I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. Congratulations. For the nursing technician, Wendy, the affection and welcome made me feel protected. Thank you very much. I stayed in ward 202. Everyone was very attentive. I want to give them a 5 star because as soon as my son was checked by the emergency, nurses and doctors came and admitted him into CCU. They saved my son! Now I know where my donations can go. We can't thank doctors and nurses and all the volunteers and staff enough. Beside their professional knowledge and equipment, everyone wats to make sure parents and siblings are well taken care of. However, the emergency is as busy and not very favorable a unit as all other ones in Canada. At 2:00 am, there was only one nurse doing the reception job and checking patients. She could attend to our son sooner but she was busy with the reception.

I appreciate the hospital's efforts in managing a high volume of patients, and I understand the initial wait time for a bed. However, after securing a bed, there was an additional four-hour wait to see the doctor. While I recognize the challenges, it was disheartening to wait for a medical consultation only to be informed that we were cleared to go home after the doctor's brief checkup. In order to enhance the overall patient experience, I would like to suggest that the hospital consider increasing the number of doctors available, and if possible, encourage doctors to start their checkups a bit earlier. This adjustment could potentially help free up beds more promptly for patients in need of urgent care.

One of the Best Hospital in the world, best patient care, The doctors are very friendly , professional and using advanced methos to detect the problems, I visit this hospital frequently with my nephew for his sickness. The hospital is very clean and well maintained. Parking is available in underground $20.

Many friends have had surgery at this clinic and they say they received very good care. I had read that they did not answer the phone and the first time I made an appointment they answered me and gave me an appointment for a hip CT scan for the next two days.

I had the privilege to be operated on by the best surgeon this clinic has to offer. Dr. Juan Pablo Florez. I am a Canadian Nurse and have been for the past 12 years, and i can assure you that the service and the medical attention they have to offer surpasses Canadian medicine.

I’m an American, living in San Francisco and accustomed to high level of medical care. My father developed an infection and the hotel recommended this hospital. Great experience. Very clean, modern and professional. Similar to an urgent care in the US. You pay out of pocket but prices are relatively reasonable. Everyone speaks English. I wasn’t sure what to expect so hope this review is comforting if you need to see a doctor while traveling.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. He was a very calming influence at a trying time. All the staff was kind and helpful but these two stand out, especially Jesus.

It could be 5! BUT IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY SON'S RESULTS HAVE NOT BEEN OUT. I DID IT BY REFERRAL FROM THE HEALTH CENTER! THEY SAY THE DOCTOR HAS NOT DONE THE REPORT YET! ONE MONTH? MY SON NEEDS THIS REPORT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO NEURO FOR A DIAGNOSIS. ONE STAR FOR LACK OF RESPECT! Did it in October and so far nothing! I call! I send an SMS. TERRIBLE ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE REPORT RESULTS!

Saturday, November 25th, I was at GRAAC to have an MRI of the lumbar sacral spine, referred by the UBS, I was well received at the reception, attended to at the time the MRI was scheduled, attentive nurse and exam technician; bathrooms and very clean facilities, and after leaving with exam in hand, to my surprise, I even received a snack kit

My cousin has been sitting in a chair with gallstones for three days waiting for an evaluation from the surgeon. They don't even put her on a stretcher because they simply don't have one or they don't feel like it. How sad this poor service is!

The worst care, I went to the emergency room and the care was terrible, an all-day wait for a bleeding problem, an eternal wait for results all for them to only tell me - "come tomorrow and they can treat you during the day" . How sad it is for someone to seek help and be treated that way. Doctors with little empathy, they don't care about the patient's conditions, they barely pay attention to you. Many thanks to the doc. They do not have qualified emergency personnel, only a general practitioner. The Rx service does not work on weekends. If you ask for an X-ray on Friday night, they tell you that you have to wait until Monday when they give you the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service at each station they asked me for the same information that I had already given, it took four hours and I couldn't breathe, terrible service, terrible attention I don't recommend at all, the worst hospital I have ever visited

I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

I've been going for years! My dad took care of her, I take her to my mom and obviously sometimes I go. From personal experience I know that the elderly are treated very well. Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. But like I said they can improve. But as for the professionals, they are very attentive and excellent, I can confirm that 🐘😁❤️☮️ I've been going for years! I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

It was founded by Cleto Aguirre from Salta. The origins of the current Hospital de Clínicas date back to 1877, when its construction began. A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. A significant number of patients came from the interior, referred by doctors graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who kept a special memory of the aptitudes of their teachers in medicine. The tenured professor was the cone of attraction of the chairs and of the activity of the Hospital rooms. He was an ethical example to be emulated by his students, who supported him, shared his studies, sometimes his table, and even established kinship through marriages based on that relationship of admiration. Important feats of medicine took place in the pavilions of the Hospital de Clínicas: the first application of insulin, the description of Ayerza's Disease, Tobías syndrome, Castex syndromes, the first cardiac catheterization, the first medical residencies, the first Ethics Committee, experimental surgery, the first kidney punctures and the first thoracotomies, among others. The first filmed operation in the history of medicine occurred in this hospital. It was in 1899 and was in charge of the Argentine doctor Alejandro Posadas. The film is seven minutes long and was found in 1971, when the old building was preparing for demolition. It was exhibited on December 14, 2001 to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the hospital. [1] Built according to the models of its time, the design was inspired by the Friedrichshain Hospital in Berlin and the lazaretto in Karlsruhe. Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

I always go here and it works spectacularly. I never had any problems, the professionals and the treatment were fantastic, but please do something with the pathology reports because it closes at 6:00 p.m. and many of us never get to pick them up because we leave work or ask for appointments later than that time. Maybe send them by email or leave them with the secretary.

Disaster the attention on the guard by the pseudodoctor Luisina Ramacciotti Mat 27567 saying that I thought that was a Kiosk. The corresponding complaints will be made for lack of professional ethics. The claim is recorded in the complaints book dated today.

I had surgery in 2020, to date I am waiting for an invoice from the hospital, the doctor and the anesthetist. To make matters worse, the doctor Gustavo Delg... the urologist who operated on me did not solve my prostate problem, he did something crazy. All scoundrels. A piece of advice, the doctors in public hospitals are better professionals and honest. The urologist Gustavo Delg.., He was deleted from Doctoralia...why would it be? Terrible attention from the guard secretaries. From the beginning they were very rude. After having a tomography I was waiting 3 hours for the result (from images they told me that the result was already there and they had sent it to the guard) from the guard the secretaries told me that the result was not there, when in reality it was. Some RUDE. I made the claim and they laughed in my face, a real shame. I hope they review their behavior.

The on-call care is deplorable, especially from the doctors who treat you, and in imagines mdq it is not good either, at least in terms of customer service. If you feel bad, do not come urgently to this clinic. Others are convenient.

I am very grateful to all the clinic staff for their loving and willing attention. I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery for appendicitis and everything was excellent, but above all the quality of human care. The counter staff, the nurses, the maids, security and not to mention the entire surgery and operating room team, very professional, warm and humane. It is the second time we have had it, two years ago our 1-year-old son had surgery and everything was also impeccable. Thank you so much

In the offices of Patio Olmos, they scheduled me to be attended to by the guard and they NEVER called, at reception they informed me that the doctor who was going to attend to me LEFT!!! HE NEVER CALLED ME!!! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT. They take care of me at the guard and they don't have items to clean a wound!!!! Terrible attention!!! Physiological solution and gauze...they have nothing.

Came here as an international student. Best and most thorough care I have ever received for an acute condition that I regularly get admitted for. Nurses are very friendly. Clean facility. If i get sick in Córdoba again I'll go here!

I would strongly advice foreign tourists against this hospital. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was immediately contacted by the International Patient Service. They're supposed to make your life easier but are actually an excuse to overcharge you without ever helping when needed. I've ended up paying over 500 USD to see a doctor and get some exams done, probably double of what I'd pay in Germany. They're very blunt about it and wrote to me they apply different tarifs to foreigners. We've all got a travel insurance, and I'm totally ok with a bit of a mark-up, but here I feel like a cow that's being milked to the very last drop.
