Worst experience in my life. My father got admitted in high fever and was being taking care under medicine team of hospital. None of the team members seemed to be serious. Doctors kept on insisting for money making check ups which were really not essential that time. They don’t even give the discharge easily after recovery of patient. The behaviour of Ground Duty staff is even better than the doctors and their subordinates, specifically Medicine Team. When we moved to the room that was allotted to my father at 7th floor I found that the bed was not ready. Even the floor was dirty. My 65 years old and sick father had to wait for 15 min outside the room in this super speciality hospital. I request the management that Things I’ve addressed here are seriously to be taken into account so that no other patient and family would face such experience.

BAD experience, before paying Rs 1000/-for OPD must ask, the doctor is available or not otherwise you have to wait a lot to meet. They say many tests to do, and come after, sometimes looks fine sometimes doesn’t. Very few sofa to sit, as everyone comes with one attendant, then everyone keeps a watch on empty one.

Very good doctors and support staffs. They have done tremendous job. 1st day experience was bad due to emergency staffs unavailability and rudeness(when we complaint about their unavailability). They were busy in personal calls and gossips( but security guards of emergency ward was very supportive and helpful) but after admitting the patient everything was good. Doctors are very experienced and generous. Support staffs are very helpful and provided good support. Billing department is also very helpful in providing information and discharge was very smooth. I will give 4.5 out of 5(-0.5 due to 1st day experience).
