I've been seen in the emergency room a few times in 2020. and 2021 22 or 23. It's even clean where we walk and in the rooms, like the doctors, 70% are old doctors, it gives me the impression that they are legacies of public service, they serve as public servants. But I started looking only for newer doctors. There they have improved care.

Terribly, my elderly father, 86 years old, with shortness of breath, spent more than 6 hours waiting and couldn't get help, he gave up. How to concentrate? So every time a family member is admitted there, they will be cared for by professionals who are under strong pressure and heat.

Terrible service, I needed to perform a procedure with anesthesia, I had to ask God and everyone for permission, and on the day of the procedure they said that it wasn't in their documents that there would have to be anesthesia. I had to do the procedure without it and it was horrible.

I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. Terrible hospital! The reception on the first floor is the worst I have ever seen. Disgraceful service and attitude from employees. I spent almost an hour waiting to be seen by reception and it was after the exam time. The receptionist told me very harshly that I wouldn't be served and I showed her the time I got the password, 58 minutes before! She got up, stamping her foot and only answered me because she had no choice. The service for booking exams is even worse, if anything.

I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I had surgery with DR Cláudio Kawasaki on my knee at the hospital, I was hospitalized for one night, the food at dinner and snacks were excellent, but not the same as the attention given by the girls and boys, nursing technicians and nurses, super attentive and patient surreal, even with a lot of pain they did everything they could to minimize it and give it all their attention.
