Dr.Florentino is marvelous from the beginning of reviewing the reviews he had on Google I automatically knew he was the dentist I had to see, from the first visit I advised him of why I came to him I came for RESULTS , I told him how much of my confidence I lost in my life of constant bad breath from poor dental work done before he found the root cause of the problem and gave me different options to choose from with affordable prices, this Dr knew his stuff and he meant business very friendly and well spoken. We finished my job in a short and convenient timing and all I can say is I have my smile my confidence back and I’m just pleased with the results. You want results you want affordable pricing friendly clean environment he’s the guy to go to!

I had top notch care with Dr. Alonso. He listened to my concerns and included me in the treatment plan. I found him to be not only expertly gifted, but genuinely a nice guy. I would without a doubt recommend him to any one needing dental care. Simply an awesome experience.

Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough.
Im positive there is nothing he can't do.
Here is the straight scoop for Americans.
Speaks amazing English so communication is simple.
His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is.
The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment.
My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k.
In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants.
Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic.
State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this.
I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. I dont want to post my telephone info but Dr. Alonso is free to give it out at his discretion. Or email address.
If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be.
I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left.
The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case.
I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!!
Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist
and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. God Bless!!!

My experience was nothing short of spectacular and the results- WOW- I am complimented on my smile every single day, which means the world to me….a girl who never smiled because I was insecure that my teeth did not show. i had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic. i went in for chin and neck lipo and left after three hours of scraping inside of my face with no fat having been sucked out. their syringes all malfunctioned so they could not remove any of the fat. the doctor who performed it apologized and said "you wont see a difference because we cant get the tools to work" and suggested i find another surgeon that day who could fix what they did. the assistant apologized to me and said it shouldnt be like this. i was crying and terrified on the table as syringe after syringe broke while the canula was still inside of my skin and several doctors struggled and tugged at the long needle. i was humilated and terrified and just wanted to run away. the owner, alfred, refuses to take any responsibility for what happened - even though the doctor who performed it said i should seek another doctor to fix what they could not do, and apologized to me many times. Alfred made zero effort to make the situation right. i understand things happen, but his cold indifference and unwilingness to admit any wrongdoing was the final slap in the face after having to actually pay for this horrible experience. i would strongly suggest you run far away from this clinic.

Traveling internationally with young kids is stressful enough, but when a baby starts running a high fever, it takes the stress to another level. Edwin De La Cruz was a calming voice for us. His knowledge and expertise were great, and his willingness to explain what and why he was evaluating, was appreciated. It’s clear to see he loves what he’s doing, and we appreciate his time and support.

If I could give no stars I would this place is absolutely horrendous. My husband is paralyzed and they leave him in his bed no attempts at physical therapy nothing to actually care for him. They did a Foley catheter because it was too inconvenient to do his straight catheter. They leave him ignored at the end of a hallway. The environment is dark and dingy. The parking is a whole other issue on its own. It takes 20/30 minutes for him to be attended to after pushing his call button. They shouldn’t be accepting patients who they aren’t equipped to care for

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great.
I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired.
I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and the nursing team in Emergency.
Thank you so much for what you do, and the way you do it.

Had the greatest if you can say at the ER today. Great people, hard working. Taking care of the sick. Me included. Nurses were awesome, triage fast and friendly. Finally ER, Dr MacDonald great knowledgeable, patient and offer a solution. A referral. Something I couldn't get from my GP who I've known for 20+yrs.
Thank you Joe Brant Hospital

1- garbage 2-filth 3- toxic 4- dangerous 5- Mistake By The Lake 6- someone is currently unresponsive but breathing in 1North mental Health unit 500 in a chair by nurses station since 5:45pm (approx) nurses didn’t intervene till 9:05pm and they were unable to wake him up barley he was mumbling and they put pills in his mouth and water idk if he swolled it but at 10:10pm he started drooling and his breathing is very shallow. The nurses threaten us to take our phones away when we ask for Patient relations info they say they will have our phone taken away. The nurses pick favourite I ask for help I’m given 10 seconds of attention and told they gotta go but they sit in some patients rooms talking for 3 hours. The Md put in orders to have my blood pressure taken every 4 hours and I’m only getting it at wake up time and bed time and my blood pressure while resting is approx 175/105 resting heart rate roughly 109. Map-114.there’s so much more to this I’m not even gonna start about my mom getting punched in the head twice 80 hours after major brain surgery when she was transferred from the General… 7south 100 manager Jennifer would not co-operate with police!
Terrible service. Fetus Ultrasound was half an hour later than my initial appointment. The technician was not considerable or very respectful. Sounded like she would rather order me than asked to do certain movements or change positions, she was also hurting me during the procedure pushing on the stomach too intensely.

I would like to appreciate the help we got from Reynelle and Janelle during the birth process on Sept 12th evening to night . My wife was in lot of pain and it was getting harder to deal with the situation . As soon as we got these two professionals, it became easier . Reynelle was experienced Nurse and she observed my wife and discuss with the doctor what should be the next steps in order to help my wife. She was quick decision maker . Her student was excellent help as well. I could not tell that it was her first time to see delivery. She was so helpful.
I would like to thank both of them for the help they did . They definately made difference and I wish them all the best for future. Keep up the great work.

Worst emergency room I’ve been to. It’s been 3 hours since anyone said anything to my husband and that was only to draw more blood. Nurse was exceptionally rude and dismissive. It’s 11:45 pm and we got here at 6 pm. They aren’t telling anyone a thing! I will not recommend this emergency room ever.

If I could give this hospital a 0 I would. The nursing care here on the 4th floor so far has been awful for my daughter. Just basic care and concern for patients would be appreciated. Hoping the night crew is better. The nurses are all out at the desk laughing it up and sharing their phone pics. No that I care about that but shouldn’t the patients come first? I’m afraid to leave my adult daughter here and go home because I’m not sure they will even check on her. Seriously. There are 2 people in this room. The patient next to my daughter hasn’t moved in the 3 hours we’ve been in here and no one has checked on her either. I asked for a pillow multiple times and they keep saying they’ll bring it but no one does. It’s not like I’m asking for an extra pillow. She has NO pillow. She needs her arm(that she had surgery on) elevated and I used a blanket. Really? I had to put a blanket behind her head. Thank goodness there are plenty of those on this desk by her bed. A stack of probably 8 blankets for some reason. Very disappointed Cleveland Clinic.

This is the absolute worst hospital in Cleveland this place beats out Marymount for the worst! I brought my 85 year old father here with chest pains at 11:30 am and at 6:30 pm we were STILL WAITING! No one came out to give us updates and when we went to the window to ask questions it was like nobody could understand the words that were coming out of my mouth! I'm pretty should I wasn't speaking in tongues but nevertheless we got no answers. UNLESS YOU ARE BLEEDING OUT I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY DON'T GO TO EITHER 1 OF THESE HOSPITALS! THANK GOD MY HEALTH CARE TAKES ME TO UH WHERE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED NOTHING LIKE THIS!
