What a slow clinic! They make him come on time but he is late in his shifts, no one comes out to give a reason. The only redeemable thing is the girl at the reception, the rest is a terrible service, the air conditioning in the surgery waiting room does not work. If you can avoid using their services, almost 8 hours for a simple surgery. The worst thing is that EPS SURA has an agreement with them but it is horrible!! Better care has a neighborhood pharmacy than a private clinic

The waiting room is horrible. There are patients lying everywhere on the floor. The runners. There is no decent place for the elderly while they undergo examinations and remain under observation. There is one bathroom for many people. And they don't clean it. This is in the emergency room. It is a site where all rights are violated

I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Terrible admin care. There is no real patient ownership and each unit blames the other. There is deep lack of coordination among stakeholders. Patient has been to the hospital 3 times now to get surgery and something always fails because there is lack of coordination and communication between staff. There is need for a real overhaul. Very sad to see this historically best-in-class hospital treat patients this way.

First off this is the best hospital in Bogota according to the locals and my Colombian friends. I came here on a work trip and had an emergency operation to remove my appendix. I came in at 2am, got the diagnosis at 3:30am and they didn’t operate on me until 12pm. The delay was due to the incompetent hospital admin people dealing with my work insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket to get things rolling but they refused. They told me they don’t want double payment incase the insurance goes through. I definitely suggest bringing a Spanish speaker here if you don’t speed to local language because most of the staff don’t speak english. Before the surgery, I had to sign a bunch of disclaimers and waivers which were all in Spanish. My surgery was great. The surgeon spoke good english and was very professional. He reassured that I’m not going to die. As far as hygiene goes, the facility looks clean except there were a few times I caught my nurses taking my blood and iv out without wearing any gloves. Make sure you have money before coming to the hospital. They wont operate on you until payment is confirmed. Last but not least bring a blanket and pillow so you can sleep on the bench while you wait to be seen. Overall I’m grateful for the nurses and Drs that saved my life. My appendix was on the verge of bursting. I would like to give this place a 5 stars had it not been for the front desk admin people.

I had to get a covid antigen test prior to flying back to the US, and was reading reviews at labs all over Bogota, stating the antigen test took 5-7 days to come back. I was worried that would be the case here, so when we went in, I asked, and they said only 4 hrs at the most (it took about 2 hrs, yay!). The staff was so kind and helpful, even though we understood hardly any Spanish. They were very patient with us and we were able to get all the paperwork filled out without any problems. Also, the antigen test was only 120,000 COP, which was better than anywhere else I had found at the time.

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. You can see the hatred they have for their work, which they project into customer service. The only good people are those in the goal and the laboratory!

I have blood cancer, so I get test at other testing place and than go here for treatment. Lots of waiting, I have to go down street to pay for service. Than more waiting. Not bad place, but everyone seems to be confused. Other than that, it's fine

The telephone service is very poor, they never answer and do not give information. They need to improve in that regard.

A very regular clinic does not have specialized staff, such as a radiologist, not even for the endoscopy service. My experience with my father was very sad.

I want to share my experience in this clinic, I had surgery with Dr. Yobanka Prado and at first I didn't like the idea of ​​going to Palmira from Cali for surgery, but it was the best decision I made, the nurses are very attentive, they were attentive of me at all times and I listened from the observation room after the surgery how they treated people, very humane and close treatment, with empathy towards people. I really thank you very much for your attention, especially to a nurse named Olga, it's a shame that I didn't know her last name, her work is vocational for sure because her way of treating people is incredibly humane, I was feeling very bad and she was very Loving and attentive to me at all times. It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Hopefully more will be invested in the sector to improve the quality of life of patients.

What a disgusting clinic, terrible, how sad, I entered the page to request an appointment with a cardiologist, he never entered, I went there to request the appointment, I missed the trip, I put a PQR, they gave me the appointment after three months, I went to the appointment and 40 minutes queuing to make the payment, I went up to wait for them to call me and it took another hour to attend me. It is a terrible service from the Vigilante, who brought two dogs to the Hospital (what a hygiene thing) they serve you in waiting chairs where they give you medicine and they are not waiting to remove it when they are finished, even where they place the serum there were more medicines other patients who were no longer in the Hospital and do not pick them up to leave them in the trash. Most of the doctors and nurses, if not all, are inexperienced. I was treated by Doctor Walter Antonio Lopes Torres who diagnosed me with a kidney infection and pneumonia (with pneumonia but he sent me home) despite continuing my bad condition, I came to Barranquilla of my own free will, feeling very little improvement after the medications where, surprise, I have dengue. And then what kind of service do they provide in this clinic?

The facilities are spacious, illuminated, with air conditioning and with staff always ready to help. The parking lot is large and free.

Everything went pretty fast and the team seemed Professional, the doctor came to check on me couple of times and I could really feel she cares. It’s a pretty good hospital for South America standards .

Terrible service in the laboratory area…. Too long waiting time for fasting patients, which makes the results of some exams very unreliable. Two hours to care for only 25 patients. We arrived at 7:30 and we got file 82... it's 10:26 and they are only on file 57. At that rate, 6 hours waiting for a blood sample to be taken from the patient

Many people. The attention is not friendly upon admission, however in external insult it improves a little and in hospitalization it improves considerably more. The medical equipment and technology are good.

After entering the emergency room, they delay people up to 3 hours for a simple injection. The staff meets in the offices to talk on the cell phone and chat; Very few give priority to what is really an EMERGENCY service.

Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. It lasted more than 1 hour being with him. the dirty diaper, but they do see a cell phone in the family member's hands and they run to tell them to put it away, and they use it as if nothing had happened, what a lack of respect.

For 5 consecutive days they make me fast all day waiting for a surgery around 5 pm in a rude way and without any tact that they will not operate on me, if I approach them respectfully they get indignant and respond horribly, I feel imprisoned I have been hospitalized for 12 days for some calculations .

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

Good doctors, half of the nursing staff are very attentive, and the other half need a customer service course, and there are no insurance personnel on weekends... no one from the insurance takes care of you on Saturdays or Sunday. I do not recommend👎

Excellent staff and food. Excellent care and attention to detail. Being from the US I was very nervous but my mine was out to ease by all the caring and professional staff!

I’m an American, living in San Francisco and accustomed to high level of medical care. My father developed an infection and the hotel recommended this hospital. Great experience. Very clean, modern and professional. Similar to an urgent care in the US. You pay out of pocket but prices are relatively reasonable. Everyone speaks English. I wasn’t sure what to expect so hope this review is comforting if you need to see a doctor while traveling.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. He was a very calming influence at a trying time. All the staff was kind and helpful but these two stand out, especially Jesus.

It could be 5! BUT IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY SON'S RESULTS HAVE NOT BEEN OUT. I DID IT BY REFERRAL FROM THE HEALTH CENTER! THEY SAY THE DOCTOR HAS NOT DONE THE REPORT YET! ONE MONTH? I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.
