The emergencies of this hospital are chaos! Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. In Sept 2023 in Cuenca, my upper arm was broken in 4 places and I needed surgery to repair the bones (titanium screws, metal plate,). I was hospitalized at Mt Sinai for two days, required a month of 6 hr/day in-home care by rotating team of Mt Sinai nurses, and had subsequent 5x/wk physicaltherapy x 2 months .The care I received was extraordinary at every level. I can't praise the competence and personal care enough.

I was just digging through some old boxes and I found the paperwork from when I had to make a visit to Monte Sinai hospital when I got sick in Cuenca back in 2017. It brought back the memories of the amazing treatment I received there. I got insanely sick while visiting Ecuador. Before I got to the hospital, I thought I was going to meet my demise and I was saying my prayers. Thank goodness to the wonderful doctors and staff at this place because they took great care of me. I didn't get to see the entire hospital, but from what I saw from my point of view, they seemed to have pretty much everything there that you would find at a regular United States hospital. Plus, all the doctor's I saw there spoke English too. The experience also really opened my eyes to make me aware of how the statesides hospital rip Americans off. I don't know if their prices have changed since then, but my entire cost with testing and treatments and medication was right around $100. No you did not read that wrong, ONLY about one hundred dollars USD. Another way Ecuador helped me to realize that the United States is good at taking advantage of their citizens, is that when you go into the pharmacies there, the medication is a fraction of the price in the United States and many of them you do not even need a prescription for. There is only one internationally rated hospital in Ecuador and it is in Quito. After 10 days in this hospital, they are decades away from being accredited. They do not have a lot of basic equipment. Suffice it to say… it took 5 days just to find me a washcloth. Had to stay an extra 3 days due to their neglect. Ecuadorian health care is ranked 101 in the world. U.S. is ranked 32. You chose.

It seems to be the best among the many hospitals in Monterrey for health check-ups. All hospitals are friendly... I was satisfied with the most detailed check. I was able to see the doctor more comfortably than at other general hospitals. The food in the last week was tastier than any other hospital.

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

Went in to get an abscess removed on three different visits. I was scheduled at 10am but the room wasn't available until 8pm. Told to wait. I luckily asked for a written cost estimate and was told 58,000 PESOS (not including blood work, ultrasound and "hospital fees"). I said "no" and before I left, I paid the receptionist the 2,000 peso consult fee which she strangely handed over to one of the doctors. I never got a receipt for the two times that I paid. I went down the street and had the abscess removed for 2,000 pesos. BE SURE TO GET A WRITTEN COST ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE. GO ELSEWHERE- THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! 30x more than the competition. Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I spent almost an hour waiting to be seen by reception and it was after the exam time. This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. Terrible hospitalization, few employees, they make the patient do the work, you need to call or ask for sheets, pillowcases, bath towels via QRCOD, I asked for a bathtub so I could bathe my baby, it took more than an hour to arrive, the employee who brings it the bathtub cannot bring towels, the patient needs to use the hospital system to request towels, sheets, pillowcases, hygiene items... and 1 item at a time, in an order you cannot, for example, request sheets, towels and blanket, you have to order one item at a time for the companion and the patient. I am the companion responsible for my 5 month old baby, I also have the flu, I requested hot water to make tea at 10 pm and they told me that the kitchen in a HOSPITAL does not work at night, I have never seen this, an emergency room, a patient in hospitalization and not having hot water. They serve 3 meals a day, breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm, during these intervals if you want to order something via app, you cannot go down to reception to receive it, no one at reception can go up to bring your food and no staff can look at your child who is hospitalized for you to go down to reception for 3 minutes to receive the food, you are forced to go hungry or buy it at the hospital cafe. My rating for hospitalization is terrible, if I need it again I won't come back here, good accommodation but the system is terrible service, not even a public hospital is that bad.

I do not recommend the maternity ward at this hospital to anyone. I went through a traumatic process on the day of birth. They induced my labor without my permission, after the birth they left me in the waiting room for more than 10 hours, and hungry. When I went to the room, a doctor asked me to take off my underwear and open my leg in front of more than 5 residents (I was bleeding). Worst experience of my life I had in this hospital. When it was afternoon, they took me to the emergency room and found that the umbilical cord was out (cord prolapse). The doctors immediately sent me to the surgical suite, but when I got there, I was surprised by the information that I I didn't want to invest in my baby's survival, since I would never say that and that was not said by me or my partner, in that moment of tension I had to take a stand saying that I wanted a cesarean section and I would like to invest in my baby and I wanted the same to be true for uterine birth, given that 3 years ago I had a natural birth at 22 weeks and my baby was stillborn, I wanted to have a different experience! They performed an emergency cesarean section, my baby was born and went to the neonatal ICU, I went to bed to recover and receive medication. I underwent tests and they medicated me saying that I had an infection in the uterus, but then the torture show began, I felt very ill with the strong medications, I was barely willing to see my baby in the ICU, every time the team was asked to None of them were attended to by the doctor, the nursing team often didn't come, I even registered a police report while still in a hospital bed in the situation I was in, all the treatment coming from the nursing staff was grotesque and inhumane, they even hurt me at the time of doing an ultrasound on my stomach, when the nurse went to take off my pants and shaved my pants on my scar which was swollen with a seroma. After being discharged and spending a few days, on one of the days that I went to visit my baby in the ICU, I was feeling ill with a seroma in the cesarean section scar and I could barely move, we kept moving back and forth in search of care and nothing. meet! On 09/28/23 I received the news that my baby had died in the neonatal ICU, the responsible doctors only issued the death certificate and did not want to give us a verbal and personal explanation, all the doctors hid it, it was very painful to have to Facing this chaos at the most difficult time of my life, even when they reported the death of my baby they were completely rude and inhumane, I am disgusted with this hospital, I will never set foot in it again and I will not recommend it to anyone! But justice will be done!

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. Congratulations. For the nursing technician, Wendy, the affection and welcome made me feel protected. Thank you very much. I stayed in ward 202. Everyone was very attentive. I thank the nursing team in the Nurses. Pamela and the nursing technician Ana. I mentioned names but I was very well attended to by everyone. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Paula Righi Cardoso. She brought me security. Kindly explaining the treatment and clarifying all my doubts. Healthcare needs professionals like this.
