I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

Ralf Stephani: In this hospital at the beginning of March, I was given great help in eliminating my hip pain. The team around Dr. Moore worked absolutely professionally with great success. Thanks, couldn't be better! May/ June 2023 After I received such great help on my right hip in March 2023 and I had an unshakeable trust in Dr. Jose Luis Moore Velasques, I asked him to operate on my left hip as soon as possible. Already on May 7th, 2023 I had an operation on my left hip because of unbearable pain. In several clinics I was told that 12 months should elapse between operations. Not so with the doctor I trust. Just 4 days later I flew back to Curacao pain-free. The painkillers were left untouched in the bedside table! Suddenly being able to walk pain-free again was Mr dr Jose Luis Moore Velasques to me. Do not come here even if you think that your dying or have any serious medical problem, absolutely terrible care and attention takes 6-12 hours for them to even do simple blood test or any real examinations. Really there rating should BE honest and lower then where it currently is, also technologically speaking their WAY behind.

If you need immediate medical attention do not come here this is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever had to come, unfortunately, I almost died here from a heart attack and they did nothing to help me except treat me like a ragdoll. Absolute garbage attention and no care for the patients, I literally had to waddle my way out of that hospital as If this is a movie, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could, save uour time and go elsewhere.

Extremely grateful for the care received at the Hospital, the treatment of the very humane, gentle, polite staff. and delicate. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

They do not have qualified emergency personnel, only a general practitioner. The Rx service does not work on weekends. If you ask for an X-ray on Friday night, they tell you that you have to wait until Monday when they give you the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service at each station they asked me for the same information that I had already given, it took four hours and I couldn't breathe, terrible service, terrible attention I don't recommend at all, the worst hospital I have ever visited
