What poor service and attention to patients, they treat you like money and take time to serve you. Better find another hospital. Well if you want to die here is...

I love this hospital and the way they care for and love their patients. I am so grateful they did so much to save my son!

Surgeons and staff saved my Son after he was stabbed in the neck. I will always have a special place in my heart for San Jose University.

Poor quality of service from the medical lab team and patient services. Contacting via WhatsApp and Email gave imposible results after trying to reach them for weeks for a quote for labs. They give you differing information (via whatsapp they gave me a quote and then almost doubled the quote estimate via email - still unexplained). They kept me holding for weeks with no proper response nor matching prices. After waiting I still don't have a full quote for the correct labs. Calling is also made impossible as whichever option you pick off the menu loops you back through the main menu. I do not recommend planning any tests or labs through them.

If you're traveling and get sick, think hard BEFORE you go there. This "Hospital" will take you for everything you got if you're not Colombian and have private insurance. To be fair, the nursing staff is wonderful, but the doctors are nothing but vultures circling to squeeze as much money out of you in your moment of need. Get local traveller's insurance and avoid this place like the plague!!!!

The international clients WhatsApp line is the worst I have experienced within the business in Medellin. I was trying to get an appointment for an MRI and responses were just like automatic system that left you for hours with no responses. If you call nobody answers. When finally someone responds your multiple messages, leaves again with no answers. I never expected such a poor service from such a reputable institution. I started around 10:00 AM and at 2:48 PM still wasn't able to get any availability for the appointment. I told them never mind and they respond to that message at 5:35 PM! I understand if the people is to busy, but so that means they need to hire more people for the job.

I paid for an Antigen COVID test and haven't received the results from the examination even as they promised to send them within 3 hours to my email address and provide access on there website! On requests I couldn't reach anyone. Thats fraud and should be a 0 Star Rating!

It's a good play for an emergency

I was surprised when I arrived at the site, first of all the unique attention of the employee staff, the total cleanliness, the doctors, nurses do their job with great professionalism and the attention they give to their patients at all times, I felt proud that daughter Had my granddaughter there, I give a 10 to all the employees and facility staff.

Good attention, it seems to me that the control is adequate, although as in any place there is always someone who exceeds their functions as the security body, they have little ethics and with their attitude they generate discomfort in the people who arrive at that place

In my opinion, the clinic is very good, almost excellent, they took care of my grandmother very well, nurses, doctors, security, economy, in general, they are very attentive to their patients. Thank you all for your human sense and your great work.

I would like to thank all the staff and doctors who cared for and treated me. The care is very good and professional.

One arrives for an exam, the gentlemen in the hall busy in their conversation, if I don't get up to ask, we lose the appointment, why it turns out that it was elsewhere that we should announce ourselves. They live more pending to disturb, than if there are two companions, than if one uses the cell phone; than the service they are providing. In addition, the clinic is already overwhelmed with so many people they serve, it is a pediatric clinic with only a name.

In my score it would be a 4.8 as a final result. My daughter, less than one year old, had Laryngotracheobronchiolitis that was excellently managed during her 4 days of hospitalization at this clinic, ending our vacation in Colombia. The doctors, nurses and respiratory therapists were very good with the treatment and above all very professional. The only perverse thing was the lady in charge of the administration and registration of patients in the emergency room. Her ineptitude made the admission process take longer than normal, because she simply did not know how to set priorities herself and dealing with patients and their parents was not helpful at all.

Extremely long waiting times..looks like they are understaffed.
