I arrived at Marly’s with acute pain in my pelvis that had lasted for more than 12 hours without relief. I was very nervous attending the clinic, as I don’t speak Spanish very well. Overall, my experience was good (around 90% of the staff were absolutely wonderful, empathetic, professional, and kind). Notably, the security guard downstairs, the admitting nurse, and the first doctor I saw on the first floor were all great and patient with me. They have very comfortable chairs to wait on inside, and the facilities look clean and well maintained. The radiologist who did my ultrasound was very good, gentle, and also took the time to explain what the findings of the ultrasound were. He also told me I could explain the pain I was experiencing in English. The man who escorted me to and from the radiologist was kind. I was left in a room with two other patients (again in the comfy chairs). The insertion of my IV was very painful. After a couple hours of waiting, one kind doctor brought me and another patient a blanket (hospitals are cold), and also put up the footrest on each of our chairs (thank you!!) At around 5am I went to see the gynaecologist, who was also very kind and showed a lot of empathy and told me everything would be okay. A special shout out to Adrianna (I think that was her name, the nurse in gynaecology), who was super sweet, professional, and patient and was also very careful in helping me get undressed with the IV in. I was sent to surgery, and in the pre-op room, several people came to say hello and ask me how I was. I especially found the anesthesiologist to be very kind. He was also the only doctor who came to ask how I was after the surgery (thought it's possible I was too out of it to remember anyone else). This was much appreciated! The nurses in post-op care were very sweet and we also shared a few laughs. During discharge, I would have preferred a more comprehensive list of what foods are ok/not, and some directions about care of my incisions i.e. how long they should stay on, when I can shower, etc. Any instructions on google are inconsistent. Overall, I would recommend this clinic. The vast majority of the staff are wonderful!

After paying 500k COP , for admission. We were left in the emergency waiting room for 7 hours. We asked for a refund and left. My wife broke down mentally, couldn’t take it anymore. We were hoping to get medical treatment before we go back to our country.

My mom got a well planned surgery in this Clinic. Excellent outstanding service what a relief. Fast service, very diligent and well trained all staff. Great place to get well and get some recovery. If you get sick go there you will be fine quickly. Do not visit Los Nogales clinic or La Colina. Marly is the best! Thank you all for your service! Mom is doing great. The doctor was very profesional!
