I would like to share my experience with this hospital. I did my operation in May 2023 the result was bad. operation done by non unprofessional doctor,nurses they don't speak English, don't respect their patients, hotel accommodation also was very bad 1 star review. I will not recommend anyone to go to this hospital, don't waste your money 👎👎👎

Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpunctual staff and doctor endocrinologist. Only interested in money and profit. Ordered a lot of tests and never look at and explain. Better spent money on shopping than waste them there

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

Wow, delete this? Do you think it hurt because it was so realistic? This hospital doesn't really deserve a single star. Unfriendliness is basic, and sarcasm is a bonus because they ignore patients and criticize them. Also, they don't even know the quantity of supplies they have to manage, so they confidently say they are bragging about it, and when I ask if that makes sense, everyone tells me to put up with it because they don't have any. It's ridiculous, they say it's an essential item, but then they suddenly say it's okay if they don't have it, lol. They took hundreds of dollars of money, but they were really unfriendly as they kept all the money to make sure it was good. Why are you working because your preparation is inadequate and everyone says you don't know what to do?

I myself am a member of this hospital, I am lying in acute pain. I called an ambulance from this hospital, they diagnosed “inflammation of the sciatic nerve,” who knows, he will understand this pain. In 1970, Premier Zhou Enlai nominated the hospital to be renamed Friendship Hospital. It is currently a large general hospital in Beijing.

GI department is best.

Nearest hospital to Incheon. Came here for emergency. Staff spoke English. Reacted fast and professionally. Never had CAT scans so quickly in my life Needed emergency medical treatment - every step of the way was handled efficiently and concern for patient care. Am an in patient. Medical facilities and rooms are very good. Staff are superb - language is an issue. But Papago helped! When it was critical they found English speakers who could explain the medical terms in English. Very impressed

Don't get fooled by the name "international" since there's nothing international about this hospital nobody speaks any international language Russian German or English and it is super frustrating.

This is the irresponsible place that I have visit in Korea, the doctor didnt consume you properly and the staff verry disspoint, wish I never be there again. Now that I remember, I'm writing a review. It's already been over 10 years... On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.

Facilities are clean and spacious

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Better go to another clinic. Even more better - have treatment in your own country. Also no one speaks English so you need to learn Korean prior to coming in here

Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

I worked in this hospital form 2012 to 2021 as electrical foreman and I got good experience from this hospital and i bleev as per my knowledge this is the number one hospital in Gulf.

Worst ever services but expensive as much as 5 stared. Mouwasat is a typical example of ruthless, heartless, indisciplined, inexperienced hospital business. Untrained staff, no knowledge of disciplines and departments. And where abouts.. They are denying to take my specimen and now I am waiting for their mercy.. Mouwasat management and administration must learn and educate themselves. I will definitely take this to ministry of health.. Can never suggest a friend to face this paid torture..

I visited the emergency department recently and while the medical care was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the reception staff's lack of professionalism. Additionally, their card ATM scanner was malfunctioning, resulting in multiple declined card attempts. I had to pay in cash eventually. It was frustrating that the receptionist questioned if I had enough funds in my account, when in reality, the issue was with their machine. This interaction left me feeling uneasy, and I believe improvements in staff behaviour and equipment reliability are needed.

The doctors aren't interested even to diogonise the patients, that just seen to get rid of the patients as soon as they can. Don't visit this unhelpful hospital. A small clinic like Badr Al Rabie is much better than these money making machines

Thank you for taking care of me for about 2 months due to knee surgery. I waited about a year and a half for the surgery to be performed by Dr. K. Fuji, an excellent doctor. Ever since he was broadcast on TV Tokyo's Cambria Palace, he has become a famous doctor among knee patients and is known for his very careful surgeries. I am very satisfied with the results. This hospital also seems to be famous for its rehabilitation department, and I received encouragement both physically and mentally. In particular, Mr. Yada, who works in the rehabilitation room of a general hospital, is very good at the treatment, and there were complimentary comments on Ameblo.

In mid-May of last year, I was admitted to the hospital for a complete removal of breast cancer by a breast surgeon, and I received great care. Although I live in the prefecture, I initially planned to have the surgery performed at a nearby university hospital. but… I couldn't find the doctor in charge, and while I was researching various surgical methods, I realized that the breast surgery at Kameda Hospital was an endoscopic surgery, and most of all, when I asked for a second opinion, the cancer consultation center I decided to have the surgery at this hospital because of the personality of Dr. Fukuma, the nurse in charge of breast surgery and the chief breast surgeon. I am very grateful to Dr. Fukuma and other outpatient nurses at Kamogawa for their help. I had to see Dr. Fukuma several times because the surgery was far away, but even though he was tired from seeing dozens of patients a day from the beginning, he continued to talk to me late into the night in detail about the condition of the disease and the surgical procedure. Even when I was hospitalized, he came to my room until late at night. Thank you for treating me in such a friendly and calm manner when I was really anxious and scared. Even though I didn't know much about cancer, she taught me a lot of things, and even though I wasted a lot of time, the detailed explanations made me feel at ease. I made an unreasonable request to have the first surgery done early in the morning, but I was able to have the surgery done before the doctor's appointment, so I am truly grateful to the doctor. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the doctor perform the surgery because I was under general anesthesia. (lol) The reason I chose Kameda Hospital was not only because of the endoscopic surgery, but also because there were many different doctors there, and I was able to call and talk to the nurses several times before the surgery, which made me feel at ease. It was my first time being hospitalized after getting sick, but the food was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean, swallows, and surfers, which made me feel better after the surgery. In particular, there is a beauty salon in the women's ward, and I felt comfortable in the private rooms that required reservations. I would like to thank Dr. Fukuma, nurse Kawana-san, and Yoshida-san from the consultation center for their help. Cancer requires long treatment even after surgery, and for those who are considering treatment, there are Kameda Hospital in Kamogawa, Makuhari, and Kyobashi in Tokyo, so if you can commute, you may want to consider it...Also, before surgery In addition to MRI, there are excellent tests such as PET-CT.
