Well Furnished! BUT!!! But the management is still low. And one more thing , medicine price inside the Hospital is high. Hospital management should work on pricing and in the hygienic section. according to new rule, you need to pay a portion of your bill regularly and you need to buy medicine separately.

Although the new building is in construction, it serves a great deal to its patients. I wonder how a private hospital serves better than all other big names with great ratings. Most of the local and poor people heavily depend on this hospital. I think the hospital is going to be the best one in Chattogram in no time. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Apollo Hospital. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service she has received. On multiple occasions, including today, she was served food infested with rice weevils during her stay at the cancer day care center in Apollo Hospital, Bhat. To make matters worse, my mother even contracted typhoid last month while undergoing chemotherapy. As her son, I am deeply concerned about her well-being. It is crucial for cancer patients to have access to proper nutrition and a sterile environment, and Apollo Hospital has failed to provide this. I urge potential patients and their families to think twice before choosing Apollo Hospital. The recurring issue of rice weevils in the food and the subsequent health risks are simply unacceptable. The trust we placed in this hospital has been shattered. I kindly request the hospital administration to take immediate action and address these issues. Patients deserve the highest standard of care, and the fees charged should reflect the quality of service provided.

To all ONGCians, Don't go APOLLO HOSPITAL Bhat if you have life threatening disease as they will make a case as ONGC provide free medical and even temporary doctors in ONGC dispensary are involved in this. Special Note: Don't take treatment from Dr Vishal Choksi as before Biopsy he spoke very rudely with my father who was 4th stage cancer patient at that time and this doctor talk very badly with him. Dr Vishal Choksi did blunder during biopsy too which we can understand doctor are humans and they can make mistakes but this doctor is not good human as he don't know how to talk with patients. I am writing this review at 3:37 am you can understand how I am going through even after a year of my father's demise. All cancer patients need utmost care esp from doctors and staffs. Please choose wisely and don't seek treatment if that doctor name is Vishal choksi.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

“Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital (হলি ফ্যামিলি রেড ক্রিসেন্ট মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল), this is at locate 1 Eskaton Garden Rd, Dhaka 1000. This is a project of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and is run by a Governing Body duly formed by the representatives of sponsor organization Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS). Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor. But treatment cost is not average it’s comparatively high. Hard for middleclass people. Since it is a Red Crescent Society project, the cost here should be lower.

There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. This hospital only care about money. The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. Very fraudulent behaviour for a hospital. The prices for vaccinations are not clear and they don't have a transparent and upfront price chart for them. The first time i asked to get an MMR vaccination, they said it was total cost for 2 injections ALL TOGETHER. When i came back for my 2nd injection, they told me to pay the same price once more. They cheat you without giving you correct details of the price and without a clear price chart on each vaccine. Even on the invoice thats given, the breakdown of the total price is NOT THERE. This is a complaint towards the head of the Medical Check Up unit, Dr Anna Maria Marlina. Maam, tell you're staff and nurses to be transparent and honest about prices because this is unprofessional. Otherwise, you're scamming your own patients.

Patients Hospitalize with broken bones and breathing problems. I thought, Awal Bros Hospital is the best choice in Batam. instead its the worsts of the worst. We paid with deluxe room. (Not insurance) feel like, no nurses are working to take care of the patient.not even helping with the poop and washing not even care in checking to change the infused tube. Nurse service worst than government hospitals. absolutely need to train more humanly nurse not just to receive monthly pay check.. Doctor come in after 2days patients hospitalized. Even the Doctor came in just for info. not a single finger touched the patient to check heart beat or breathing problem....what kind of hospital is this. Thank you for your worst service. It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. His nurses are also very good in caring patients.

The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

A very well experienced, talented and down to earth Orthopaedic doctor that put his life long skill into saving my limp. Not only he is being helpful to my needs during my recent admission, he also explained in details about my surgery and conditions. Especially the gentle Indian midwife lady, very knowledgeable on how to take care babies and teach my wife on latching the baby. Best things is the car park area are free. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Such a lovely and super friendly specialist hospital. Just like their name “博爱医院”. A hospital that filled with love and care.
