I was seen super quickly at the doctor..When it was time to do the dressing..I was waiting for 45 minutes..Shift change..No one to be seen, just me and one other person..I thought it was disrespectful..And I had to pay plus an hour of parking..

Terrible service, I needed to perform a procedure with anesthesia, I had to ask God and everyone for permission, and on the day of the procedure they said that it wasn't in their documents that there would have to be anesthesia. I had to do the procedure without it and it was horrible.

I had a Coronary Angiotomography on 11/28/23, excellent service since my arrival, the doorman who opened the car door for me to get out, the reception had excellent service, a 10 for the girls at the service and the interview and at the location of the exam I was very well looked after by the Nursing Team and the Doctor who carried out the exam. Hospital Mãe de Deus was once a reference hospital in Porto Alegre, but it is currently in terrible condition. Our treatment with Alvorada was good up to a certain point, Doctors were cordial and treatment was decent. Our problem starts with some of the Administration staff that failed to inform us of the costs, and a Week after my partners X-ray exams the hospital decides to charge us extra, failing to properly explain the reason for the extra charges. It was also disappointing the lack of instruction from the admnistrative team, I felt like all it was needed from them was collecting the "payment". I understand hospital is a Business, but I still feel disappointed that my Mother was charged extra instead of my Partner and I - Let alone the charge came a week late with little explanation. We felt scammed

I'm hospitalized, I'm going to spend a few days being treated for bacteria and I find myself in a filthy apartment, water leaking from the central unit into the apartment, flooding the floor, the bathroom walls and ceilings are filthy, water is leaking from the taps, the electric shower doesn't work. ..simply useless.I've already complained and nothing has been resolved.

It is very difficult to schedule an exam, whether by phone call (it dropped 5 times in the same morning), WhatsApp (you wait more than 40 minutes for an interaction with an attendant and if it takes less than 5 minutes to respond the service is terminated) or even via the app . I hope they observe the message, consider it, and try to at least adjust the messaging service.

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

Stellar. professional, humaine, attentive, caring and loving. My mother was admitted 3 times and used the hospital almost daily after discharged. From the valet parking to the doctors, cleaning to nursing staff, everyone was efficient albeit friendly.
