of my known here and to my surprise ended up spending so much that later came to know that it was not even an issue to be treated for! EVERYONE right from the Doctor to the Lab technicians are just given targets to make money… someone rightly said that this hospital is run by MBAs where targets are shared but no empathy!!! VERY VERY SAD

My family visit Manipal Hospital regularly. Overall it’s a mixed bag of chocolates but somehow still stands to be the best hospital in Goa with a lot of services under one roof. We frequently consult doc Nathan for our infant daughter and he is a very good and honest doctor and easy to talk to. Amongst other services the OPD billing desk staff are polite and quite helpful, Yogesh in particular helped us a lot and especially during my wife’s admission at the hospital. He guided me a lot through different processes which was new to me. I thank him for his support and wish the hospital only gets better in time. All the best.

Doctors are good. But the management is pathetic. Attendant has to suffer alot. You can't visit your own patient. However there are 5-6 people from one family staying if they have some source but if you don’t know anyone then all rules will be applicable on you.

The Emergency team led by Dr Ankur took extremely good care of my father who was brought here for acute respiratory failure. Thanks to them my father is on the path to recovery. My brother and I are very grateful to the entire team of doctors for their meticulous care, dedication and kindness. They are exemplary in their commitment to their patients and their families.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded.
Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless!
Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Hi,
I got admitted on 15th November, Room no 1303.
I have 0 Complaint from my Doctor+ he was very supportive & helpful but my experience with management was pathetic!
I was injected others injection,
When I asked nurse , she said It's Okay I have changed the needle! I mean seriously? She didn't even thought before doing this !
Secondly I was given wrong medicines.
When asked then they used to say Will check but never came back with any answer!
Thirdly the disaster , Physiotherapy team charged for 4 days but I took only 1 day !
They didn't even bother to revoke charges.
Neither the injection nor the tablets were given on time.
Plus wrong medication were given.
Giving me others injection brought me into a situation where I am so scared that I might get infected or any major problem.
Going Definitely for an FIR !
I will let all the social media know how things happened !
I have not received any apology by Max management.
Big shame .
I had so many hopes from this hospital but now ,
I am scared to even think for 2nd Visit.
This is dangerous & life threatening.

Just had my Robotic Myomectomy done on Tuesday (14th November 2023) by Dr. Anuradha Kapoor in Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket. The whole procedure was very smooth. I was able to move around on my own just after 48 hours of my surgery. My Gynecologist Dr. Anuradha Kapoor helped me during my whole treatment. Since the day of my admission till the day of my discharge from the Hospital. She is such a sweet and wonderful doctor/person. I am so happy that I got my treatment done by her. She is regularly checking my health condition with me through WhatsApp chat. Even the other hospital staff (Nurses and Housekeeping members) members were very helpful. Names of the few Nurses and Housekeeping members I remember and would like to thank are Jenny, Aishwarya, Neeraj, Priyanka, Chetna, Jyoti, Meenakshi. I am very thankful to them for assisting me throughout my whole treatment. And I would also recommend Robotic Myomectomy to patients like myself. The whole treatment procedure is very smooth. And the best part is you don't have to be scared of long cut and stitches or even the risk of damage to other organs. You can start to move around by yourself little by little just after 48 hours of the surgery as the pain is also under control. Thank you so much Dr. Anuradha Kapoor and other members of Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket who helped me during my treatment. ありがとうございました (Arigato Gozaimashita).
PS:- I think the cost of Robotic Myomectomy was also not too high. Considering the benefits of the surgery. I cannot write the exact amount. So I will just say to those who are wondering about getting treated through this procedure just go to Max Hospital Saket and ask for the details 1st.

It was a good experience.
A Huge thank you to Medsurge India who made the whole experience from Nigeria to India a smooth and memorable one. Mr. Dushant, Mrs. Shweta and Allen. Thank you so much.
Fortis Memorial Research Institute is neat, the cleaners are constantly cleaning. The environment is serene, not noisy and uncomfortable at all. Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable.
The doctors are professional and focused on their functions. A big shout out to Dr. Amitabh Singh and Dr. Niranjan Naik who performed the surgery so excellently. God bless you. Thank you to Dr. Gustave and Dr. Vivek in ICU 4 for the immediate after surgery care.
The nurses in the wards are swift, dedicated and skilled at their jobs too. A special thank you to Nurse Aman on 3rd Floor, Nurse Anu, Nurse Amantika and Nurse Sheila. Thank you all so much for the care you rendered through out our stay at Fortis Hospital.
I would recommend this hospital for your treatment and care in India. The are focused on you.

"I can't thank the medical team and staff at the hospital enough for their incredible support during my liver transplant Dr. Vaibhav Dr Vigas and the surgical team's expertise and dedication were beyond words. The transplant coordinator vipin and lalita were amazingly good in explaining everything and keeping me stress free. The nurses, from ( icu nurse Rajani, Harish nursing incharge Amandeep Kaur ]( 5th floor all nurses are good special Swati, Komil nursing incharge Kritika ], provided exceptional care with compassion and kindness. Icu dietician Reena and floor dietician Harshita took extremely good care of my diet according to my requirement and body needs. The diet chart was also explained properly.
Floor coordinator Ms. Purna has given me the best care during my entire stay. Entire staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew, Mr Wirsharbar. butlers made my stay comfortable and stress-free.
The services and hospitality were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hospital was remarkable, and the meals provided were not only nutritious but also delicious. The communication and coordination among the staff were seamless, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.
I am deeply grateful for the excellent care and support I received during this critical time in my life. Thank you for being such an important part of my journey to recovery. You've made a significant difference in my life, and I appreciate it more than words can express."

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available.
I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend.
They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh is one of the best Hospital in Delhi where Dr Ankita Chandana Ma'am consults & helps her patients very attentively. From the beginning of my wife's pregnancy, I have started treatment from Dr. Ankita Chandana and from there she was the one who guided all ways to have a healthy pregnancy. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened.
Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande.
After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner.
The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving.
Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these?
Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video.
This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening.
Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel.
Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution.
I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting.
It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

The nursing staff (inpatients after surgery) is very inexperienced & they usually are out of their wits for something as simple as a loose motion.
You will find yourself getting clueless replies & looks from nurses.
The cleaning staff and housekeeping staff is quite overloaded & won't be available without a 30 min wait.
In case there is an emergency, doctor is not available. Only 2 rounds in morning and evening.
In a nutshell, you're on your own after having surgery. If an emergency occurs, highly likely that the help you need, won't come in time.
Nurses will keep looking at each other's faces & you'll fall dead.

**"Extremely Disappointing Experience: Beware Before Seeking Treatment Here"**
I deeply regret the experience my friend had at this hospital. He sought treatment for gallbladder stones and underwent a laser procedure. Shockingly, due to a grave error by the medical team, there was an accidental cut in the pancreas area. This mistake cost my friend his life.
I cannot express the devastation and anguish caused by this hospital's negligence. The loss of a loved one due to a medical error is unfathomable. I urge anyone considering treatment here to think twice and thoroughly research alternatives. The tragic consequences of their mistake cannot be overlooked.

The most valuable thing is that all staff's behaviour is good and smooth. Doctors, nurses and other supporting staffs are behaving betterly and are giving their 100 percent to the patient. Patient attenders are also getting good services here like canteen, waiting sofa and sleeping area. I want to thank Yatharth Hospital and team for making such a wonderful staff management.

Very bad experience today , waiting time for gynaecologist almost 1:30 H:M , pregnant women had to wait for more than 90 min .
Doctors timing should be informed at billing counter if not available.

Yesterday, I have visited there for an angiography test of my father in heart department. Honestly saying this is very good hospital with full of amenities and services. Cost is high but services are satisfactory.

Located in sector 1 Greater Noida West. My mother was admitted here for Endoscopic and Gall bladder surgery.
Dr. Amogh and Kushal were like a God figure for us as treatment went well and my mother is recovering well by God grace.
Further also wanted to comment on the rooms and services. Supporting staff/nurses like Kiran, Oindrilla was amazing . Their services and support I would highly recommend. Keep it up
The food was healthy and hygienic as well.
Rooms were comfortable with all necessary things available which help the attendant to stay comfortable too.

Very good doctors and support staffs. They have done tremendous job. 1st day experience was bad due to emergency staffs unavailability and rudeness(when we complaint about their unavailability). They were busy in personal calls and gossips( but security guards of emergency ward was very supportive and helpful) but after admitting the patient everything was good. Doctors are very experienced and generous. Support staffs are very helpful and provided good support. Billing department is also very helpful in providing information and discharge was very smooth. I will give 4.5 out of 5(-0.5 due to 1st day experience).

Very Good Hospital
Especially Chandrashekhar P( Orthopaedic Surgeon) is a very kind and nice Doctor, he treats the patient well and also he'll offer maximum discount for the poor and needy patients.
Treatment was very good, and all the staffs are very nice and kind people.
Hospital is very clean and nice.
The best hospital for the patients who need quality of treatment with economical price and for the financially poor patients.
Overall I'm very happy with the treatment.
I'll 💯 recommend patients to this hospital.

I had the privilege of consulting Dr. Satish Rudrappa, a Neurologist, for my family member, and I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care we received during our visit. Our consultation left us thoroughly satisfied.
I would like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Rishi, Ms. Anu, and Ms. Emie for their outstanding support and assistance throughout our visit. Their dedication and kindness truly made a difference.

I happened to land at this place for the first time, as one of my relatives had knee surgery done here. Post surgery she was shifted in a private single room. I am given to understand that it is a Japanese hospital. The room appears to be a small congested room and the Japanese influence on the design part can be easily noticed. My relative told me she was happy choosing this hospital as the Dr.'s to para medic staff to support staff are all good and efficient. Maintenance and cleanliness is also good.

Gcri new building is so good instead of old building.
However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri.
Now In terms of services and patient care. This is the only hospital in gujarat offers complete cancer treatment in free of cost depends on your annual income. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free.
Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient.
Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services.
In case of emergency you can contact to Gcri at any point of time.

More of the show but less in quality
Visited for CT Angio and had worst experience. I was told that will be done within an hour. However after three long hours the test is delayed.
The staff members are careless and can't project the estimation time. on asking/followed up i was being told that you can drop a note at suggestion counter.
Fed up of hearing the generalised excuses.
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE 👎🏽
