Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. I found them exceedingly reassuring and reliable, efficient and engaged. It was a bit of a wait going through A&E, but they really sorted things out in a very professional way and it turned out it was only a head cold. So no blood clots or any of that sort of thing. Which I found a bit humbling for wasting their time. Still, no hard feelings which raises my esteem for the place.

A year later -and still unfinished- it was the scene of the conflict over the federalization of the city of Buenos Aires by functioning as a rifle barracks and a hospital for the concentration of wounded. Attention to the community began shortly after the conflict of 1880, at which time Buenos Aires ceased to be a large village and developed to become the capital city of Argentina, which was experiencing the first waves of immigration and urbanization. Went at 11:30 and was out by 14:00. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Used my Canadian passport and received all services free of charge. They took chest xrays and sent me off with the proper prescription, which I was able to buy from down the street. Thank you to all staff that helped me out! Keep up the great work! 👍

I came here because of an intense headache that I had a week ago, with my mother with high blood pressure (20 something) they gave her 2 pills and said in 2 hours we will call her to see if she stabilizes if not we will hospitalize her And 5 hours ago they told me they'll call you right next door it's 11:20 p.m. I just went to complain and they say: there I'll check if they're free and they'll take care of you... I have been hospitalized for 3 days for heart failure, the therapy is private and a luxury. The gastronomy is a 10, the attention of the nurses is excellent. Cleaning 4 times a day. The place is wonderful.

I was hospitalized for 2 days in this clinic for an operation and the truth is that everything was a ten! The clinic is a luxury, at least on the floor where I was (9th) with nurses on duty all day, nutritionist, surgeon, a whole team of people on top of everything. An excellent human group at work and not to mention the food where you can choose your own menu. Thank you all for making my stay a luxury, I never thought that a visit to a clinic could stop being an unpleasant experience (it will never be a good thing, nothing like the house but it was bearable) I recommend!

Terrible attention from the guard secretaries. From the beginning they were very rude. After having a tomography I was waiting 3 hours for the result (from images they told me that the result was already there and they had sent it to the guard) from the guard the secretaries told me that the result was not there, when in reality it was. Some RUDE. I made the claim and they laughed in my face, a real shame. I hope they review their behavior.

The on-call care is deplorable, especially from the doctors who treat you, and in imagines mdq it is not good either, at least in terms of customer service. If you feel bad, do not come urgently to this clinic. Others are convenient.

I am very grateful to all the clinic staff for their loving and willing attention. I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery for appendicitis and everything was excellent, but above all the quality of human care. The counter staff, the nurses, the maids, security and not to mention the entire surgery and operating room team, very professional, warm and humane.
