Chaotic and no communication between departments. My 6 year old daughter was referred by a paediatrician from the same hospital for an immediate ct scan and the staff in the ER made her wait for 2.5 hours before telling us that we had to have various blood tests before they will do the scan. When we questioned the reason for only telling us that after 2.5 hours they accused us of attempting to cut the queue. Bizarre. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Bahrain, so no need to suffer like we did.

Worst hospital in bahrain. Really unprofessional staff including Drs. as well. Out of 100, 80 times Drs. are clueless what they are doing. For a minor case they take years to resolve. They give appointments after months and once you are in hospital to attend the appointment you need to wait 2 to 3 hours for your turn. I don't think qualified and competent persons are running this hospital.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I would like to ask the relevant parties to thank her for her humanity and kindness.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. The route is easy to find if you use the Tomei Expressway. I was able to buy ekiben at the in-hospital convenience store. If I have a chance, I would like to try the observation restaurant as well.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

I'm sharing my review based on my stay at the maternity/labour and delivery wards. Firstly, the service from the front desk staff, nurses, f&b staff, and even the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and reassuring, being all so kind and patient even when I was in the midst of horrible labour contractions. My labour journey was not easy and I opted for an emergency c-section. I couldn't have asked for a better team there - my appointed gynae and her team of well established anaesthetist, paediatrician and surgery staff. Every administration detail was well looked into swiftly and our son was delivered healthily. The food offered there was amazing too, for hospital standards, but now that I'm at the confinement centre, I dare say that Mount E's food quality and taste way surpasses what confinement centres can offer. With the quality of care, service, food and lodging, the bill was within reasonable means and I would highly recommend mothers-to-be to consider this hospital for their deliveries. And oh, they have a generous discharge goodie bag too!

The hype around this place is undeserved. The only reason I gave more than one star is there are some great doctors that admit here. Facilities are tired, food is ok. Have never seen a smile from anyone in the business office or cashiers and they seem to be intent on making things as difficult as possible. From an outside perspective it seems clear there are some real problems with how this hospital is managed.

Updated: had another stay recently. Service is just as good as before. Did my endoscopy, CT scan and diagnostic tests while staying at this hospital. Excellent nurses who are professional and skilled. Had to wait for a while for admission. It is a private hospital so the bill is definitely expensive. Compared to my experiences suffered in public hospitals the price is worth it especially when you're sick and feeling unwell, anything that can alleviate the discomfort is welcomed.

The facilities and staff are helpful and friendly. A nice and quiet hallway with corresponding good lighting. Very neat and clean with no clutter. The management team is accomodative to queries and exceptions if needed. The food is good and complete with optional choices for each meal from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. The ward room is big, bright and furbished well. An alert and attentive staff from nurses to utility persons.

Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

They have many experienced doctors and nurses. The use of doctors, nurses, and staff is satisfactory. However, the cost of treatment is relatively high. From my observation, the flagship doctors are excellent, but the many duty doctors, most of the nurses and support staff are not as good. The behaviour of the supporting staff could be more pleasant, and few are very helpful and well-behaved. Again, this is my observation only; somebody may have a different word based on the service received.

I feel that the hospital is very expensive. Outside food is not allowed in the hospital. They have single cabin room, single luxury cabin, double shared room. Room rent is very expensive.

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor. We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us. Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.
