My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia.
I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok.
When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

I was shocked that 2 days after my op I had a call from your “business” department about my bill which the insurer is covering. The member of staff told me there was a problem (not what it was) and to contact my insurer immediately. This is terrible service - firstly I was in a lot of pain and sleeping when you called (why not wait a few days a week - shouldn’t patient care not payment that is hardly late be a priority?), secondly there was no explanation and I’m sure this is something that could have been resolved between hospital and the insurer, thirdly why not email with the detail rather than calling the patient 2 days post op, fourthly why put the owness on patient to contact an insurer - surely could have asked them to contact / explain to me? No pro activity (bound to be an admin error somewhere) - just here’s a problem , you sort it and I don’t care that you’ve been in hospital recently. Unbelievable - possibly the worst customer experience I have had and I certainly don’t treat my clients (who aren’t sick) like that. Some business sense and customer centric behaviour desperately required. Clinical and nursing staff great but what a way to conduct yourselves professionally.

I am a customer of the EMC for about 15 years. During the last 5 years the attitude of the hospital has changed. Before it was clearly the best place to get medical attention, especially when you are a foreigner and don't speak too much Russian.
But now the game changed. Not only are they very high price and I most of the time I have the feeling that I am recommended additional check which are not needed. Now they also don't trust their customers any more. As a Foreigner, with a record in their database for 15 years, you have to prepay your treatment. I have always paid by bills with them before leaving the building on every visit, so I have not given any reason for this.
And then the payment doesn't work well. The payment terminals are difficult to use / not working and the alternative is to go to the ground floor and pay at the cash register. For this money I expected perfect service.
Don't get me wrong, I think the doctors are good. But the management I don't like.

Is it even legal to charge as much for health care? Seems like the regulator isn't aware of the price list of this hospital. Other than that having insurance isn't a guarantee that you'll get services in this hospital because there is lack of real time communication between the service provider and the insurance company, so you still have to guarantee payment with your bank card. If the two do not communicate in an hour, money is deducted from your card. Then back to square one...running after the insurance for compensation!
Just a terrible experience to say the least.

Even after more than 25 years as a loyal customer, I was made to feel like a potential criminal who is lying about your insurance coverage. In the middle of a series of consultations and tests, I was forced to stand at the reception desk and have a lengthy discussion with the receptionist and the insurers before I could get the correct invoice with only 20 percent co-payment. This clinic is fine if you don’t mind being publicly humiliated and pay everything up front.

I had to be hospitalized as an outpatient then in surgery in less than a week and both stays went very well.
In the outpatient setting the nurses were very kind, attentive and funny (which is important in this kind of stressful moment). I was very well taken care of.
For my stay on the 5th floor, everything went very well too! Thanks to nurse Catherine who was lovely to me, like a mother, who listened to me, made me laugh and took good care of me. Thanks also to the night caregiver who was very kind.
Thanks also to the recovery room teams! And to the teams in the surgical theaters and the endoscopy suite, especially the nurse anesthetist who took care of me Thursday morning for my endoscopy, she really listened and was able to reassure me!
I really felt good in the clinic. All the staff are kind and attentive, whether they are the admissions ladies, the stretcher bearers, the nurses, the nursing assistants, the doctors. If I have to have another operation one day, I would go back to the Protestant without hesitation! For once we see staff who are still human and smiling!

They advertise to be the best hospital in Colombo but trust me it’s not! The worst customer care I’ve experienced so far from a private hospital! It gives out more like a public hospital vibe in sirilanka where people literally beg for medical care! Zero care & empathy from the staff at the day care unit at the 4th Floor. Especially the NURSE DILRUKSHI . So rude & bossy. I don’t think she even understand how to even talk to a patient with sincerity . Nothing was pleasant about the service the staff rendered to a patient. You’re expected to wear the theater gown which usually an open back & walk through a hall full of strangers staring at you!! You are also expected to remove your shoes inside the day care center ( acceptable for hygiene purposes ) while the doctors & numerous number of hospital staff walk in with their shoes on! I don’t understand the logic behind it ??!! & the TOILETS! OMG! Dirty as ever! I believe local public toilets are better & sanitized than in this hospital! They also took their own sweet time to prep the bill & until then the patient who just went under general anesthesia is expected to sit on a chair instructed by the unsympathetic nurse Dilrukshi although very well we have paid an arm & leg for it! Please go to any ASIRI HOSPITAL. There’s a distinctive difference in quality in everything they offer!
Oh 1 more thing- they literally forgot to remove the cannula upon my discharge until I had to remind them to do so! What an attentive service from the nurses who treated us like some helpless beings who came for free medication !

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

Durdans Hospital in Colombo is an exceptional healthcare facility that leaves a lasting impression with its warm and friendly staff, ensuring every patient receives the utmost care and attention. Our experience at this hospital was nothing short of outstanding, starting with the welcoming and compassionate staff members who made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived.
The rooms at Durdans Hospital were thoughtfully designed with patient comfort in mind. From the cozy beds to the well-appointed amenities, they provided a comfortable and soothing environment throughout our stay. The hospital took care of every need, ensuring that essential items like toiletries, towels, and water bottles were readily available, eliminating any worries for patients and their families.
One of the highlights of our experience was the attention to the patient's dietary needs. Durdans Hospital went above and beyond by providing food and tea to ensure the patient's well-being during their recovery. The meals were prepared with care and consideration, catering to individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
The comfortable bed with a control panel allowed the patient to adjust their position and find the optimal level of comfort. This thoughtful feature enhanced the recovery process, allowing patients to rest and recuperate in a personalized manner.
The 24-hour service at Durdans Hospital further exemplifies their commitment to patient care. We were impressed by the round-the-clock availability of medical staff, ensuring that patients had access to assistance whenever needed. This level of dedication and support is a testament to the hospital's dedication to the well-being of its patients.
The well-maintained bathrooms with hot water showers added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. This attention to detail in providing essential amenities contributed to a sense of relaxation and convenience.
What set Durdans Hospital apart from others was their consideration for the patient's family or guardian. Even in normal rooms, a bed was provided for the guardian, along with comfortable chairs, a table, and a TV. This thoughtful provision allowed family members to stay close to their loved ones during their hospital stay without compromising on comfort.
Budget-friendliness was another aspect that impressed us at Durdans Hospital. Despite offering excellent facilities and services, the hospital was mindful of being accessible to a wider range of patients, making quality healthcare more affordable.
In conclusion, Durdans Hospital Colombo is a haven of care and comfort that stands out for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and well-thought-out amenities. From the provision of essential items to round-the-clock services and budget-friendly options, every aspect of our experience at this hospital was met with the highest level of care and attention. If you're in need of medical attention in Colombo, Durdans Hospital is undoubtedly an excellent choice that prioritizes your well-being and recovery.

Terrible service, the worst a consultant can have, it shows that there is no level of supervision, they cancel appointments at the last minute because the doctor “left” I had to see people who were assigned appointments in a different place without taking into account that They are low-income people, Dr. Mauricio Osorio Manrique, it would be appropriate for you to pay more attention to the service of your clinic.

I was running out of antidepressants, which wouldn't even matter because Bangkok is not particularly depressing, but for medical reasons I needed to keep the medication going. A expat friend of mine suggested I get an appointment here. I had to apply for the appoint and I was concerned that they would have a long waiting list, like my Kaiser HMO does for any kind of appt, avg 90-day wait. Not here, I was given a date the following week.
I was very impressed by the service entry -- it was almost like being on an upscale bank, where the intake is conducted by a cheerful and efficient young woman in a suit, who takes a photo and issues you a badge and then sends you to the Doctor, after giving you information on hospital plans and checkups.
My friend suggested that I should look at the checkup/physical packages and I did. Ever since I hit fifty some time ago I've been trying to get my regular doctor to give me a proper check up physical beyond the blood test. I saw that an executive package was $1000 and that seemed worth it.
I didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor, Dr Arhit Kukreja, and I've never had such an indepth interview ,conducted with such respect , with any doctor. He was superb, arranging for the medications, and directing me toward the best physical for me. This latter part was remarkable for the care and attention to detail and also for the lack of upsell, in fact the best one for me was a cheaper one.
I won't go into the details but I had a full battery of tests, including an EKG, a chest X-ray, and a sonogram of the major internal organs with the exception of the heart. The test results came back at the end and I was debriefed by the doctor in a comprehensive way. And treated so well throughout-- I was actually given a break halfway through and given lunch in the cafeteria, which was really tasty. And the whole place felt like an exceptional hotel.
I hope to make future trips here for the excellent service. It makes me sad for the medical care we have for the average middle class person in the United States that they, like me, will likely go through their lives never having such a careful and --dare I say? -- pleasant review of their health.

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

Stay away from dental practitioner Piotr Zborowski. I had a very bad experience with him and complications for the next few years as he hasn't done his job right. Will never return to the KCM Clinic.
Important!!!! As of 2023, I would like to add that those two teeth that Dr Zborowski looked after needed to be extracted at the very end. I was hoping for 4 yrs they would heal but unfortunately there was no chance to save them as per 3 different specialists. I'm deeply upset because of that; every day regretting that I haven't claimed compensation for Dr Zborowski's negligent dental treatment.

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality.
Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly.
If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM.
Thank you Sara for your care and my love to all the nurses who have cared for me, they have all been very sweet to me!

I recently had reconstructive surgery at KCM Clinic, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Sara’s incredible care and support. Her proficiency in English, a rarity in a primarily Polish-speaking environment, immediately put me at ease. But it wasn’t just her language skills that stood out; it was her warm smile and genuinely friendly demeanor that truly made a difference.
From the moment I arrived, Sara consistently checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Even when her shift ended, she made sure I was left in capable hands, reflecting her commitment to patient care. Remarkably, Sara took the extra step to message me during my entire stay, including post-surgery, to check on my well-being.
Her compassion isn’t just reserved for individual cases; I witnessed her interacting with other patients, where she displayed the same level of care, warmth, and humor. It’s evident that her attitude isn’t just professional; it’s profoundly human.
I firmly believe that Sara’s hard work, attention to detail, and compassionate care significantly contributed to my successful recovery. I sincerely hope this review not only serves as a testament to Sara’s excellence but also leads to the recognition and promotion she so richly deserves.

Gcri new building is so good instead of old building.
However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri.
Now In terms of services and patient care. This is the only hospital in gujarat offers complete cancer treatment in free of cost depends on your annual income. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free.
Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient.
Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services.
In case of emergency you can contact to Gcri at any point of time.

More of the show but less in quality
Visited for CT Angio and had worst experience. I was told that will be done within an hour. However after three long hours the test is delayed.
The staff members are careless and can't project the estimation time. on asking/followed up i was being told that you can drop a note at suggestion counter.
Fed up of hearing the generalised excuses.
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE 👎🏽

Good maintained hospital. But can tell about doctor’s because every doctor’s has his own capabilities. I visited this hospital for treatment for a near relative so I am not aware about costing. Overall this is good hospital in Bihar.

Go there if you have no option of going to Delhi or better place....
No coordination between department... They will wait for next day rather than coordinating with other staff and department.
Nursing staff is just make you feel like you are in government hospital.
Doctors skill are good but as Institute only care for money making so ready to get hefty bill.....
Rest as told earlier no coordination
So only if you have some emergency than go there else go to Delhi....
Here be ready for hefty bill and no service... No communication

Medanta hospital is one of the best private hospitals in Lucknow.
Bed costs are high but the facilities they are providing are amazing, even it beats Apollo hospital in cleanliness and space and in price too.
The hospital has costa coffee shop and other food shops, the food is very hygienic and it's freshly prepared.
Remember it's not cheap tho it's best.
Everything was nice I am really impressed with the looks and other things about the hospital
Every room has airconditioner and tv. The service is magnificent, the doctors are amazing.
Brilliant hospitality
If you have money and need good hospitality this is the spot .
The hospital has huge parking everything is organised.
Wheelchair entrance and parking is also available.
But very costly food and other item
No discount on medicines 😕
Doctor fee and charges of rooms are very high.
